The name of someone who’s a crush on me?

Hello. I'm going to be as polite as I can be about this.

I woke up to 3 anonymous questions asking about a crush, not all from the same time, so I am thinking you didn't get a response and decided to ask again from either impatience or thinking I was ignoring you. I wasn't. I was sleeping. That being said, I will be ignoring the other two since what I address here is directed at those as well. I'm sorry if it does turn out I have 3 different people asking this, though I doubt that. The same applies either way.

I currently do not do readings. I am working a full-time job and am in school. I do not have much time to do readings, let alone free readings for someone I do not know. I encourage you to reach out to another reader and PAY for a reading because it takes time and energy to do readings for people. Not only that, but I do not think you're going to get a lot by asking for the name of someone who has a crush on you. I would certainly not answer that because I don't have a way to really divine it outside of maybe my pendulum board and honestly, I wouldn't offer that in my readings outside of maybe yes/no questions. I have a love/hate relationship with my pendulum board and this is not something I want to profit off of. I prefer reading tarot, and tarot is not going to give me a name. I understand that it is fun to ask about who has a crush on you, but I also am thinking the cards will want to highlight why you feel the need to ask me 3 times when you didn't receive a response. I know the cards drag me when I ask something too much. If you're not really receiving the answers in the various places you're seeking them (and I'm going out on a limb and assuming you've looked at pick a cards on here and probably youtube or tiktok), I think you're being told maybe you shouldn't focus on that right now. Tarot is not about the NOW NOW NOW. Tarot really asks us to look deep within and I do not think you're going to find what you're looking for. But, that's just an intuitive feel. And, that is me having just woken up to get ready for my job, and trying to be polite as possible despite not having coffee yet, so. I think I did okay. You're lucky the libra sun in me doesn't let my cap moon get as mean as it would like. :/

PAC: Messages About This Year For You

So, disclaimer, I actually worked on this back in December but life has a way of getting in the way, or at least, pushing things back. I definitely always feel like that means that whatever messages I receive just aren't meant to be shared at that moment. While I had intended on this to be a very general outlook on the whole year, the piles did what they wanted to, and chose very specific messages. So, this is more about themes/lessons you may encounter throughout the year rather than a breakdown of the year itself. So, these are things that could pop up at any point during the year. If anything, they might just apply to what you're dealing with currently, or within the next few months. A few things to note: First off, I am open to private readings. Even when I'm not posting on here, I usually am. However, I'm thinking about raising my price by a couple dollars just because of how much time I spend on the personal readings. I'm not going to raise the prices just yet, mostly because I think that's something that should happen when I'm less focused on school so that I can focus more on the readings. So, when I do raise my prices, I will let all of you know (obviously). Also, here's my general disclaimer: This is a collective reading. You may find that parts resonate and other parts do not. So, if you feel like you're in need of more personal insight, I am here for personal readings. Otherwise, there are plenty of other readers out there, too! Pile 1:

Cards: Broom, Perseverance, Artemis (Focus), Asphodel, Feverfew, King Solomon (Legacy)

My first impression before diving into the cards any deeper is that I think there's a general fear within this group. I get more of an anxiety than a phobia or anything like that. But it's general, almost like a fear of change or something like that. I think 2022 is bringing you much-needed relief with this fear, whether it's gaining the courage to work through your fears, or even just taking them away completely (i.e. bad situations disappearing). Most of these cards show lone figures, so even if you do get outside help, I am more inclined to think that this is more of an internal process. I'm also seeing number progression, we have 28, 29, and 30, so to me that always means moving forward.

I'm going to start with this King Solomon card. Now, this card speaks of heightened psychic abilities, so I do think some of you are going to be finding that you're just going to be knowing. By that, I mean, maybe your dreams are going to feel significant this year. For example, they could be prophetic, or maybe just give you epiphanies about situations within your life. I also am seeing that this card, since it bears the word "legacy" as its little keyword, it means that 2022 may be important in terms of laying your foundations (or the foundations for what's next in your life). I could also see this card bringing big "main-character" energy, meaning if you feel like you've been living in the passenger seat of your life, I think this year is about you sliding over to the driver's side and taking back control. This, to me, goes hand in hand with the Broom card. This card speaks of clearing away what doesn't serve you, i.e. sweeping it out of your life. It can talk about both physical and metaphorical clearing. It could be as simple as getting rid of all the clothes you know you're never going to wear again, to being as hard as reassessing the things in your life that aren't serving you (such as habits, jobs, people, places). Please be mindful of which part of that message pertains to you.

I think if you've been finding things particularly hard lately, or within the last year, this pile is especially for you. The Perseverance card talks about taking adversity and learning through it. I always hate when this card comes up in readings because the simple message is that you're being tested and that this test is also teaching you important lessons. But, these lessons are also hard. To be honest, I think if we have the King Solomon card here, I'd say you're doing well with these lessons. This doesn't change how they affect you, though, and I think maybe that's why I got that overall fearful feeling in the beginning. But, the good news is that this just means that these hardships are lessening this year. I can't guarantee total tranquility, but I can at least hint at brighter times. Artemis calls for focus or less focus. It depends on who you are, I think. You either are focusing too much on the outcome of a situation, or you're not focused enough. I think this relates directly to the broom and perseverance cards. Either way, there's something about setting your focus on a mark and working towards it. It just changes how you get there depending on your situation and the degree to which you're focused. Some of you are in need of letting go and allowing it all to flow, others are in need of a more laser-beam focus. I got a really bad headache here, and I think most of you are focusing too hard. I think there's a degree of self-care needed here, and the next two cards from the Seed and Sickle deck should give us some guidance on this. It's funny because while these readings are really general, I feel like I don't usually have to have two differentiating sides, but for this pile, it really feels like there are two groups here. So, I am thinking I have to say that maybe if you felt called to another pile, check it out because there may be a more detailed/focused (ha) message for you.

The feverfew card can have two different meanings. I only recently got this deck, so bear with me with it, but after reading both of the meanings, I actually am thinking it's one of them. The first was that something unpleasant is coming your way. While I am thinking this has some significance to this pile (I'm thinking about perseverance), I am more inclined to think that this card is actually the other meaning. This speaks of you getting through the hardships and then helping others. But, because this is a general reading, I know each of you is at different parts of this journey and that how things progress this year will differ, so I think both messages apply for this group. I do think that once these obstacles are overcome, you're going to feel a sense of renewal, maybe not as strong as a Death card rebirth or something like that, but I think it will make you want to share this energy with others, and the feverfew card asks you to do just that. This especially applies if you have a particular person that helped you through these tough times. It's like, pay-back energy. The Asphodel card I think plays into what the King Solomon card entailed about psychic abilities being enhanced. I think you're going to be called to use your intuition soon, and I think this means that your intuition is spot on, but only if you learn to listen to it. I'm not getting anything about your intuition being blocked or off, but I am thinking this is a message about strengthening it. Another idea behind this card is reaching back into the past. I'm going to be honest, while this card suggests reaching out to a friend or a place you feel nostalgic about, I don't get that, as much as I get maybe a need to revisit something you used to enjoy. I.e. a hobby or a movie or something from your childhood? Granted, I do think there are a few of you who will be called to reach out to an old friend, but because I got a more internal feeling from this pile overall, this feels more like revisiting something...inside. I think this year is going to bring back old memories to the surface, and maybe you're going to have difficulty shaking them. Maybe you're going to find them helpful in some way, but whatever the case may be, it feels as though there's a feeling of nostalgia tied to this.

There's background energy here, that yet again highlights this perseverance that card was talking about. We see it within the Ivy card from the bottom of the Seed and Sickle deck. But we also see it in Demeter too. Her card's keyword is "nurturer". She speaks about nurturing yourself when your cup is empty, so I think whatever obstacles you're experiencing will lead to an empty cup on your part and a need to recharge. But, after that, there's that giving energy again. A need to share your bounty, almost. I think there's a lesson you'll be dealing with soon (or are already in) that is teaching you about boundaries and when to give and when not to give. These messages are yet again repeated in the St. Josephine Bakhita card, which is also (like the Broom card, which speaks of release) a number 8 card. Her keyword is "release". She not only talks about releasing what's not serving you but also forgiving yourself and others. I think she ties in with Demeter because there is a certain amount of nurturing that goes into the process of releasing, right? It's like, a purge that happens, but it has to go at the pace that's right for you. She also speaks about working through tough times, and that word perseverance is found yet again within that. I think with nurturing within the purging, there's also a need for more joy and the Merriment card speaks of that. This card just asks you what does your soul yearn for? There's something about tomorrow here, and I'm thinking about the song Tomorrow Never Dies by 5 seconds of summer? I question this because even though I know a lot of their music by heart, this is one I don't pay much attention to, and yet here it is popping up. The gist of it is that there's always tomorrow, and this card, too, reminds me of that. If today was a bad day, then there's always tomorrow to start again. And, I think maybe there's a need to have this mentality going into your future. Maybe that's what's changing, maybe you're going to get into this mentality? The Nature Spirits card also talks about this but also being mindful of the little things, too. The mundane things you're not always mindful of. So, maybe this is about that barista you always see Monday morning at your local cafe? Or, maybe it's simply the neighborhood cat that you see running across the street? Because this is general, it could mean many things, but these are the little details that you either take for granted or have come so accustomed to, you don't notice anymore. This relates back to the idea of giving back, and maybe in this case it's just simply acknowledging these things?

Pile 2:

Cards: Ritual, Falling in Love, Light, Rose, Daisy, Morrighan (Death and Magic) St. Teresa (Divine Ecstasy)

Okay, right off the bat, I'm seeing some interesting things here. First off, there are a lot of double numbers here. We have 11, 33 (twice), and 22. I'm not sure if these bear any meaning to you, but I think there's a lot of symmetry within this pile. But along with that, are opposites. I see a lot of imagery that's like, light and dark, stark contrasts, you know? You also got the Rose card, and within the St. Teresa card are more roses. Lights and crowns and halos...A lot of crowns actually. I kind of take this to mean coming into your power or maybe figuring out where your power lies and sticking to it. We'll see what else comes up. I just know that this imagery is really powerful to me. The last pile seemed heavy, but not from the imagery but rather with an overall feeling. This feels less heavy, and more just powerful.

I want to start with the Rose and Daisy cards. Also, the Dandelion is on the bottom of the deck. The first thing I want to mention is the rosary on the rose card. It was the first thing I was drawn to, and it's interesting that it's kind of lighting up. I think, paired with that Divine Ecstasy, I could see this group figuring out what they believe this year. I'm not saying you don't already have beliefs set in stone, but I think there's going to be something that occurs that either gives you faith or takes your faith from something and places it on something else. The rose card can talk about a miracle happening, and I'm inclined to go towards this meaning. However, it also speaks about confiding in someone. I get confessional vibes, so I'm not sure if this is just a pile full of a lot of catholic people, but that's what I'm seeing. It doesn't even have to be religious, it could simply be your trust in someone. There could be something you've been afraid to share, and you find someone you can confide in. Daisy lends towards this idea of finding faith in something. It speaks of a renewed spark, so for some, I see this as faith-based/belief-based. For others, I think this is someone in your life. It could also be that maybe prior to this year, you had no one to confide in, but with these two cards, I could see that this is signaling someone who will prove to be a worthy confidant for you - and I'm also inclined to say, even if this is just...yourself? The dandelion at the bottom of the deck, to me, signals movement. I think with the Rose and Daisy cards, you're given the power or motivation to move on or move forward. I'm not sure if you're just stuck in a liminal state and if maybe this is my "cocoon" pile, but I see movement in 2022. I want you to know that I don't necessarily mean in the physical sense for everyone. It probably is physical for most, but I also see beliefs growing or changing. I get a lot of faith-based thoughts from this pile, again and again. I think that's for a few of you, but it's a really specific message about maybe wanting to change your ideas of spirituality and not wanting to...rock the boat? But these cards, to me, really tell me that there's something within your faith/belief system that is going to change. I think this pile may want to look into St. Teresa because the book mentions Roses as being a signal of her, and me going on about Roses earlier was interesting. But, either way, her card is basically everything I detailed earlier. I don't think I can add anymore because a lot of what I said was what her card speaks of. One thing I didn't mention was that I think this could be a spiritual awakening. I basically said that without using those specific words, and I had been thinking it, but the guidebook for that card makes note of that and I really think it should be said because I think some of you could be feeling confused during this. The bottom for that deck was St. Joan of Arc, and her word is Conviction, which is something I've been thinking about throughout this paragraph. I think she's here to instill confidence in you through this awakening.

The Ritual card being reversed brings me back to the idea of your beliefs will be changing in 2022. When this card is in reverse, it says that you may be doing things out of obligation. But, it's asking you to really be mindful of what you're doing. It speaks of performing rituals because you feel you have to, but I have to stop and say that rituals aren't always just magic. I think ritualistic behavior is inherently human. It can range from things that are kind of rite-of-passage (think getting your driver's license or graduating school), to even tiny things, like getting up and reading the local newspaper every morning. But when things are done out of obligation, sometimes they become mindless and almost...meaningless. I think this card is here to make you stop for a second and think about everything you do that seems to be only because you think others want you to do it, and if it actually helps you as a person. I'm not saying quit your job (and seriously, never let a tarot reader tell you that lol this is something YOU decide, not some lady reading cardstock). No, I think instead this card is here to remind you to be your own person, and I think the last few cards were there to remind you of this as well. To stick to your convictions. The bottom of the deck was Spider, which to me always speaks of manifestations coming in, but not having a death-grip on how they show up. I think this plays into the idea of doing "Mindless" tasks, in that I think Spider is here to tell you not to focus on the outcome and keep yourself busy, but not in a way that doesn't promote growth. I think this pile is my existential pile, and I think that you're going to be spending a lot of your time in 2022 thinking about why you're here and what you want out of this human experience. I'm thinking that while you're wondering that kind of stuff, you're going to find that your manifestations are trickling in. I don't use that word, like ever, so I think this is how it's going to feel, like one after another, in a slow, rhythmic pace like a creek or a brook or something of that nature.

I think Falling in Love and Light are both here to show that in 2022, one thing that is changing is how you're viewing your life. Falling in Love can be about falling in love with someone else, but it really highlights the idea of falling in love with your life. The light card talks about seeing the light in things, but also about abundance and having good fortune come your way. I think this goes with that Spider card, in that you're going to be distracted (by good things), and then the good things will keep flowing in. For some, you could be going through a difficult situation that has been carried over into this year, and maybe this Light card is here for you to let you know better times are on their way. Either way, I think these are really two good cards to receive because I don't really see 2022 being heavy or hard. This, however, is only a general outlook on what's going to change for you, so this varies for everyone. The bottom of the deck was Mistletoe, which speaks about taking small steps. I think all the other cards kind of hint at moving forward, and I think this is just a reminder to pace yourself. I don't see anyone getting burnt out, but I think it's a reminder for those that feel stagnant, that all steps, whether small or big, are moving forward. I really think that's an important message for someone out there.

Lastly, we have Morrighan here. I think she's here because she's bringing us back to the idea of changing your beliefs. She asks you to let go of what doesn't serve you, and not be afraid to let those beliefs die within you. There's also a note about allowing yourself to be empty for a little bit so that you can be filled with magic. I don't mean literally, I mean, maybe kind of letting yourself become a blank slate for a time being. I think because this is the group that's going to be questioning what they do and don't believe in next year, you're also going to be looking at how these things show up in your life and your actions. This relates directly to all the other cards, in that you're going to be finding the things you love and the things you keep or do out of obligation. Those things that feel like they're meant to be there are going to stay. And those that feel like they're only there because you think that's what you're meant to be doing or believing, are going to fall away. The bottom of that deck was Gaia, and she's just there to remind you to stay grounded. I think when you're open to a lot of possibilities, there's a potential to be scattered and a bit everywhere, so this is just a small reminder to try to remain down to earth. I'm kind of getting this feeling of someone with their head in the clouds, and while I think these cards encourage this because it will bring about thoughts and ideas, I think there's also a warning not to allow this to become your norm.

Pile 3:

Cards: Intuition, Florence Scovel Shinn (Intuition), Mama Killa (the Moon), Turning Inward, Buttercup, Mistletoe

One thing I'm getting from the imagery, first off, is a coldness. There are a lot of darker colors, like grays, and also some blue. I'm getting the sound of a snowstorm, too. Just that whistling of the wind. I think this could mean that winter (no matter which part of the world you are in, just think of when you experience your winter season), is important for you. It could also be talking about the "winter" of your life, like when things are dormant. There's also a lot of arms-crossed imagery. I think of being deep in thought with that, or maybe being closed off?

The first card I want to talk about is the Intuition card. This card asks you to work on your intuition, but it also asks you to learn how to take advantage of your ego and use it in tandem with your intuition. I wonder if maybe there are some of you who are using your ego too much. Maybe some of you aren't trusting your own intuition. Either way, you're asked to work on your intuition, while also working on recognizing your ego and when it can come in handy. On the bottom of the deck, you got Grief. I think this is just a message that is asking you to keep moving forward (I hear Wilbur Robinson from Meet the Robinson's saying "Keep moving forward!") It's kind of here to remind you that while it's okay to mourn the things you had and then lost, or even the things you wanted and never got, it's not okay to stay in that place forever. I don't think this is telling you to move on right now or tomorrow, but I think it's saying that a theme that's kind of hidden within what's going on in this year for you is how you make use of your grief. It shows up differently for everyone, and how you get through it personally isn't going to be linear or identical to everyone else's journey, or even past versions of grief you held. It's funny, because even though this is a card on the bottom of the deck, I just feel that this is something we need to talk about here. The Florence Scovel Shinn card is here to help with this grief, too. This card talks about processing heartache, and I think this ties directly with that grief card and why I felt the need to highlight it. She also has the keyword Intuition, so I think there's a tie to both the other two cards within this. I think the intuition here is key to moving through this grief (however it shows up for you). I think you're going to know how to move through it intuitively like it's going to show up and however way feels right to you. Socrates is also an interesting card to receive here, even if he appeared on the bottom of the deck. One thing really interesting to me is that he was sentenced to death by taking hemlock, which is poisonous. Two of the cards you received were mistletoe and on the bottom, belladonna. Both are also poisonous. So I think there's a message here about what you're taking in? Both physically and mentally. Though, mistletoe I guess isn't known to kill humans, but I think there's still something within the idea of it being toxic. I also looked up to see if Buttercups were poisonous too, and that is as well. So, there's definitely something here about...being mindful of what you ingest. I think, because Socrates was all about his mind and discussing philosophy and stuff of that nature, I think there's a highlight on what you're absorbing from what you're being told in person and maybe what you're seeing on the internet. It's kind of like how you know that with the internet, anyone can say anything, even if it's wrong, and people will believe them? I think you're meant to use your intuition with that, knowing what's right and what's wrong, but also using deduction skills and doing your own research. So, there could very well be a lot of research on something this year, or even just an exchange of opinions. Maybe you join a book club? That feels specific lol Socrates does talk about connections between friends and neighbors, so I think there's a social element here that works with the intuition and maybe how you process the grief you could feel.

I think I have to go into the Buttercup, Mistletoe and Belladonna cards now. The buttercup card encourages you to keep moving forward (there's Wilbur again!), but it also asks you to be aware of what is and isn't working. If things are going smoothly, then great! Keep going! But if you seem to be meeting walls instead of doors, there's a need to take a step back and assess why that keeps happening. I think this could tie into what you're ingesting mentally, like maybe you're hearing things that don't align with what you know will help you or maybe vice-versa. Maybe you're getting bits of information that seem to serve as hints for how to climb the walls you're facing. This card has a diamond shape in the middle, and for some reason I heard "4 corners", so I'm thinking about a compass and the 4 directions. I think maybe there's something within sensing the direction you need to go, like maybe 2022 holds your north star or something like that. The Mistletoe card has two swords, and I'm reminded of a song I heard called Our Swords by Band of Horses. There's a line, "Count on us to fall on our swords tonight", and I take it to mean "we're going to make a mistake" or even, "We'll be our own downfall". I don't think this means you're going to make a mistake or cause your downfall, but I kind of get like this "double-edged sword" meaning from whatever this mistletoe card is pointing towards. It's funny because one meaning of this card is to take a step back and look at a problem from a different perspective. It talks about giving space to a problem, like time to breathe. I definitely could see someone falling on their own sword if they act before putting thought into an action. I think those intuition cards come into play again, and so does that sense of direction. I'm more drawn to the feeling this card gives me, of a cold winter night right after it's finished snowing. It's usually dead-quiet on those nights. There's a difference in a quiet winter night than there is in a quiet summer night, and I think it's the stillness. I think this card hints that in 2022 there may be a situation or many situations, that are going to call for stillness before action. There is a small note here about asking for help when its needed with the mistletoe card, but also with the belladonna card. They ask you to not take friendships/relationships for granted, too. But, Belladonna is also a card that tells you to be mindful of where your threads lie and if they're entangled in places they shouldn't be, so again that feeling of being mindful of what you're taking in, but also maybe partaking in.

The turning inward card kind of reminds me of that spirit from a Christmas Carol, the one from the past (I think?) that just doesn't speak. There's a sense of turning back to the past here, but maybe just observing it and how it got you to where you are. This card, ultimately, is asking you to stay true to yourself and know who you are. It talks about getting rid of outdated beliefs (That belladonna card hints at that, too), while also being sure of yourself. I kind of get the feeling that this group has changed a lot over the years, and their still kind of shaping who they are and who they want to be. This card is just here to be a reminder to stay focused on that journey of self-discovery by turning inward, but I think there's still that message of moving forward. Like, with the grief, don't get so stuck inside that you're unable to progress forward. Ah! The bottom of the deck was Star, and that talks about your north star/inner knowing! I forgot this card was on the bottom of the deck, so it's funny I brought that up with Buttercup. The guidebook actually says something really good about this that I want to quote: "Believe in your ability to understand what is right, even when you're unsure of your destination." I kind of feel like this is something I've been trying to say all throughout your reading, but couldn't find the right words until here lol

The last two cards were the Goddess Power oracle cards. The first was Mama Killa, who's keyword is the Moon. This is a card that talks about figuring out what does and doesn't work for you, which is another thing I was talking about earlier. I think this year is going to have you identifying the cycles you're in and how to best move through them. I do think this group could benefit with research on the cycles of the moon, maybe even paying attention to how you feel during certain cycles. The bottom card for the goddess deck was Mnemosyne, whose keyword is the Past. I think this does go back to how I was talking about figuring out what works and what doesn't work, and maybe revisiting the past and past situations/beliefs to reevaluate them. She shows up to tell you that if you're reminded of something from the past suddenly, to honor that and see if there are any lessons within that past situation that you can use in your present (or future). There's also a message about uncovering unconscious biases you may hold. It can be messy to revisit the past, but I think it's essential within the self-discovery journey this pile seems to be taking.

Pile 4:

Cards: Ornaments, Apples, Mischief, Confucius (wisdom), Parvati (devotion), Lily of the Valley

I see a lot of hands within these cards, so I get a sense of reaching for something here. There are also two number 25's, and a 16 to a 17. I think, there's something about the number 25, like maybe the 25th day of something, but also maybe 16 and 17 bear meaning as well.

I think this Apples card is a warning. For most, it's about being overly trusting. For others, its about immediately distrusting someone. While I think for most it's about being too trusting, there's a need to observe your patterns with how open you are to people. Are there boundaries that don't need to be there? Or are there not enough boundaries? Parvati is also here to make you question when you are blindly devoted to others. She asks you to make sure that the devotion is something deserved by the others, so I do think that the apples card is leaning more towards being wary of someone and ensuring that there are boundaries in place. The Mischief card calls for cleverness for something. I think in this case it's involving other people, maybe with how you deal with them. There's a call for less seriousness, and there's also the need to stay on your toes. I don't get a bad feeling though, if anything I just get that there's a lot of quick banter between you and someone. Though, I still would take the warning of the apples card to heart. Bottom of the deck is Elements, which talks about harmony. I really think there's a need to feel in harmony with yourself, because it asks you to feel what you're feeling and not ignore those feelings. So, if you're sad, you're asked to feel it rather than distract yourself. There's also the idea of allowing the seasons of your life to play out as they do. So, maybe you're feeling stagnant, like a dormant winter. Maybe you're feeling too busy, like a energetic summer? Either way, it's asking you to honor what season you're in. The ornaments card kind of talks about this, while also adding the need to see your successes. That, and your failures too. A need to take a step back and look at your progress: where are you and where are you trying to get to? Is there a need to change up plans to get there? Or are things going smoothly? Ornaments asks us not to ignore these things. Merriment also asks you to take stock of your life and what brings you joy. It asks you not to take those things for granted. But, it also asks you to figure out what makes your soul sing. Are you allowing it to sing? The bottom of the Goddess Power oracle was Nike, whose keyword is ambition. It relates to the ornament card and the merriment card by having you take stock of what you're grateful for in your life. There is a warning about striving for success only for the sake of success. Nike is here to ask you if you truly feel the success is something that will help you become your best self?

Confucius talks about gaining wisdom, but there's also a sense of stillness to his card too. It kind of goes back to feeling your feelings when they arrive, which is like the act of meditating where you allow the thoughts to arrive and know that they're there, but not go any further than that. I do think you're meant to dive into the feelings you experience, but I think that Confucius is here to make you stay objective about them (to a degree), and maybe find a way to make sense of them. At the bottom of the deck is the St. Joseph card, who talks about solutions to situations. I think this is about thinking outside of the box (I have a song stuck in my head from a tv show from a long time ago on disney called "Out of the Box", and the theme song had that phrase repeated so idk, but maybe that's for someone lol). What I take from his card is the imagery, really. He's holding a baby on the card (tell me why I heard Mario's voice saying "itsa me, Jesus!" lol), but to me, I'm not really seeing this baby as Jesus, or even a baby really. I see him as a metaphorical baby, kind of going back to taking stock of your accomplishments. I think you're meant to see your accomplishments as your babies and I think you're meant to nurture them, even when the going gets tough. I think Parvati comes back here, to show us how to devote time and energy to the things that matter, rather then investing in the things that we shouldn't (i.e. the bad apples, or the goals we make just for the sake of winning).

The last two cards here are Lily of the Valley and Bluebell. One thing I'm getting is this idea of milking a resource for all the knowledge it can give you. I don't know why the word "milking" is what I used here, I could have said extracting, but it felt right. Maybe it's because of the white petals. I'm not sure, but it makes me think of Confucius, to be honest. Like, the idea of gaining as much wisdom as possible. Lily of the Valley is apparently poisonous, and this card has the message that basically is saying "Not all that glitters is gold", and I relate that again to that Apples card. There's some very strong message here about you meeting a wolf in sheep's clothing or something along those lines, about needing to stay on your toes about this person, being clever and quick, seeing past their deception. But, bottom of the deck is Bluebell, and I'm seeing the book with the arrows on it, and I kind of hear something about knowing too much can be deadly. Maybe there are things you're not meant to know yet, or even not meant to look into. I don't think it really is deadly, but I could see you maybe finding something out and not wanting to know it once you do. Maybe that's the deception of this person? The bluebell card speaks about making sure the foundations you lay are firm, but also making note of when you may need help laying those foundations. There's an idea behind this card of you trying your hardest to be independent and seem independent, but that could hinder you when you really do need help. It's interesting, because you're being asked to be wary of someone, but then to ask help from someone else. I wonder if this is a case of being taught to use your intuition about people, knowing who to trust and who not. Being on the lookout for the red flags, and what-not? Either way, there's something here about placing boundaries but making sure they're boundaries for the right people.

Pick a Pile: What is next in love?

Hello, all. I didn't intend on taking as long of a hiatus as I did, but life kind of got in the way. Anyway, here I am, back with another reading. This one is a short one, mostly just to get back into the practice of doing a collective reading. It's about what will be next in your love lives. Again, these are pretty short. I hope to do a longer, more in-depth collective reading soon if time permits. Now, I must do my normal spiel and say that this is a collective reading. Pile 1:

Cards: Cardinal Medicine, Sodalite, Amazonite, Justice, Temperance, The Sun, Demeter

The first thing I can say, Pile 1, is that this is beautiful to me. I see a lot of balance, so I have to wonder if what is next in love for you is what you deserve. Maybe past relationships, flings or even crushes, didn't work out for you. Maybe you've just dealt with a lot of shit in the romance department. But I get such a warm, peaceful feeling from these cards. It could also be that even if there isn't someone new coming, you're just "seeing the light", which is something I'm hearing. Another thing I'm getting is that maybe whoever this is, if it's someone new (or a new situation), they may be your opposite and that this is about you both learning to balance the differences and make them work. Like, using what you're good at to help them with what they're not good at and vice-versa.

I'm also thinking that this is something you have a feeling is coming. The sodalite card speaks of using your intuition and also, following your dreams. The Sun card from this tarot deck also makes me think of using your intuition, just from all the eyes. The amazonite also brings about this balanced feeling, but with that, also is the calmness the sodalite speaks of. So, this feels overall...calm? This could be someone you just feel at peace with. Someone you can sit in silence with and not feel the need to fill up the silence.

Another thing I want to point out is a need to detach from the outcome. Both the amazonite and Cardinal Medicine cards bring this up. I think, even though you're asked to listen to your intuition, not to let a preconceived notion about how things are supposed to turn out take over your mind. I think, when this happens, that balance that seems to be so highlighted in these cards, vanishes and it becomes something frustrating. I wonder if maybe something about this situation is unexpected. Maybe you have an inkling about who this is, but how it happens is a way you never could have imagined. Or maybe it plays out the way you expect, but who this is is not involved with this vision. Something about this feels like a surprise, but not a bad one, because again, this is something peaceful and something that is restoring balance/justice. Cardinal Medicine does also promise new partnerships that are long-lasting. I don't want to get everyone's hopes up with this since it's a general reading, but I could see that this is something some people will experience.

One thing that is worth noting is the bottom of the decks. We have Kyanite, Candle Magic, and 3 of wands. I didn't take a picture, mostly because I didn't really have that for the other piles. Anyway, I believe these are all saying that maybe you do have a vision on how this will play out, and while you shouldn't expect it to go by the script, there's reason to keep hoping and dreaming of it. There's a feeling of planning here, along with hopes and manifestations. I see this more as what you're wanting now, will play out later. I can't give you timing, other than I only asked what was next, so this could mean tomorrow, next month or even months from now. So, there's a need to keep that hope, even if that means it takes a bit of time. This feels so good, though, so I think even if it takes longer than you'd want, it will be all you ever hoped for and then some.

There's also a really small message for a few of you, which is codependency. I see that some of you could either lose yourself within this relationship/another person or that you're afraid you will. I think this is something to be aware of. You're asked to keep yourself you. This means, while you may be in a partnership and do things for the sake of keeping this partnership together, you're also asked to keep yourself in mind. What are your dreams? What are your desires? And most importantly, what do you need? I don't think this is going to be a huge issue, and it may only be a message for a few of you, but this is just something I needed to mention.

I wanted to pull you some advice for this, so I pulled a Goddess Power Oracle card, and we got Demeter. Her keyword is Nurturer. My first thoughts from this card are about growth. She's holding some wheat in her hands, and I thought about harvesting it, but also, before harvesting, how there's that cultivation. Letting it grow. I think this relates back to this idea of letting go of expectations and how you think the outcome should be. I think there's a need to let things play out, allowing things to grow. I relate this to that Cardinal Medicine card, but less from the cards meanings and more from the imagery. Cardinals appear year-round here in Wisconsin. They actually bear a lot of meaning to me, and they like to show up in my backyard on days when I'm not feeling quite like myself. For that reason, I associate them with the dead of winter. But, I also associate them with winter because of their stark redness. They really stand out in a snow-filled backyard, don't they? They blend a little better in an autumnal setting, blending a bit with the red and orange leaves. In Summer, they also stand out depending on where they are. Are they near green grass? Or, maybe a patch of dirt? So, this, to me, is a message that maybe things will feel stagnant at spots and the progress within whatever this situation brings you, appears to be at a standstill. Other times, the difference this brings into your life is going to be as obvious as a Cardinal in the snow.

If we get into what this card means according to the deck's booklet, we see that it involves harvest, but it's more so in the sense of you making sure that you're able to give. You cannot fill a cup with what you don't have, right? So, this card is a reminder to nurture yourself, but also nurture others. This, to me, goes back to the idea of codependency. I think there's a need to be sure you have boundaries with this, knowing when you should merge within this partnership, but also knowing when you need to be an individual. I'm also thinking about not shutting out others, too. I know when you're within a honeymoon phase of a relationship, it's hard to find the desire to want to do anything with anyone other than this person, but I also could see this card suggesting that you both include others within activities, or you spend time with others outside of this relationship/situation. I'm not getting this as a really strong message, but I think it's something you're asked to keep in mind. I see this card, for this pile, being more about progress and also nurturing yourself.

Pile 2:

Cards: Amethyst, Ruby, Crone, Gatherings, King of Wands, 10 of Wands, the Empress, 4 of cups

To be honest, pile 2, I see this as a fleeting thing. Something passionate, but over with quickly. That's just my first impression. This may not be what some of you want to hear, but I think what I can tell you is that from this, you're going to gain a lot of wisdom, and I think this will also renew a sense of self for you.

I think this is something that is going to change the game for you, pile 2. While I could see it as fleeting, I could also see it having a lasting impression. From this, I think you'll gain a better understanding of who you are within love and within life. It will allow you to let yourself be who you are, whether this is because this person is going to try to stifle that, or, because this person is unapologetically themselves, therefore inspiring you to do so. This situation is going to make you know where you're stretching yourself too thin. I am getting two camps here, 1 where this person will cause you to stress, introducing this realization that you need to put up boundaries and stop carrying others' burdens. And the other camp, where this person isn't going to cause you to stress, but rather, teaches you how to put up stronger boundaries with others, and even, maybe, yourself. I think, for some, you're going to grow bored with this situation. For others, this situation will show you where the others lacked. While I see this as short-lived for all, I think how this is short-lived is going to leave those lasting impressions. Whatever the case is, from this will be this growth of self-worth. It's going to teach you how to love yourself. I'm not just talking about those who are having trouble with their self-esteem, but I mean, all of you. I think it's going to highlight the ways you can care more for yourself, teaching you how to have a torch lit for yourself in ways you didn't before.

There's also a call to ask for help. I think with this situation, comes questions. These cards tell you to ask for guidance from your community. For some, this may be a mother figure of sorts that offers you these answers. For others, just a group of friends. For some, I could even see this person offering answers. Though, if that's the case, I think this may be more along the lines of after the case, rather than during.

There's also this idea of fertility here. I think this is about allowing room for change and growth, but I see this more as an internal thing for you guys. While I do think there's a part of this that involves other people, I think the biggest thing is that you're not going to be the same person you are before this situation, and maybe these changes aren't going to be noticeable for a while, but they're there. Maybe they're just hiding under a cup, like in the 4 of cups? I think, also, a lot of creativity will stem from this. Possibly just a way to channel emotions, like creative ventures. But, I see so much creativity here. Maybe you're just that group that always is doing something creative?

I see a great deal of sexual attraction here. Even if you don't get to that stage, I think this is someone you'll have a hard time keeping your hands off of. But from this, again, I think comes self-love. I think you grow a deeper appreciation for yourself through this person. This, I think, for most is an afterthought once this is all said and done. Similar to group one, I cannot give you the timing for this. I told them that because I didn't specify a time frame, this could come at any time. So, maybe tomorrow, next week or in months. For you guys, I see a lot of different seasons within these cards, too, so this is probably just a really big group, which is why it's kept so general.

I pulled an advice card from the Goddess Power Oracle deck, and your group received Yhi, whose keyword is The Sun. This card asks you to be brave and be bold. But, it also, explains that sometimes, our bright light attracts people who either bring us up or bring us down. This brings me to think that this group does have a few different situations that might happen. For some, you'll attract someone who is also shining bright, and this will only bring you up and help you expand as a person. For others, you'll attract someone who feels less than you, and this will cause some heartache, I believe, but this will ultimately raise you up, too. I think there's an aspect of "burning too bright" here. That isn't to say that you shouldn't shine as bright as you possibly can. No, rather, I read it as a passion thing. I think this is going to be kind of like flying too close to the sun; hot, full of fiery passion, but ultimately burning you up. I think this has the potential to really wound you, but ultimately, this is a good thing. I wish I had something better to say from that, and I'm sure some of you may find that a bit distressing or just a bummer. However, I see that whatever the situation is, you'll leave it shining brighter than before. Gosh. I know it sucks to hear "What's next in love is a lesson", because lessons aren't always fun to learn. Though, I could see that for some this will be fun during, but after you'll be so much wiser. In the end, you could be the Crone. Wisdom is something to respect, in my opinion, so I see this as you gaining more in the long run, like new boundaries. From this, you'll know what works for you and what doesn't. From this, you'll find your sun, your guiding star. A side note, I could totally see this resulting in an insane glow-up for some in this group, and maybe from this situation, you go onto something even more passionate, but also better suited for you. Who knows!

Pile 3:

Cards Molybdenite, Feasting, Temperance, 4 of Swords, Ace of Pentacles

Pile 3, you had the least amount of cards come out. I didn't intend for that to happen, however, I also believe that it's meant to be that way. Group 1 also got Temperance, but I read it more as balance. For you, I get that balance, however, I see more rejuvenation here. I see that what is next in love is either you pouring back into your own cup by focusing on yourself, or, something that is just going to be overall healing. For some, something that just gives you a sense of being alive. I also get a feeling of gentleness. Either this person will be incredibly gentle with you, or it's you allowing things to flow, in a gentle manner. By that, I mean, no forcing things, and, also, being compassionate with yourself. A running theme within all piles is the need to nourish oneself. But, this theme is very present here. This Feast card is about knowing that what you give, it will come back. It's about having trust in the universe, but also, knowing how to care for yourself. Being gentle by feeding your soul. I could see that for some, what is next in love is discovering a new passion. For others, it's about feeling loved by the universe. Or, for others, someone gentle is coming in.

Your message is really short, so I think I need to tell you that another pile may hold something else for you if you felt called to another. This pile is ultimately about self-love and learning to care for yourself, while also knowing that you are where you are for a reason. If you are feeling a little lost, know that you are there for a reason. I hate telling you that, especially because I've felt that way all year. But, what I have learned, is that within the confusion and the sense of directionlessness, lays lessons and opportunities. I think for a lot of you, this is money or material related. I think, there's value here with knowing your worth. I also think, there's value in knowing what you want. Maybe it's not attainable at this very moment, but I could see these cards as being a message that now, in this foggy, stagnancy, you're in a cocoon. Within this cocoon, is you laying out the groundwork for when you get out of it. Maybe that isn't for another few years, which I get is really frustrating to hear. But, I think in the long run, you're going to look back on this period and be thankful. There is something magical in the unknown, and maybe there's a bit of fear, too. But, not everything needs to be planned out right now. You are being asked to take in this stillness, and maybe you use it to plan the future. Maybe you don't. I think these cards are saying that however you use this time, is what is meant to be. I also see this, for a small number, as healing after a heartbreak? If that is the case, this cocoon is here to keep you safe while you heal your heart. But, overall, I think for most, what's next in love isn't necessarily love? Like, yes, love for yourself and maybe even life, but I think this point in your life is actually more about your abundance and how you take advantage of it. Also, your relationship with wealth...? I am getting that some of you need to look at how you see wealth, and maybe reframe this, or figure out a way to make this more useful...As in, a way not to stress yourself out so much. This sounds like a bit of bullshit to me, because I get that we all need money to survive, but I think there's a group of you that is running yourself dry, and I think there's a need to figure out where this is occurring and how you can...not fix it fully, I don't know if that's possible, but maybe...alleviate it?

For each group, I pulled a Goddess Power Oracle card. You received Oshun, whose keyword is Generosity. I view this as directly relating to that Feast card. It's about gratitude and having faith in the universe. It's also about trying to dispel any fears that you will not have enough. That can be tough, I know, but the cards seem to believe that for this situation, this will help you out. I hear, "less is more" in my head, and I think that's for a small number of you, but it was with the line of thought about how you have so few cards. I think this was what you needed to know now, and not what's really next in love. It's funny, it was like I asked this and the universe was like "Yeah, hey, this is what these people need to know right now, not about love." So, again, if you think you have more messages, try one of the other piles.

What is working for you and what needs to be worked on:

I'm constantly trying to work on myself. When I notice something about my behavior that doesn't match up to my morals, I work on it. So, two of the things I've been asking my decks lately is what I'm doing well and what I need to improve on. I've got a few different oracle decks that really work well with this, so I thought I should do a reading on this. These are broken up into two parts per pile. The first part of the reading is what you're needing to work on (i.e. any bad habits the universe says are detrimental). The second part is what is working out for you/what you're doing well.

Before I get to the piles, I need to put my disclaimer. This is a general pick a card reading, so it may not resonate. If that's the case, then that's fine! Pile 1:

What needs to be worked on: Cards: Cauldron, Frog, New Moon in Taurus, Aquarius, Connection, 9 of Pentacles, 10 of Swords

The first card I turned over was the Aquarius card. My first thought about that was how Aquarians have that stereotype of being detached. The next card was Connection and so, yeah. I think this is the main message within this pile. I think some of you went through something painful, like an ending, and you've been healing that, which is good. From what you're doing well I can see that you're working on this. However, while doing so I can see that you've possibly isolated yourself while also maybe becoming focused on finances? Or perhaps, not dealing with your money all too well, like overspending. I think that's more of a side note for a few - but in general, I think I should just highlight to be mindful of your finances, whether it's overspending or being too stingy with your money. I think mostly, this is about you isolating yourself too much. I think there's also an element of impatience here. This is creating a bit of tension within you, making it hard to focus on yourself. Which, by the way, you're being applauded for doing, but I think you need to make sure you don't lose your connection to others while doing so. There's a need to think outside of the box. Some of you have gotten stuck in this 1-track mind, and I think you're in need of a new perspective. I get hanged man energy here, but he didn't come out. The Aquarius card can also talk about that since Aquarians can be also known for being inventive and "out of the box" themselves. So, a need for connection as well as a new approach to things. This isn't all that bad at all. To be honest, when I started this PAP, I thought we'd all get dragged to pieces lol

What you're doing well:

Cards: Juno, Love, Midnight, Greet the Darkness, Full Moon in Virgo, Ace of Pentacles, 10 of Wands, King of Wands

Before even looking at the cards more closely, I can see a lot of earthy colors. Browns, greens, yellows. I think right now you're grounded. Or at least, working on being grounded. Maybe you're spending a lot of time outdoors. I really want to say some of you are gardening a lot? That ace of pentacles has some roots on it, and from all the earthy colors, I wonder if maybe some of you have started a garden, or just have that hobby? Here in the states, it's pretty much summer, so it's been warmer out. I can see an opportunity to be outside if you live somewhere that isn't warm year-round. I think this is what's making you grounded. I also get a sense of seasonal depression for some, maybe it's letting go of its grasp on you for the time being.

I think this group is a group that's big on self-improvement. At least, working on bettering yourself when you see something you're not proud of within yourself. I get that from Greet the Darkness and Full Moon in Virgo. Maybe some of you are on a new health routine or something, like working out (maybe that's where the outdoors comes into play. Maybe you're hiking or doing a lot of outdoor activities?). Virgo rules the 6th house which is all about the body and health, and for you to get Full Moon in Virgo, I think maybe you're finally coming into a period of acceptance of yourself, both mentally and physically. I also kind of get that with Greet the Darkness and Midnight. Greet the Darkness talks about doing shadow work and trying to incorporate your shadow into your everyday life. Midnight actually talks about the exact same thing, so I can see that this is something that's been a focus for you lately. 10 of wands can talk about burdens and taking on too much, but in this deck, I always get a sense of relief with this card. She seems to be leaving whatever is burdening her and maybe she has some of those burdens with her, but she appears to be lessening her load a bit. I'm also being called to point out the wands that are lit up along the path, and I wonder if she set them up? Maybe that's how she's lessening her load...leaving a bit of a system...like breadcrumbs out of the darkness? The king of wands is holding a wand on fire! Maybe that's just confirmation of that! So she can find her way back... Because I pulled these cards, you're meant to hear that you're doing a good job with your inner-work. I think this King of Wands is here to say that this is you and that you should be proud of yourself. The 6th house is also the house of habits and hobbies, so, I could see this king of wands also being someone who is in their element, on their A-Game. This could be you, just doing what you love (being creative perhaps), and also setting up good routines. Yoga came to mind? Lol And maybe you haven't started a new routine yet, but you were intending on doing so soon, so this is your green light to do so.

The Juno and Love Cards really go back to this inner-work idea. I think this is a group that has been really working on their self-esteem and their self-love. If you've been having a tough time with that, but you've been working on being kinder to yourself, you're meant to know that this is paying off. I can see that your confidence is better. Maybe you were really self-critical in the past, but now you're learning how to balance that out. For example, you're learning how to critique yourself in a way that is loving and not detrimental to your self-worth. I'm again brought back to that idea of bringing yourself out of the darkness by leaving a trail of wands!

Pile 2:

What needs to be worked on:

Carts: Dawn, New Moon in Scorpio, Personal Growth, Mercury, Protection, Knight of Pentacles, The Wheel, King of Wands

My first thoughts are that this pile feels heavy...Pile one felt like they'd gone through something, but it felt like they were coming out of it, almost to the other side. Whereas, this pile feels like you're in the thick of it? I also get a sense that you're not ready to open up about it, whatever it is since it took FOREVER to get the cards out. Also, Scorpio as a sign is super secretive, so it could just be that you never like to air out your issues. Mercury is the sign of communication, and it's currently, at the time of this reading, in retrograde. So...I can see a lot of issues with communication within this pile. Again, I see that you have trouble opening up. Maybe this pile always has issues with that, but currently, it's worse? I think there's a sense of completion here or you're meant to complete a cycle, but things are not tying up as well as they're meant to and maybe that's related to the problem you're having with communication. Gonna be honest here, communication and opening up is highlighted SO much here that I think you're being told that cycles cannot be completed and your own personal growth cannot proceed without this work on communication. I think this protection card is less about you being protected and more about being overprotective. You're holding people at an arm's length (or more like holding them away with like a 10 foot pole lol). What I do know, is that this King of Wands reminds me of the emperor (something about the stance he's in) so I get control issues here as well. I also get slow SLOW slowww movement and I think maybe you're being called out on that lol. "Work through your fears" is literally what it sounds like, working through your fears. While I think this protection card is here to signify overprotection on your end (that ten foot pole), it also is here to say that once you jump into these communication issues, things will progress and that you're protected. Dawn is here to say that there is a fresh start waiting to be had, but you've yet to even communicate that you're ready to have it. So, basically, nothing can progress until you've worked through the communication issue. Honestly, it could be as simple as speaking to someone...which. Okay, I take that back. It's not always simple, but I think maybe you're making it out to be worse than it is?

What you're doing well:

Cards: Pumpkin, Mutable Moon, Joy, Cancer, Skull of Flowers, 9 of Wands, Strength, 2 of Cups

So, that part about being overprotective? That is true, however, you are being applauded for your boundaries. You have good, firm boundaries, but you're being asked to tone some down while keeping up others. And while I think you're having issues closing out cycles (or at least a certain one), I think you're good at restarting. There are some cycles you've burned through easily and are onto new ones. There are a few (or again, at least one) that have yet to be closed out, but overall, you are able to work with the universe to get through them. At least, MOST of them. I think you're able to acknowledge what you're feeling within which allows you to nurture yourself in a healthy way. It's just that, I think you're being asked to step outside of this and work on expressing what you're feeling outwardly too? You are being told that you're strong and able to persevere through all the shitty stuff. What's really good is that you have wiggle room within these cycles that aren't closing out, so, you have time and space to correct what needs to be corrected. I know I said you're moving slow, but I think that's more of a message to make sure you don't just take forever with everything. What I'm saying here is that if for some reason you're worried that you fell off track somewhere, you didn't. Or, at least, you didn't stray far enough off the path that you're not still on it. To be honest, I don't really think there is any straying from the path because I think it's something that can always be "corrected" if need be? I think, if anything, you just took that shortcut that is actually not shorter but the universe is saying "Okay, well...Just...keep moving forward". This pile is kind of conflicting because what you're not doing well is what you're doing well...It's just, there's a need to tone it down some, ya know? I think this is a group of people who are good at making something from nothing, it's just that right now you're mostly being asked to work on how you communicate. Pile 3:

The first thing I'm noticing is that you're being called to listen to your intuition more. You got both Intuition and Clarity, so I think there's a need to stop and listen to what your intuition is telling you. When I first started shuffling the cards, I heard the word "stillness", so I think there's something about sitting still and just letting whatever needs to come, come.

Along with allowing your intuition to guide you, you're also asked to detach in order to bring some balance to whatever is going on in your life right now. Both the Full Moon in Sagittarius and New Moon in Aquarius call for you to stop focusing on the details and to zoom out so you can get a fuller picture of this. I think for some it's a specific situation that is asking for you to have some compassion, but overall, all of you are asked not to get bogged down on small details when there's something bigger at play (i.e. lessons). You're going through changes (the Winter card is similar to the Death card in tarot since it talks about deaths/rebirths and change). Though, with this change, there's that factor of compassion needed. This is for you to have compassion for yourself.

For some of you, you're desperately trying to figure out what's next. I think this is where stillness comes into play. Some of you are feeling quite stuck, and you're trying to push forward but are meeting nothing. I get this feeling of...a need to move, like a burst of energy, but there is no outlet for this energy. What's really happening is that you're being asked to sit where you're at for a little longer. I think this is where compassion comes into play too, for yourself. You may feel frustrated with yourself that you're not moving past whatever this is, or moving on with life, but it's okay. You're meant to be where you're at right now just a little longer no matter how frustrating that is. I think there's some deep healing going on within you, and maybe this "bigger picture" is you seeing that this was needed. This is a small blip of time in the long run where you're sitting here in the stillness.

I can see that what you are doing well is growing. You may feel stuck where you're at, but I can see that you are growing. I said there was a lot of healing happening in this pile, and I can see it here. I can see that even if maybe you don't feel it, you're definitely working through some shit that needed to be worked on. I also can see that you're definitely able to contain your emotions, but not in a bad way. I mean in a way where you do not really allow others to see how much you're going through. And maybe that's not the best thing always, but I think right now it is because I could definitely see this energy being quite volitile, but you're moving in silence. I feel like 7 of swords has such a bad rep, and yeah it definitely does have it's issues, but within your case, I see this card indicating the silence. You're really receptive of what you're feeling at this moment, though I think there's a need to slow down? Like, I think you're in need of a bit of a pause (that stillness), but you are listening to yourself and your needs. Also, even if you're feeling stagnant, you've been doing some good work, like in school or at work. I see that this is working out well for you.

So, overall, you're doing well within and you're continuing to heal. Maybe things feel stuck but you're pushing through (I feel like a weird sludgey feeling with this, like walking in water up to your waist if that makes sense?). You're working through some cycles right now, but you're getting through them. Maybe not at the pace you want, but you're getting there. There's a need to loosen the reigns on control, but not so much so that you're bouncing off the walls. But despite that, you're being good with your emotions, keeping them at bay. Just the right amount that you're not taking anything out on others (but try to keep compassion in mind). I get a really grounded feeling from this pile, so I think you're doing more right than what needs to be worked on.

One thing most of the piles seemed to have in common was that we're all feeling stuck. This pile is no exception. You're being asked to rest! Specifically for some, you're being asked to meditate. Another thing that needs to be worked on is your self-love. I know it's not a simple thing, but I think you're stuck at this moment in order to work on your relationship with yourself. For some of you, you're stuck in a victim mentality, but the fact of the matter is that this isn't doing you any good. The First Quarter Moon card talks about growth, specifically that the world keeps moving forward, even if you're not prepared to move forward. This is the universe asking you to rest so that you're READY to move forward and so that you can do so in a more grounded way.

What you're doing well:

Well, first off, I can see that even if you don't want to heal, or even if you're having issues working through this, you know you need to heal. So, I guess that's a good place to start. I think you also are very aware of what you're needing to heal. You can see the shadows in you, and you're knowing how to shake hands with them. I also think, despite having trouble with your relationship with yourself, you do know where your talents lie and how to take advantage of them. Though, I also think you know that right now isn't a time to move because you know what's being offered isn't really for you. Or...a better way to word that is that you're worth more. So, for example, maybe you're job-hunting and everything you're seeing is okay but you know you wouldn't be happy there. Or you feel you need to hold out for something higher-paying. Maybe this is about dating and you have options but none of them are going to treat you as good as you know you deserve to be treated. And maybe mixed in there is a bit of doubt for yourself (but I can see that even though you need to work on it, you also are still aware that it's there, so, again, that's a start!). I definitely think you have a clear vision of where you want to go in the future, maybe it's the getting there that's murky and causing these doubts and this slump?

There's also a message here that if you're going through a hard time with your mental health (which I think all of this pile is, just to varying degrees), you're doing well,. You're working through it well. It's a process that is never linear, nor does any "solution" ever really guarantee that what you're feeling today is what you'll be feeling tomorrow (I think I need to tell you to listen to Mulberry Street by Twenty One Pilots if you can? It came on during this reading and it's the only song I feel called to point out in all of the groups). If you were worried things wouldn't get better, this is a message to let you know that it will get better. Again, healing/feelings are not linear, so you can't expect to always be happy, but you also can't expect to always be sad, right?

Another thing to note is that some of you are being asked to go outside/in nature more? And if you have been, then you're being told to keep it up and that this is helping you. I think this is helping you work through past regrets. If you're the group that is being asked to get outside/in nature, this will help you work through some past things? I think it might also help with anxiety, or at least help calm it down a bit if that's something you're having trouble with.

Again, I really want to stress that these suggestions are not an end-all-be-all and that I can see that some of you are really working through some shit. I really want to stress that if you're really worried about yourself to seek help from a medical professional. I think right now is not a great time for a lot of us (though, I'm sure it hasn't been for a while), and I think it's some thick energy we're working through. Please, get help if you feel you need it. Tarot, while helpful, is not a solution. Especially not a general pick a card.

Pick a Pile: What do you need to hear right now?

Good news, folks! My semester is over! So, hopefully, this means my stress levels will not be as high and I'll have more energy to do more pick-a-piles! Today we're going to look at what you need to hear. Gonna be honest, all the piles seem related. It could be that they all hold a message for one person, or they're continuations of the others? Or they could be messages for people in situations that are related to one another? I'm not sure, but there's some connection between all three tbh. However, only read what you're feeling called to read. That means you can have more than one pile. I also have to put my normal disclaimer here: This is a general reading. Oof I just got REALLY warm. I'm not sure what that means, but I think some are you are furious at someone. Well, you're asked to release the negativity (Full Moon in Scorpio), and also the bottom of the deck of the Moonology cards was Bring Love Into the Situation. The song on currently is Are You on Your Way by Middle Class Rut, and I take this to mean...are you coming home? Like, to yourself. I think some of you have allowed others to influence who you are, losing sight of who you are. There's something coming, or maybe this has already happened, but it's good. Possibly an achievement? However, there are underlying issues within this or around you. I take this more as outside voices, that part about being influenced by others again. I think the Voices card is one thing to look at about this. From this, I get two things. The first being that you need to listen to your own voice, your own judgment. The second is that you should ignore any voices on the outside. By this I mean, like family or friends. I really get that some of you have family or friends around you that are giving you their advice, but that it's no good. The Picollus card talks about long-standing feuds (specifically family feuds) and the Alastor card talks about not being vengeful. So I think maybe there are some not-so-kind things that are being said, either about you or others and you're being asked to not listen to them.

But, with the 6 of wands, wheel of fortune and Flying without wings, I see that there's something you're about to achieve or have just done. The bottom of the deck for the tarot was the tower, so for some, this is sudden. Maybe a promotion? Or, graduation, so a culmination of things leading up to something. But, I'm seeing that this can only be good if you're careful with where you get advice from and how you act. I'm not saying to ignore all advice, but I think when you hear advice, you're aware of what's good for you/will work for you and what won't. With the eclipse card, I can see that there are some things that may be unknown to you right now, and maybe this tower card on the bottom is coming energy (or past, depending on where you are at). The energy of this pile is NOT bad. It's more cautionary. There's a lot here about your shadow side, and I really want to stress that your shadow side isn't something to hate. It's a part of you. So I think you're being asked to be mindful of your actions towards others but also other's actions towards you, while also being kind to yourself?

Moving Along by 5sos came on. I was going to say that it feels like some of you are moving on from something, and maybe it's a breakup or a past failure, but now you're moving into better times like you're succeeding with something else. Moving on. But, I think there's a bit of fear here. For a few, there's resentment. I'm not saying you don't have the right to be resentful, but in the cards, there is a warning to be careful not to allow that to overtake you. The bottom of the Witches Oracle is Greet the Darkness, and this tells me that if you are feeling that resentment, you're being called to feel it. I don't think you can just ignore it, because it will eat away at you. However, you're being asked to feel it and then let it pass. So, again, kind of goes back to moving along, right? You also are being asked to find your voice and not use other's voices to dominate your thoughts/actions.

You know, it's not even a song that came on, but I was thinking about Harry Styles' song, Treat People with Kindness and I kind of am getting that message here? Like, I think overall, this is just a call to be good. Like, to discern what you hear, but also to be the best you can be. Do not to give in to the temptation of being a less than stellar person. I think it's a warning to be careful. Like, an ego thing?

I feel like there's something missing though? Like, I'm at the edge of what the overall message of this pile is, and they all seem to connect, but it's on the tip of my tongue and it won't come out? So, I wonder if there's also a need to speak up? We did get Voices. Also 7 of Cups can be about having too many choices that you're stuck trying to decide. It can also be about being stuck in the clouds. So, maybe there's a need to figure out what you want to say and say it? As concise as possible, but not too blunt? I had to go back and pull a couple more cards from some other decks (so, the Moonology cards are part of that). The other two cards I pulled from my Affirmators! deck and they were Joy and Friendliness. So!!! Yes, please treat people with kindness! But I also think this is kind of a treat people the way you'd want to be treated, so like, greeting meanness with a smile? Don't Take the Money came on, and I'm really noticing the line: "Buy back the secrets". This song is ultimately about not giving in to greed. Like, not choosing greed over love, and I think that's part of this message. I can see this resentment bubbling under the surface and I sound like a broken record by now, but? I think you're not really meant to allow it to bubble.

Also, I think you guys are my music group because I got SO many songs for you? I also was all ready to wrap this up, thinking "Well, there's that, I think I'm done." But again, I was still feeling like I was missing something and then a song called Something Left To Give by The Starting Line came on, so here I am pulling more cards. We got Page of Wands, The Emperor, and The Hierophant. But then...the bottom of the deck was The Tower again? So, first off. I think a lot of you are definitely ignoring something, like a lesson you're meant to be learning? And I think it has a lot to do with surrounding your ego and maybe reaching into the shadows. But I also think it has to do with holding grudges while also holding onto toxic things, such as thoughts or people? I think, with the Emperor and the Hierophant here, you have the ability to be kind while also upholding your boundaries, but I think this is less about how you are and more about how you need to be. And sometimes...that's about upholding boundaries with yourself, whether it be letting go of certain behaviors or thoughts, or making sure other people do not cross those boundaries. Another thing I'm getting is that there may be certain beliefs you hold about yourself or others, or even the world, that need to be changed. I get this "My way or the high-way" feeling from the Hierophant and the emperor, and I think that if you have this attitude, you're being asked to really rethink that. It's okay to not be right all the time, and it's also okay to make mistakes. It's also okay to change your mind. To find that what you once believe doesn't really hold up anymore. I just think it's SOMETHING to get the tower on the bottom of two different decks, and I think this is about well, I'm getting shipwreck imagery in my mind. Crashing those beliefs? Wrecking them? Burning them down and starting over. Saying to yourself: "Hey, I don't really need this anymore. It doesn't match who I am now and where I want to go. I can let this go now." And, this can apply to more than just beliefs. I am using the Daemon tarot and the bottom deck energy was brooms which has the same meaning as the Witches Oracle Brooms card: Cleaning. It can mean physical cleaning (and it IS spring. I know I need to clean lol), but it also can talk about purification. So, purging those beliefs that do not fit anymore and getting rid of what does not serve you. What is not working for you anymore? What isn't helping you be the best person you can be? It's not about quitting things cold turkey one morning. It's about slowly allowing those things to fall away. So I'm not saying you need to get up and both physically and metaphorically clean your life. I'm just saying, to start that process. Ya know? Getting a garbage bag ready and filling it as you go.

I really think there is something good happening for you but I think you need to keep yourself grounded in reality and to be the best you can be while this is happening. I also think you need to not allow others (or your own self) to get to you. I don't see anything in here saying you are a bad person, I just see that there's a reminder being made to be good and be the best you can be, which also includes making sure that what you have in your life is good for you. Nothing drastic has to happen (if you don't want that), but mindfulness is needed.

YIKES, that was long lol Also, side note, the bottom card for my Dreams deck was Animals, and I think if you've been having a lot of dreams involving animals, this was meant for you especially. I could barely fit all the cards in this picture, so I didn't take a pic of the animal card, but if you're dying to see it lmk lol The bottom of the Affirmators! deck as Trust. It just talks about how you know you'll be okay. Personally, when I'm having really bad days, I usually write in my journal "I am okay. I will be okay." Idk, just something I do that helps me. It's small, but it gives me hope. This group has a very specific message that comes out. It took a bit to get there, but I wanted to say that this is a specific situation. If you were called to it, then by all means carry on reading. However, if you find that you do not vibe with what this is saying, then this might not be your pile. However, I think there also might be a few bits here and there for some people, and not the whole message, so maybe try it out first.

First off, I get similar vibes to pile 1, but this pile seems more to be in a victim mentality. I'm not saying you don't have a right to feel that way, but I'm getting that there's a line and that you're either already past it, or you're near it. That line draws a boundary between feeling sorry for yourself and on the other side: feeling sorry for yourself that you play victim, never taking responsibility for yourself/actions. Get a defensive energy (I wouldn't be surprised if you were reading this and thinking that it may not be your pile because you're denying it? Hey, I do that all the time. I'm pretty guilty of this). I think a lot of you have had a tough time recently, or are still in the thick of it. I'm here to say that it will pass, but that you can't allow this to turn you bitter. Nor can you use this to take it out on other people. There's a strong message about making sure you don't do that. Also, not to manipulate others? I think there's a possibility of falling into this mentality that you're the victim and may be manipulating people into feeling sorry for you. I just get a weird manipulative vibe and I think maybe some of you can have the tendency of doing this, possibly even without being aware of it.

There's also a message of lightening up, allowing yourself to have fun. To stop focusing on the negative aspects of a situation, and find the humor in it. It may be something hard to do right now, but I think you'll find that maybe one day soon, you'll be able to do so.

Also, there's another side note about someone else? This can be a father figure, a boss/ceo figure? This could just be someone who embodies the King of Pentacles (he's the CEO type, has his shit together, is stable, more on the materialistic side of things, etc.). Whether this is you (could be!) or someone else you know/will know, I don't get bad vibes. I mean, I pulled the 4 of wands with that card, so I think it's kind of this stable energy whoever this is. However, there also is the Knight of Pentacles reversed, which can represent carelessness. The Full Moon in Gemini talks about being careful with one's words, like that whole "Less is more" idea when communicating. I think these two go together, and I think it just is someone who is a little too direct and blunt. I get work vibes tbh, so I think this could involve your workplace, so possibly a boss? Passing Notes talks about gossip/rumors, so I think this is like...A warning not to gossip or even to not believe everything you hear? I don't get any romance vibes but I think this could involve something that never took off? Oh, I was going to delete that, but I actually listened to what the song I was hearing was saying, Contagious by Boys Like Girls. This has sent me down a whole other path for another message lol

So, this might apply to some of you, but I think you may be involved with someone (or want to be?) who is the King of Pentacles, but they're kind of horrible at communication (or one of you is). I think they're more money-focused, and maybe they hear shit about you that has shaped their opinion about you (or vice-versa). But despite this, they like you. I think they don't quite know how to express themselves, and maybe you're feeling down about this because maybe you don't think they're into you? I still think this is work-related though. That, or this is someone who is just super focused on their work. But, I have 9 of cups and 6 of cups, so I think you're kind of what they're looking for and maybe they feel at home with you.

For some, you're being warned about this person. They can be manipulative/play the victim. For others, maybe they do that, but I think it's something being worked on. Either way, someone in this situation is having a lot of trouble expressing themselves. There is anxiety surrounding this situation. I get it on both sides. But I think for some there is some communication coming. Or at least an action that will communicate things. It seems like something practical if it is an action, but friendly. OMG what kind of relationship is this? Like what kind of a dynamic do you have? Because Drug by Simple Creatures came on after and it just feels like the song Contagious. Like this idea of being addicted to the way someone makes them feel? I think this is someone that can compartmentalize their feelings...but I think with you...it's harder? Okay, now I'm just getting nosey...I want to explore whatever the fuck THIS is further, so I'm going to pull some more cards.

SHHH Don't tell the other piles I got really fucking nosey and pulled more cards. :/ So, what I get about this King of Pentacles person is that they may already be pretty established in their life? I got Ten of Pentacles, which talks about that happy family, but like. More-so, the material aspect, like needs being met. This could just mean someone who's got their own place and a good position in their job. With the Knight and Page showing up, I think that if this is work-related, you're under them in terms of position? I get this message a lot actually, about a boss/employer relationship? So, I think this is an ongoing thing. Who is this for? Lemme know if this is you lol bc this comes up so much and like. I don't think it's me because I don't have a love life to speak about. Just crushes on unavailable men. Anyway, I think that whoever this is, they can't express their emotions. This could be because of someone else in the picture. There are a lot of court cards here, also, bottom of the deck for this is The Empress. So a mother, either there is or the mother of their kids if they have kids? Or someone who they see/saw as the mother of their future kids? Could be roles reversed, and that this is the father. Take whatever resonates doesn't have to be a woman and the king does not have to be a man. But, I think this burdens them. Like, they have a lot of responsibilities that rest on them, and they're unable to express what they want to express to you because they're "chained" to these feelings. You know, I almost get like...Less another relationship and more a social standard, or company issue because in both the Page of Hazards (pentacles) and the Empress, there are kids being chained to something (They ARE zombies but...interesting that two cards that have chains are pulled...). Even more interesting is that the kid in the page of hazards is chained to a mailbox with cobwebs, so I get communication issues with that. I think it's both hard to express their feelings because they're not someone who does so openly or easily. But also, they just cannot because of external circumstances. So, like If you came here because of some work/love situation...Then. There ya go...The feelings are there, but cannot be expressed. At least, not at this time. And maybe that's where that victim mentality comes in? Like, a "Why me?" or "Why can't it be easier?" Because I kind of relate to this pile, and I get how fucking annoying it is to hear "The feelings are there but can't be expressed". It hurts, I know.

But. Here I am to remind you that you got that Beauty card, right? I wasn't sure how it really factored into all of it, and was just going to use it as a reminder of your beauty, and I guess I am doing that now. But I'm also going to tell you something someone once told me: You deserve someone that will give you their time. By that, you deserve someone who feels for you and can openly express how they feel for you. I'm not saying this King of Pentacles person is a bad person, or that they're not for you, but it just seems like right now is not the time for this to work out. I don't see anything that says it won't work out, but on the other hand, I don't see anything that says it will. I think its just one of those things where you're going to have to be patient with. The song I ended your reading on is Space Travel by Yellowcard. It's about getting lost in someone and loosing who your are within this other person. Like, loosing your personality. I'm not sure where you are with this person, but I think this is reminding you to take care of yourself first. Whoever this person is, they have other things they need to take care of first, too. I also think they're putting themselves first. I don't want to say move on entirely, because that can be hard. It can seem impossible some days. I do want to say, however, that you need to make sure you're not waiting around on this person. There are so many other people in this world, and I find it impossible that you only find "it" (whatever "it" is that you found within this person) with this one person. Which, again, sounds like an impossible thing to say. Like that saying "there's other fish in the sea". I personally hate when people tell me that. But, one day you're going to have a memory of this situation and it's not going to ache as much. I can't guarantee there won't be a sting, but I can guarantee that with time, it feels better. Songs:

Cards: 4 of Pentacles, the Empress, the Emperor, Hanging at the Mall, Clouds, Gel Pens, Lamia, Andras, Pumpkin, Being Lost/Losing Something, Ideal Partnership, New Moon in Sagittarius, New Moon in Libra, King of Wands, 9 of Wands, Wheel of Fortune This pile seems related to the other two? I'm not sure why but all the piles had this weird "Spring cleaning" theme, about clearing what isn't working. But this pile seems to specifically be about love. So, I think if you're trying to move on from something/someone, this is a sign that things will be turning in your favor. Firstly, we pulled the emperor AND the empress. However, similar to how in Pile 2, where I felt the King of Pentacles in that pile was someone unable to express their emotions (its so odd that I got that, because I also got an emperor vibe but didn't pull it, but here it is in this pile?), I get that...this could be you? Because the New Moon in Libra suggests that someone is coming into your life that CAN express their emotions, but in one of the songs that came on, Headphones by WALK THE MOON, there's a line where he sings: "I wanna open my heart, but you won't open the door." Similarly, there's a part in Eyes are Red (Don't be Afraid) by Deep Sea Diver, where she sings "Don't be afraid". I kind of read into this song is about expressing one's feelings. But, we have the 4 of pentacles here, and it can be about hoarding. And in this sense, I'm getting...hoarding feelings? Like, keeping them in. But, they're there, at the tip of your tongue, they just can't get out. I think for some of you, this comes from past hurt. You closed your heart and you're afraid to express yourself, but I think you're being asked to allow yourself to heal while being open about your feelings. I think there is someone coming in (King of Wands), who is going to want to know about you and you're going to be a little worried to open up? But, these cards say it's okay to open up. You have two cards that indicate luck, and also you have a card indicating that you're protected (Pumpkin talks about being protected). I think this "Spring cleaning" is more about clearing out your emotions...letting them out? I think once you open up more, you're going to find that there are a lot of opportunities for you, you just need to be open to them. I think you're getting there, though, and with the Empress, I can see that you're healing from something. I always get that "nurturing" vibe from that card, but I definitely am reading this as you nurturing yourself, but maybe this involves you keeping things inside? Nevertheless, we got a pair, the Empress and the Emperor, so I could also read this as counterparts. I'm reading them as mostly you but I also can see this as you and someone else. One interesting thing is that I see the guy on the 9 of wands following the King of Wands. Not sure if that makes you feel of anything, but I read 9 of wands as persistence. I don't really see too many action-oriented things, but I see that being social is kind of something that needs to happen? I do get a Fool vibe from this, though. Like, taking a leap/risk? I don't know what kind of a risk, but I can see that you're being called to action in some way. In Pile 2, one of the messages was this need to not allow a victim mentality to take over. Pick a Pile: What is coming towards you next in love

So, first off. Sorry, it's been over a month since the last Pick a Pile. Work/School/Life kind of got the best of me (seems like I say this every time...). I've started several different readings but have not been able to finish them, and when I start them but don't finish after a few weeks, I usually scrap the readings. Part of the reasoning is because, in addition to each pile taking 1-2 hours, there are also about 2-3 hours within trying to post it since Tumblr's editor is not so great. However, it appears that they have made some changes, so hopefully, things will be easier from here on out. This is a reading to see what's coming towards you in love. It's pretty quick, so it's not my most in-depth reading, but it was still fun! For the piles, I just want you to pick an outfit that Midge wears in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel:

This is a disclaimer before I get into what I got for this pile. I found this pile to be really strong energetically, but I was having trouble differentiating if this was your energy or someone else's. I was asking for love, but I definitely think that for some, this is a message for you specifically. However, I think for most this is about someone you will meet or already know (I get more of a "already know" kind of vibe tbh). So, it may get a bit confusing and at one point I give up saying that this could also be you. So, if you find that you resonate with this energy, just assume I'm not talking about someone else, but you. However, for some this fits both you and someone else! So, yeah, a bit tricky and confusing. So anyway, here's what I originally wrote:

Right off the bat, I see that I'm going to have two different groups within this one. The first being the one that has someone in their energy embodying the Crone. The other being the Crone themselves. The crone is someone who does not see the black or white of things, but rather, the gray areas. They're not into anything surface level. They'd rather dive in deep. So, if you relate to that, then this is you. Or, if not, this is someone coming (or already is?) in your energy. It could also be that you and this person embody this energy, or you're being asked to take this mindset on.

With the Mars card, I see that whoever's energy this is, it's strong. Vindictive a little, which isn't very fair to place that stereotype on this card, but I get that feeling. I think it's just an energy that takes no shit, ya know? Mars is the god of war, so maybe that's where I'm getting that energy. But it's also powerful. Like...oof. That mixed with crone, this is strong. I'm definitely getting emperor vibes and would be a bit sad if that card didn't come out at some point. Oh my gosh, you know what just got stuck in my head? Vindicated by Dashboard Confessional. Do you know how long its been since I listened to that song? At least 10 years lol There's this idea in this song about cleaning up one's flaws. I think maybe if this is you, or another person, these two cards together are about pushing forward and learning to transcend ones flaws but also how to embrace them? Like, working with them? And the idea of the crone I had about seeing the grays within things (or people)? If this is someone that is coming towards you (or around you right now), they're cool lol. Like, they can see the good and the bad in people, but they don't judge it at all. If this is you, then I really want to tell you that it's really awesome that you do that. There's also an idea in Vindicated about doing what's best for yourself, which can sometimes be seen as selfish, and I can kind of see this within both of these cards. But, I don't think doing what's best for yourself as being selfish, so I'm not sure who needs to hear that.

Oh my god. I just went to one of my tarot decks to shuffle and Queen of Pentacles AND King of Pentacles fell out??? Holy Shit you guys! That's a pair. I am SQUEALING IN EXCITEMENT. Also, a lot of the music playing is late 90's, early 2000's pop-punk/alt, so, that's something for someone if you're into these songs/that kind of music this is definitely for you. But, back to that pair. These are two people who have their shit together. They're stable. The queen is a homemaker (not so much literally, more metaphorically). She has her emotions in check, but also has her finances in place too. All the while, she can still be nurturing and care for those around her (oh, that non-judgemental person, I see!). The King of Pentacles is like big boss energy. Someone who is top of their class or a boss/ceo (or at least heading that way). The fact that these two fell out together tells me that whoever this is, they're meant to be in your life. I don't want to say they're meant for you because I kind of believe we all have multiple people meant to be on our journey, so this is someone meant to be in your life at some point. And, if this is about you, I think its about you mastering certain aspects about yourself (transcending those flaws but also using them to your advantage). So, paired with the Mars card, this all makes sense. This sense of drive the Mars card holds is very much fitting these descriptions to me (and I mean, I always kind of relate the King of Pentacles to the Emperor, who's astrological equivalent is Aries, who in return is ruled by Mars, so full circle, people, FULL CIRCLE!)

Oh. This song about being uncomfortable with emotions came on (Sex and Question Marks by the Wombats) and I think someone within this is going to be this way at first? I'll have to see what else we pull.

I cannot make this up. I went to pull some Apples to Apples cards (really, only one) but 3 fell out. Impulsive (oof that Aries/Mars energy to me), Loyal and Successful. Those last two have such Pentacles energy to me, so to have those after I pulled the Queen AND King of Pentacles is crazy to me. This is like. WOW. So, again, more of that CEO/Boss energy, right? Whoever this is, they're good at gaining abundance. I don't want to say financially (but for most, probably?), but that is one form, but also just in general this person (or you!) is super abundant. Not only that, but they're loyal (though that phrase, "Loyal to a fault" came to mind, so I do wonder if this has been detrimental to them at some point and has hurt them in the past?). LOL I looked to see what the bottom deck energy for that pile was and it was "Faulty" SO. Yeah, LOYAL TO A FAULT. I think this is where that "selfish" energy comes in. I think this person has had problems in the past where they were loyal to people who weren't so loyal back and they got burned by it, so now they're maybe a little more exclusive with their energy. Maybe they don't put too much trust in others (possibly where that song came from about being emotionally unavailable/or at least uncomfortable with the emotions? I think if this is the case, this person wants to dive deep into things with someone, but they still have that fear of doing so and getting hurt). I think this means that they are starting to learn to be more selfish, both with their energy and their actions. OOf. I just got really drained too, so yeah. Not only is the energy here strong, but this person has been drained by others (energetically or financially).

On Fire by Switchfoot came on, and it's yet another song I haven't thought about in years..."You're on fire when he's near you, you're on fire when he speaks", so putting aside genders because I'm sure this pile is covering a wide range of people, I think this is very much how this energy is? I think you both will be burning for each other. Like, I see passion, which like is funny because so far the only firey cards I have are Impulsive, Mars and the bottom deck energy for the astrological cards is Leo (so maybe has some relevance to someone). However, there's a part of this song where it talks about "burning at these mysteries", so maybe with the crone you find this person mysterious? "I'm standing on the edge of me", which reminds me of the needing to take more selfish actions for oneself, so maybe this is a sign that this person has changed, and maybe you knew this person before when they were too loyal? Maybe this is someone in your periphery and suddenly they're there and you're like "OH. You've changed!" but in the best of ways? Marina's Life is Strange came on and she says "Ever since my dreams have changed, I'm crashing down like a paper plane." And, I do wonder if this is about this person has changed? I think this is someone who recently (at least within the last few years) had a change in direction. I'm thinking about maybe someone who went to college and graduated with a certain degree but now they don't want to use it for what they got it for? I don't know, I get that vibe from this. So, this is probably for someone.

The Star came out, and it's interesting since that was bottom deck energy for the other tarot deck, so I think this just emphasis this card. It's a healing energy, and with Ace of Swords, I see that this person is healing. I think they're finding who they want in their life and who they don't, especially since they seem to have been too loyal. The song I Don't Like You by The Wrecks came on, and I think this is this message exactly. This person is cutting through the bullshit in their life. The bottom of the Zombie Tarot Deck is 5 of cups, so I think before this they really took any hurt from friends and others deep to heart. I think maybe there was a lot of crying over spilled milk, so to speak. But now they don't need that anymore. They're powering through any hurt, maybe not even taking any of it personally. Like, okay, I see it this way. This is someone who in the past was pretty sensitive. And, that doesn't mean they aren't anymore. But, now they're seeing that when other people hurt them, it's not about them. It's about that other person, so they're not taking it personally, but they're also not allowing for that to happen to them anymore. Strong boundaries (maybe this person is a lesson in boundaries for you, but not in a harsh way, more in that you see them do it, so you learn from it). So, they're cutting out the shit and healing the things that have hurt them. But, despite this aggressive vindictive energy I got earlier, I still get a very loving, kind energy? Like, I wouldn't want to piss this person off, but I also would love to be the object of their affections because I bet the feeling of being loved by this person is kind of like...a drug?

I also pulled the lover's card, so I mean, this just adds to my thought of you two being meant to be in each other's lives at some point, but also that warm, loving energy. On this card, it's a living person kissing a zombie. I wanted to point out that she's holding his heart in his hand. I think this has a couple messages. One, this person used to wear their heart on their sleeve, but also, two, I think someone in this connection is going to be holding the other's heart. Not as a way of leverage, just like...Someone is going to fall deeply (so, I guess, try not to become codependent if this is you). That song by Mitski, First Love/Late Spring, where she says "One word from you and I would jump off this ledge I'm on", that's the vibe I get. So, kind of this Devil energy where it's passionate, but also a little dangerous? But, this person seems good. Like, I don't think they'd let you get to that spot, but I get this crazy, lovesick feeling. It's...funny. It's like a high almost. There's more I probably could add, but I'm getting a feeling like I need to stop now because I think the rest is supposed to be a surprise...There's the moon in the background of this card. It's always distinct to me when I pull that card in this deck. It has that sense of mystery (ooo, like I said earlier), and to me, it's like. This is supposed to surprise you. But, it's a good surprise. It's lovely. I have no idea how you two meet, or if this is someone you already know (I know I've said a few times that you probably already know them, but there are probably a few of you who don't yet). I mean, maybe if we go off of the pentacles and the swords, we get work or somewhere that you need to use your brain/intellect? I think you will feel them. Like, their energy? I mean, I can't possibly explain how strong this is. It's only something you have to experience. So, once you know them/realize who this is, you'll be kind of like "Oh. Okay. I get it now". Wow, this was such a music-heavy pile. I think if you're obsessed with music, then it is most certainly your pile. Cards: The Lover, Taurus, Serene, Strength, Wheel of Fortune, 8 of Pentacles, 6 of Cups RX, The Moon, 5 Of Pentacles This is someone who is sunny. Just from the colors bursting out of the lover card, I get that. They were probably often seen as someone with a "Sunny Disposition" I think. I get strong Sagittarius optimistic vibes from them. They are someone who can see the good in everyone, like pile one's person, but they also see the good in everything as well. I also get this feeling that they like to make others laugh. Like, when someone laughs at a joke they've made, they feel accomplished for the day.

With the Taurus card, I get a homey feeling. They probably really love being at home or at least being comfortable (including eating good food). They probably own a lot of blankets lol like I know these are stereotypes but I also know A LOT of Tauruses and like, that's definitely a thing they all have going for them. Also, probably super stubborn. And, with this and the lover paired up I get a beautiful Venusian vibe. Like, warm, loving energy (again, similar to pile one's person...But I don't think they were as stubborn as this person). I think they want to take care of those they love by making them comfortable. With the Serene, I definitely get a calming feeling. I think this person will make you feel at ease. I think they're quiet because I'm having issues getting cards to come out. This is someone you can sit within comfortable silence.

Strength tells me that they're strong. I mean, they could be physically strong, maybe a gentle giant. But I also get that they might have been through some shit and maybe this is where the serene, calmness comes from? Like, if given the choice, they would have people like that in their life. They're this way to give others that comfort. I get that they work hard at being that way, too, with the 8 of pentacles. But, with that card, I also see that maybe they are working on something, like skills? Maybe they're in school or an internship? I get a work vibe with this, not necessarily that you know them from work (could be?) but, that they're working on something. Wheel of Fortune just says to me that not only are they lucky, but that you're going to feel grateful to have them. I think they give off a grateful vibe themselves, so I don't think it's hard to NOT feel that way around them. A funny thing, though, is that the tower is the bottom of the deck energy for this, and it makes me think back to what I said about them possibly not having someone calm in their lives, so they chose to be that way. SO, I was thinking maybe this tower is their past. Like, maybe you'd be surprised to hear about some of what they went through/people put them through? I just have to say that if that is the case, please love this person right. I know we're not all perfect, but just take care of this person. They deserve to be loved right. I can't tell you...It's like you need to handle them with care. I am seeing a box that says "Fragile" on it, and while I don't think they are (with that strength card, fuck no), but it's that they deserve peace and to be at peace. With the songs Painkiller by Dreamers and Nightmare by Halsey, I also wonder if this is someone that's battled some demons? Like, addictions??? (this is for very few of you). The Devil wanted to come out a few times, so I could see that for some. So, yeah. Please, love them right. Yeahhhh. 5 of Pentacles came out, so I think they've been left out in the cold a lot in the past, but also, maybe they have some pretty low lows. Like...I said they seem like a really sunny person, but I wonder if they battle depression? This is speculation and I don't want to diagnose anyone, nor do I have any Swords cards, but I just Have to wonder...Maybe that's why I was getting the idea that you need to be good to them? Ooo. The 5 of pentacles is so creepy in this deck because if you look closely there's a zombie peering out the window and his face looks like a skull. That made me shiver...lol You know... I said this person may be lucky, and maybe, but I think in the past luck wasn't on their side. I'm just getting that heavily now.

6 of Cups reversed tells me this is someone new. I don't think you know them, or have dealt with anyone like this. Or, if you do know them, this is someone who's embraced their internal child. They maybe are a bit childish at times, but I think it's all in good fun. The Moon is kind of like Pile 1 where I said it's meant to be a surprise? Yes. This person is meant to surprise you. But I think also, their issues may trigger a few of you, too. Like, their past might remind you a bit of your own? Maybe that's why 6 of cups is reversed. Maybe it's a reminder of your past, and it's not any fun? But, like, I think maybe that's why you're told to take care of them because they'll take care of you. It's what they deserve, but it's also what you deserve? Wow, this is like...Such sweet vibes from this group lol. I know I keep reiterating to be good to them, but I never really felt you wouldn't be, but I just think it's something you may need to know going into it? I'm not sure what the message within that is, but I think this might be the sign you need to know who this is...Also, on the Moon card, there's a crow holding a key, so I do wonder if nighttime is important to this connection? Maybe one of you is more of a night owl? I think Birds are important...A swan on the lovers, the crow on the moon, and then Nico and The Niners came on by Twenty One Pilots, and the album artwork has a vulture? But, also, back to the moon. I think this is an important placement for one of you. Maybe their moon sign is your sun or rising? Or vice versa? Something about the moon placement in one of your charts. Cards: The Mentor, Jupiter, Threatening, Faulty, Angelic, King of Pentacles, Ace of Cups, 8 of Wands, The Empress, Ten of Pentacles, Wheel of Fortune With the Mentor card, there's a flame on this card, but it almost like a galaxy too...I think this person has a flame inside of them. But I also think that you'll find that this person is full knowledge, like so much so it could never fill galaxies. You might find that they're wise beyond their years and that they're always teaching you something, even if it's not intentional. I also don't get a know-it-all feeling from them, but rather someone eager to teach, at the same time as being eager to learn? Like, they know they can give people something valuable while also gaining something valuable too. This person could be older than you. With the Jupiter card, I think this person has a way about them that...Just is lucky? Like, I think they might speak about something they want to do/gain and suddenly the next day they have it. Like, they manifested it out of thin air, but really I think this person has a good work ethic, so a lot of this is their doing, their drive. But, something cosmic about them. Maybe when you look in their eyes...you see galaxies. I just get a lot of thoughts about galaxies right now. I also just get strong boss energy or even an actual mentor like a teacher. I think they hold a position over you? Something about power is at play here. Not anything bad, but something is being highlighted about power or age?

The cards seem a bit contradictory to me. Faulty and Threatening make this person seem a bit like I want to tell you to avoid them, but then there's the angelic card. I think this person might have a bit of an ego or might appear one way out the outside. Like, maybe they look rougher than they are, but on the inside, they're wise and loving? Maybe they're the kind of person that wants to be seen as tough but instead, you spend a lot of time going "Wow, you're just so cute" but really they're like a few years older than you and maybe like a foot taller than you too lol. There's also a thought that with this Faulty card, they see themselves as faulty, so maybe some self-esteem issues are going on here. Obsessions by Marina came on, and there's that line "You never told what it was that made you strong, what it was that made you weak." So, I wonder if this person is a little obsessed with hiding their faults? Like, maybe they're hyper-critical of themselves. A need to look like they're on top of their game? In fact, I almost wonder if you would even notice too many faults with this person because I bet they're good at masking them. King of Pentacles came out for you (as it did with pile 1, so maybe check that out if you felt called to it), and this does tell me this is someone in a higher position, whether it's above you or just in general. They are on top of their game and it would be the worst thing to them if it crashed down.

8 of Wands and Ace of Cups makes me think this will move fast. I don't know what part of this moves fast...an offer? Physical aspects of this? I don't want to say getting to know each other will go fast because I think this person is a bit hard to crack. I do think that they will have very loving feelings towards you right away and that they'll want to offer that cup pretty quickly, but I can't say they will since aces are more of a potential than an absolute. The same with the 8 of wands. While I do see it as fast-moving, I never see it as stable. I think the King of Pentacles does stabilize both cards a bit because he is a trustworthy guy, but I don't know if it's quick. In fact, the pentacles just tell me that this is someone who takes things slowly, maybe playing the long game and wanting to play it right. I heard "the first time", so like, they know if they rush it they could fuck it up and lose you forever.

The Wheel of Fortune paired with the Jupiter card tells me again that this person can manifest well. Or they're just...They know how to work the system. Oof. I don't know where that came from, and I don't even mean a con-artist (I guess it could be for some?), but just that they know how to play the game...Whatever that means applied to their life. Outer space/stars are important somehow because again I've got those galaxies from this card. For a couple people, this could be someone who's had a near-death experience...For others they could already have kids, at least, I get that from 10 of pentacles. They definitely will bring happiness and luck/fortune to you, whatever that means for you. But also, they're abundant. Maybe with ideas, maybe with money. Something about them is abundant. I think for a few of you they have issues with their mom...? This empress card is interesting because the little girl has a cuff and chain around her ankle, and like, clearly she's a zombie, so in context it makes sense. But, I get a chained feeling. I also had Handcuffs by Brand New play earlier, so again more of that chained feeling. Like, they feel like they owe their mother something, which okay, maybe they do, but I think its an unhealthy attachment...Like. Maybe she's super nosy and in their business, and holds leverage above them. I get this image of this man in his late 20's or 30's who just has to listen to his mom still, like she may be critical of who he dates and is around? For others, it could be that she wasn't around during their childhood? I guess this could be that critical quality they have towards themselves? But, I can't really psychoanalyze someone I don't know, nor can I give you too much more. I think they're hopeful and I think maybe they'll see something in you that reminds them of hope. They definitely will be bursting from emotions for you, I get that from the Ace of Cups and 8 of Wands (maybe even that galaxy in the Mentor card), but also that Empress card makes me think they see you in empress energy (no matter who you are), a loving, nurturing energy and they want some of that to themselves. And like not in a greedy way, but in a way where they want that in their life. We also have 2 10's here (ten of pentacles and the wheel), which tells me with this person comes a closing of a cycle. It could be that they're closing out cycles or that them coming into your life closes something for you, but that ace tells me of new beginnings so I think this person brings a new chapter to your life. I mean, 2 of cups is the bottom of one tarot deck, and beneficial is the bottom of the apples to apples cards, so I'd say that they bring goodness to your life. I also think they're really protective of those they love (hence that threatening card), so they'll want to protect you. Oh, but from that idea about handcuffs and the song by Brand New, I do feel like for some they almost want to take you away...Like. Something about running away lol.

I just feel like I'm missing something with this pile, though. I'm not sure what. Maybe because it seems like this is so good, I feel like I'm missing something important? For one thing, though, they must have some Taurus placements. I mean, we've got two pentacle cards, then also the empress and Taurus on the bottom of the astrological deck, so I think if you're thinking of someone that you know for sure has significant Taurus placements (i.e. sun, moon, rising, but I almost feel the need to suggest mercury too?) and the rest seems to be clicking, then this might be specifically for you. I feel like this group for this pile is smaller. I think like I said earlier, this person may be hard to get to know. And, maybe that's why I feel like I'm missing something? A running theme in all piles is that I think for the most part these people or situations are meant to be surprises, so maybe I'm just not getting a lot because of this. Hi ❤️I just read your last pick a card, what you need to know and I choose the second pile. I was a little confused at first lol. And I almost started doubting my choice and intuition, but something in me felt like you had a lot to get through with this pile, as you did with so many different messages for different people! What really choked me and made me sure of my choice was when you mentioned the good person who might come off as bad/or having a misunderstanding with in the beginning. Because every single reading I have had about love this year, is talking about exactly this. Also talking about how I should follow my gut and loosen up a little, as I have struggled with a lot of self doubt and insecurity. Hi there! Thank you! I know my readings can get a bit confusing because I definitely write them as the thoughts come. I do try to clean them up after and make them a bit more concise, but find that a little hard since I usually do feel like the messages are for different situations and people. Because of this, it’s a bit hard to convey all the messages in a more organized way, so I leave what I have lol. I know that I’m reading for many different situations so I try to keep it as general as possible, too. I’m finding as time goes on that tarot readings are super subjective to the one reading tarot and those who are reading the piles.  What I saw in the cards is not what someone else would have seen with the very same deck, so I guess within what I saw there must have been a message for people, and I’m glad you found it! Pick a Pile: What You Need To Know

Well, this is my second time posting this because the first time was before I even got everything on the post. Apparently accidentally hitting enter means it will post it, which is something that took over a decade on tumblr for me to figure out lol. Sometimes tumblr’s formatting frustrates me to NO END!!! I’m going to keep this brief since it’s my second time trying to post this: This is a smaller PAP with 3 piles looking into what you need to know at the moment. I find these extremely helpful because not only do they bring to light things that might be overlooked otherwise, but they also help me get more into the groove of readings again.

Pile 1:

Cards: 7 of wands, the moon, 10 of wands, alter, rooted (reversed), intuition (reversed), conviction, seeing the best, divine timing, vitality, following your heart, self-love "You gonna cry about it or boss up?" "Look at the fuckin' moon!" "There are people who dislike you because you don't dislike yourself." I haven't even gotten to pile 3, but I keep wanting to call you pile 3, so I think maybe if you were torn between the two piles, I'd check that one out too because there might be something over there for you as well. This 7 of wands is interesting. She's sitting like she's meditating or something, and she's in a bubble. I think this is you, kind of doing your own thing, trying hard not to get distracted by external things. And, maybe you are being distracted really easily right now, and maybe the moon comes into this with you worrying that if you're distracted you're going to have more trouble (whatever that means for you), and it'll end up being the stress of having to carry all of those wands? But, this 10 of wands is always interesting to me too, because she's not carrying all of the wands. In fact, a few of them light the path up the hill. 3, to be exact, and if we subtract 3 from 10, it's 7. So we're back where we started, with that 7 of wands. I think there's a message in here telling you to find the balance between trying to do it all yourself and allowing yourself to drown in whatever "it all" is for you, but also, being able to tune "it all" out too? Like, she looks like she’s sitting in a snow globe in the 7 of wands. I know it's supposed to be a circle of protection, a defense system, but I see a snow globe here. And there's a wand, poking at it. So, it's like the outside world is trying desperately to get to you. And, maybe it's not even bad. Maybe it's you closing yourself off because there are all these fears so then you're trying to do things on your own, independently. But, I think the message in that, along with finding a balance, is that there are people who see you struggling and trying to tackle all this by yourself and they want to help. They want to help carry those remaining 7 wands, but you're so stubborn about it. There's a need to let some things go. Maybe, not taking too much on your plate right now. I got the deck Spiritual AF, and I wanted to try and pull only about 2 cards for these piles, but 3 came out for you. They're kind of interesting. One corresponds with the moon, because it literally says "Look at the fuckin' moon!!!", and I think that's saying literally look at the moon. Maybe you feel a connection to the moon or just other things in outer space? But I also think it's telling you to take a moment and sit in silence, kind of like the lady on the 7 of wands. A moment of taking in the good things, and surely the moon is a good thing? It illuminates the night sky. I just accidentally typed night school, lol so maybe some of you are taking night courses? Is that a thing anymore? Or maybe if you're in school you do a lot of your work at night? I personally do, so maybe there is a draw to the moon. Maybe you feel more energy under it? The other cards from the Spiritual AF deck are interesting too. One is, "You gonna cry about it or boss up? (Pro tip: Do both.)" I think this is kind of less advice and more what you're doing right now. I see that in the 10 of wands. I think you're working through your discomfort. That's not the word I was originally looking for, but I think for some of you it is discomfort. But, for all, I see it as you working through the challenges. I think the message in that, is again, you don't have to take it all on on your own. Also, that you don't need to bottle up that discomfort. There are people trying to get into your globe to help you. For a small bit of you, it's not people trying to get into your snow globe to help, instead I feel like it's people who are egging you on and maybe they're the reason behind you working so hard. Like, you're trying to prove to them something. The other card from the Spiritual AF deck was "There are people who dislike you because you don't dislike you." For those that have people who are trying to get to you instead of helping, I think this is just a message to 1) keep up the hard work but also 2) make sure you are balancing it, though. I think there's a fine line between working hard and overworking, and I think you're at that threshold. Some have already crossed it. I definitely get a tired feeling from the moon and the 10 of wands. But, because this particular 10 of wands doesn't look like it's as much as a struggle as other versions I've seen, I can see that it's like close to being that struggle. So, you need to be careful you don't get there. Take care of your mental health, please. With the witches oracle, two cards fell out reversed before I could fully ask the question. I hesitated to take them, but I don't often get reversals with this deck, so I felt that it was for you. And, to be honest, they make sense to me. Especially rooted reversed and alter. Alter talks about literally making an alter to talk to spirit, or, making a sacred space within yourself. I kind of think of it as a safe space, like when you meditate or when you're able to just sit in silence, or even just listening to music. Whatever it is you do to unwind when things get really stressful. And, if you don't have something like that, I think you need to figure something out. There's a wide variety of things you can do. For me, painting, journaling, yoga/pilates, or even just listening to my favorite music is how I help calm myself down. Sometimes even going on a walk. It doesn't have to just be sitting and breathing, it's gotta be what feels right for you, ya know? So, that being said, I think once you're able to find this safe space for yourself, you'll start to hear messages. Whether it's from outside of you, or within your own mind. Intuition being reversed tells me you're having issues following it right now. I think getting that safe space is going to help you start to hear your intuition, or at least follow it better. To stop doubting it. I understand how that can be hard, I personally need cold hard facts before I can follow my intuition. I find that when I don't follow it because I lack sufficient evidence for my mind to think it's worth following, my intuition always ends up being right in the end. So, I think you're being asked to stop doubting yourself and your intuition. But, then there's a few of you who are daydreaming or are up in your head too much. So much so, you're lacking action. Maybe this is in the form of procrastination, too. Which, hey we're all guilty of that once and a while. But I think this is a call for you to be more action-oriented than. The booklet for the witches oracle mentions that this message is especially true if rooted is pulled too, which, it was. However, it, too, was reversed. So, I don't think it's a message for all of you. I think it's for a few. For all, though, even those who are trying this already, you need to find a way to better ground yourself. I personally have a few carnelians that just holding helps me feel more connected to my body. But, other things too. I listen to water, like waves. I do it with homework. Specifically Lake Superior waves because it's a lake I've been to, so I feel more connected to it. But, it could be anything for you. Water noises like waves or waterfalls. Birds? Even traffic noises. There's a need to feel whole within your body (something I have issues with a lot, myself, so I'm right there with you), as well as feeling safe to? I think some affirmations might help, because once they stick in your head you start to believe them. Something like, "I am safe. I am grounded. I am whole." These are a few things. I think you should look into other things because these are just my own ideas and I think it's going to be different for all. I also got two of those Affirmations! decks, the normal one and the creativity one. I wanted to pull a couple creativity cards for you guys who are into creative stuff, but I think they can apply for all of you. These two cards are Conviction, and Seeing the Best. Seeing the Best talks about taking something you have made and seeing only the good qualities in it, even if you think it's absolute garbage. It's about being proud of what you've made, but also your accomplishments, no matter how big or small. I think if you've been feeling like you're almost overworked, this is something needing to be done. Like, sitting down and mapping out all that has been done by you so far. I think you'll find, once you've done this, that you've accomplished so much and that sometimes it's hard to see in the moment, but those accomplishments are still there, no matter what. Conviction talks about being as authentic as you can be. Being yourself and not watering that down for anyone. I think with seeing the best, it means that those little quirks you have that other people don't, are so good. They're yours, and yours alone, so why would you want to hide them? They make you you. So, if maybe part of this stress and having people dislike you for being you (which, hey if that's happening, fuck them!!! You let Sara know who it is so she can give them a talking to!!!!), I think you're meant to take what makes you stand out and shout it louder than you have been. As that card states, people are going to dislike you for being you, right? So, why would you give into that? I personally think the best revenge (and the card even says this) is to just keep being you. I hate having to conform and I hate being told what to do, so to me that is perfect revenge. The biggest Fuck You that you could possibly dish out. The regular Affirmation! cards are following your heart (!!! intuition!!! being you!!!), vitality, and divine timing. Not gonna lie, when divine timing fell out I had to groan. That paired with the moon made me think that this was my pile, lol. Like, I'm so sick of having to be patient, but this message is that you need to know that this work will pay off. That you following your heart and your intuition will not lead you somewhere you don't want to be. Rather, it will lead you to exactly where you want to be and where you're meant to be. I think there's something you're being prepared for, but the moon tells me it's not supposed to be known yet. With all those cards about getting grounded and following your intuition, I'd say you're being prepared for something. I can't tell you what, because, like I said. You're not meant to know yet. It's supposed to be a surprise! And, damn do I hate hearing that, so if you do too, don't worry. You're not alone. We're just not meant to know yet. But, with two wands cards and one being a 10, I'd say you're close to ending a cycle or are in the process of doing so. Even though the intuition reversed can talk about all thinking and no acting, I think that was where you needed to be prior to right now, and now, you're meant to act. That's going to be different for everyone, because this is still a super vague reading. It's pretty general and I'm sure many people can find something within this, but depending on what's going on in your life, you're being asked to act. I also think vitality is asking you to act too. It talks about being alive and being grateful for that. So, I think it's telling you, you're alive, so you might as well act. Which, again, I kind of hate that message too, but clearly I'm getting it for myself as well lol, so if you're in the same boat as me. Your wild offering card was self-love, and I definitely was getting that vibe overall from this pile. I mean, from being told to value who you are and not to water it down for anyone, to being told to find your safe space and ground yourself, I think it's just overall telling you that you need to be your #1 priority. This is going to mean different things for everyone, again. Like, first off, you all do need to ground yourself, or work on it more. But also, making sure you don't have too much to handle right now, and learning when to ask for help. Self-love isn't easy at all, and sometimes I find we're our worst enemy. But, those are the times when we need to love ourselves the most, right? So, I'm just here to remind you that you're a wonderful person and that you are whole and okay. Please take care of yourselves! I love you guys! Really, I truly do, and I want you to love you too! Also, side note, again, with that self-love card, I'm thinking you need to look at the moon, or the stars. Or just, the night sky. Hell, even the day-sky. Also, I'm noticing that there are more blues and greens in this spread than other colors. Or just, less color than there could be, especially warm colors like red. I think that's another sign that maybe carnelians are good for you, or anything red? Like, red, orange, yellow (bright yellow). Idk! Just a thought! Also, I'm meant to tell you that with the divine timing, you're being watched over. Whether that's by the universe or a higher power or your ancestors? The bottom deck card for the witches oracle was the ancestors card which talks about being watched over, bottom deck for wild offering was trust, and your bottom deck for the tarot was 3 of swords. So, for some of you (or all of you?) you're feeling a lot of pain/heartbreak over a situation right now. Or, in the recent past you were. I think these are just saying, "hey, we see your pain and brighter days and things are ahead", so again. Being prepared for something, but something good I think. Just remember to take care of yourself in the mean time! I didn’t write down as many songs as I normally do, so I’m only doing 1 for each pile and yours was House on Fire by Black Taxi. Not sure how it applies to you, but there might be something within the lyrics? Or you may like it! Who knows! I know it was part of my huge playlist of like 1800+ songs and so it wasn’t a song I’d heard in years, so I was surprised! Pile 2:

cards: the devil, temperance, 9 of pentacles, journey, wolf, good things to come, everyone's a teacher, vitality, bravery, trust "Sometimes crushing it means asking for help" "You are the product of what you believe." "Your gut knows what's up. Trust that bitch." Right away, with that devil card, I'm hearing "A wolf in sheep's clothing". So, either someone is lying to you about who they truly are, or you're lying to someone? Someone is lying here. And, I'm not sure if it's entirely too bad. I definitely see that with this devil card comes a lot of temptation. Like, this one is a hot guy just kind of holding his hand out saying "Here, take my hand.", but like with taking his hand comes maybe a less than ideal situation? Whoever this is, they have mesmerizing eyes, so if this is someone lying to you, that's a clue. Light colored eyes too, like a really light blue or gray, maybe even green? That's not going to be for all of you, but for someone out there...Watch out. Two major arcana...I'm getting some Sagittarius and Capricorn vibes, especially Capricorn with the devil and the 9 of pentacles. So, aside from that message about someone lying, I read this as someone trying to balance out their materialistic side? Like, maybe they have a lot of abundance right now and they're tempted to spend money they don't need to be spending on things they don't need? The 9 of pentacles talks about stability, like independent stability. It's often read as a person who's single. But, this card is reversed, so it could be about....Oh. Okay, for some this is about a relationship where there is shared finances. I'm seeing this as trying to balance it out, between saving and spending. Like, knowing when you can indulge and when you need to hold back. But, for some, it's also just someone in your life trying to control your finances. Like, I think you are fairly independent, especially with what you make financially, but there is someone who is mooching off of you, or maybe just controlling how you deal with your earned finances? With the temperance, I think it's you finding where to allow interference and where not to. For some, it's not about money at all, and about a relationship, whether its between you and someone who is really controlling. For some this could be an abusive situation, but for most I think it's just that one of you has a tendency to try and control things. Maybe it's like, you're the 9 of pentacles and maybe it's reversed for you because you bend easily? Like, maybe you're a people pleaser and so, its like this devil energy comes in and is easily able to control you. For some it's bad, like manipulative. For others, it's just not on purpose. Maybe they just have a personality that just kind of is louder than yours? For some this is you being tempted by this devil character. Like, it could be someone you're really attracted to, and so maybe it's learning how to tame the temptation/attraction? But, this 9 of pentacles suggests that maybe...I don't think you need to tame it? I think it's like, you do need to find a good balance (again, so much balance!), but that this temptation in moderation isn't a bad thing, in fact, it's a good thing? Like, I get that some of you are needing to loosen up (lmao, me too, though) so this devil comes over, lends a hand with that. Which. Oof. Okay, definitely getting a lot of sexual energy here. Like at first I was joking a little like, oh that devil is hot! But now I'm like. Ooo. Okay, like really hot. Like I get a lot of attraction here between you two and I haven't even pulled more cards lmao, so while for some this is about materialism and controlling it and what not, for most its about another person. This person is super sunny too. Like, originally I was going off of the "wolf in sheep's clothing" (which could very well still ring true) and like go off of more darker meanings of the devil, but I think for most this is just a case where there's this person who is just super devilishly charming? Like, have you ever met anyone like that? Because I've met a few and PHEW. It's always something. So, I think to add to that, I think they're just really sunny. Like, have you ever met anyone who an embodiment of the sun to you? Again, I've met a few and it's always something. So, to say this person is something is an understatement. There's so much green so far, too. So I'd say this person is going to bust open your heart. Make it melt a little. I'm really warm, so, make you sweat a little. The bottom of the tarot is the emperor, so !! Yes. This person is kind of the Real Deal. A sunny person who also has a super seductive quality to them. They may get to be a little controlling, I don't think they mean it though, so make sure your boundaries are strong. This person wears boots for some of you, or like, they have a pair they like to wear. Maybe hiking boots? For most I see timbalands lmao Also tattoos and darker hair colors. Longer hair too. Their skin is darker, or they tan well. Don't take this to heart, this could just be for a few of you. The most interesting thing has happened. I pulled the wolf card in the witches oracle deck, which is so funny because I got that saying, "a wolf in sheep's clothing" in my head. And, I think this might be that there are two groups of you. So, I'll try to be as clear as possible. The first is that this is someone who may come off one way, but is actually another. This person is good though. I don't think they meant to come off the first way, and it could very well be an assumption on your part. We all do that sometimes. The other group is dealing with someone who, again, is coming off one way but is another. This one is not so good. I don't get horrible vibes, though. I just get that they're not as good as the person the other group is dealing with. This person I think is a test in your believes and your self-worth. Well, I think they both are, but one is karmic and is here to teach you to love yourself and to put yourself first. The other (the “good” one), while they're here to teach you that, I think they're also here to learn it with you rather than just teach you. I also am thinking that you will know which group you’re in, even if it hasn't started for you yet? The wolf card in the witches oracle talks about trusting ones instinct. You got another card that literally tells you to follow your gut, so that part where I said you will know which group your apart of? Yeah. You will. If you don't and you're in a situation that may be similar to this, then maybe this isn't really your pile and maybe you're meant to come back to this at a later date? Oh. Ear is ringing, so yeah. If you're reading this and are unclear about what it is, either come back another day/time, or check out another pile for now. If you do know, then please stay lol. Another card that suggests, to me, that you know what's going on, is trust. It talks about trusting oneself and the process one is going through. Divine timing wanted to come out but, I put it back because it was a part of a chunk of cards, so I was like if it needed to work its way out, it would. And, it did in a way. This Trust card suggests it to me. So, if this is a connection and you're feeling impatient, you're meant to trust this process and try to be patient about it. Whether that is about getting away from this person (if you are part of the group where they’re not so great), or things moving forward with them (if they are “good”). Everyone's a Teacher talks about learning things from everyone you meet. This reinforces the idea to me that this this person was put into your life to teach you something, and I think one of those things is learning how to trust your intuition. Another is loving yourself and knowing you're enough. The "being enough" card says just that, that you are enough. "You are enough. Nowhere to go, nothing to get, nothing to change. No need to grow more deserving. You, yes you, are Love." So for the group of you that this person is teaching you about self worth in a more deceptive way, I think this message pertains to you more. I think you need to know that. Also, "you are a product of what you believe" is telling you this too. It even talks about how if you think you're a turd, you're going to think you're a turd. So, please don't think you're a turd!!! Gross!!! You are not gross!!! And if this person makes you think that, then kick em to the curb! You can do that and still learn this lesson! You're already enough, anyway. I know it says you don't need to grow or be more, but I think it's like. You're already whole as you are, right? It's just this is a lesson that is teaching you that you need to love yourself, and so you're growing while...being told you don't need to, so its a little confusing, but its good! Journey also confirms that these are lessons! I think with Bravery, it's talking about how you're going to get more confident with this self-love you're starting to feel (for the first time or again). I think it's also going hand in hand with Vitality, like you're feeling more confident to do new things? I got vitality for the last pile, and I read that more as them being grateful. I think you are going to be feeling more grateful soon, but I also think this time it's more that maybe you're lacking energy and maybe this person either is taking it away (the wolf version), or they're restoring it (the sunny, not a wolf version lol). But, overall, for all of you this situation is going to end with something good. Whether it's that they leave your life or they stay there and add to it, something good is coming. Good things to come tells me this and I think this is just a sign that there are good things coming, but you're not meant to know what they are quite yet -which was what I got for pile 1, so some of you may want to check that one out if you were torn between the two. I do also think that this pile is learning how to ask for help when needed (another message from pile 1!)? So, even if you know in your gut if this person is for you or not, I think it doesn't hurt to get other people's advice. I just wouldn't let their advice go straight to your head and become the end-all be-all. I would take it into consideration and if your gut is saying, "yes, that is right" then, yeah! Listen to them! But if not...? Just, keep it in mind but don't take it to heart. I think this card may apply more to some of you who are having issues with finances, like those who relate to the 9 of pentacles and the devil kind of working as you having issues with overspending (because I think while this devil is another person, I also see it as a whole situation too). So, if you need help with that, it doesn't hurt to ask. I just wouldn't ask this devil person if they're not who they say they are and you know it's not the best thing for you. Gosh, I hope this is helpful and that it makes sense? I think there is a lot going on for this group, but it mostly is a situation with someone else. I want everyone to be safe, remember to keep boundaries. Follow your gut, but be safe in the process. And, remember, no matter what comes from this, you are enough! A song that got stuck in my head while doing this pile was Selfless by The Strokes. It’s a song I don’t listen to often, though I’d say it is one of my favorites by them, so it felt significant for you! Pile 3:

cards: 9 of pentacles, 8 of swords, judgement, self-sufficiency, power, get centered, beauty, forgiveness, showing up, unicorn voice, all hallows eve, banshee "Maybe you just need to shake your booty?" "Grab your own booty." "Go outside and do shit" I think some of you who picked this pile are worried you're not doing things right. Or that you're not on the right path, but you definitely are. Judgement is here to tell me that. It also tells me that there are some things that might show up from your past (like lessons) that need to be revisited, but again, this is all on your path, okay? 9 of pentacles tells me that some of you are already stable within yourself, whereas others of you are almost there. Like, literally just an arms reach away - like in the card how she’s reaching. The 8 of swords tells me you are a very logical person. I think you're in your head a lot and I think you have the tendency to overthink. This could be why you're wondering if you're on the right path, but again: you are! Again, I said that some of you are already stable within yourself, or are an arms reach away from this. By this, I mean independent. Self-sufficient. And right after I said that, the Self-sufficiency card came out for you! For some, this is a reminder that you are whole (a theme throughout all 3 piles today). For others, this is a reminder that this is where you're headed, and not to worry (another theme!!). You will get there in your own time. This card talks about relying on God, and I personally am not super religious. I consider myself somewhat spiritual, but not religious, so I'm not reading it this way. However, if this is how you want to read it, it still applies! I just think, over all, this is telling you that you're strong and reliable and when you rely on yourself, it's okay because again, you're reliable. I don't think it means to only rely on yourself, but I think it means to make sure you do when you need to. Like, you're capable of taking care of yourself and others. So, judgement and banshee paired together seem pretty powerful to me. I hate that I pull banshee for one pile every time I pull out these cards, but clearly I need to tell you this as a warning. For some this is about not allowing yourself to overthink things. That's a dangerous cycle to get stuck in. However, while it's a warning, I also see it to mean that this is a cycle that is coming to a close because it talks about endings and new beginnings. "Go outside and do shit" is just telling me that this is maybe one way for you to end this cycle. Like, to get grounded (get centered was one of your cards!), and sometimes the best way is to go outside (if it's possible where you live, it’s only just warming up here), if not just do something related to nature. Or, anything that you know/think will ground you. I think this will get you out of that 8 of swords energy, or help relieve it. Forgiveness, also, is something to think about. Banshee wanted to come out reversed, but it did so sideways, so its only for a handful of you. That handful of you are angry, and I do wonder if this independent energy you're in is your form of revenge? Either way, it's a warning to make sure you're not being vengeful. I think with power, and forgiveness, it's telling you that you're really powerful as a person and this can hurt people when used wrongly. You're being asked to forgive those who did you wrong, and to forgive yourself in the process as well. I do want to say, however, that forgiving someone does not give them the right to be in your life, however. If this is someone who you let go of because their actions/words were harmful to you, don’t just accept them back in because you forgive them. That being said, you're being asked to see your power. See that you have everything you need within you. Two of the Spiritual AF cards talk about butts, so I think you probably have a great ass so, ya know, feel good about that. But in general, I think you're a really good looking group. I mean, those paired with beauty!? And 9 of pentacles!? You're probably really beautiful! I mean, we all are, but I bet you're like STUNNING. And that independent energy, I think, is actually really drawing people in. I think this is telling you to stay true to yourself and your beliefs, and not to let anyone change you. And if this is something that happened to you in the past, forgive and let go. All Hallow's Eve, unicorn voice, beauty, power and showing up (even "grab your own butt. Love yourself") are all about self-love and loving yourself for who you are. There is a strong self-love theme throughout all the piles, but this one had the strongest. I think you're well on your way to getting there (for some, you already have a healthy dose of it), but it doesn't mean that you're not always feeling it. So, I think this is just a reminder that you're The Shit and that you're powerful and perfect just the way you are. And, I think if you're having issues seeing things this way, or having issues letting go of control (like, maybe a workaholic, I could see that for some of you), I think you're in need of shaking your ass like the "maybe you just need to shake your booty?" card suggests. It says that if you can stop taking yourself so seriously, then things can lighten up, so for some of you, you are being told to lighten up but to also remember you're the shit too. Also, a side note to say that showing up is also a card that talks about being present, but also being able to "show up" for yourself, even if that means giving yourself a few minutes to work on a project/hobby a day. Pick a Pile: Who has a crush on you?

So, confession time. I’ve had this sitting in my drafts for about a month or so. The reason for not posting it until now is that a lot of the piles felt very similar to other piles? But, now that I think about it, it could just be that some people are called to more than one pile and they’re continuations or something along that line? Either way, they all blend a little, which was so weird to me. So, I am finally posting it. I thought it would be a cute fun little read, but it just became a little confusing towards the last few piles. Also, I’m not sure how comfortable I feel tapping into that kind of energy. I think it’s one thing to ask what’s coming towards you in love vs. who has a crush on you because then there’s like that whole consent thing. But, I already did the piles, and my reservations about it didn’t really pop up until the last two piles. It felt wrong to have spent so much time on 6 piles and not post it? Plus, with Valentines day coming up and my own love life being as dry as possible, I thought it would be fun to get nosy about your love lives! So I do plan on doing some more love-themed readings within the next week or so (HOPEFULLY! cards: Peacock, 8 of swords, 3 of cups rx, 4 of wands, juno, hygeia, psyche First, I have to say that I have a feeling that this person feels you left them. I'm not sure what the context of that is, but from the song lyrics in Downfall by Matchbox Twenty ("If I could go back, would you have ever been with me?"), and then as I started thinking about that, the song Promises by Aly and Aj came on and there's a line in this song about how there is nothing left there anymore.  "Guess I'll go back, guess I'll go home now. Gotta turn around, there's nothing here for me now", which, MOOD to be honest lol. So, it's like, maybe you left something behind, whether it be a home (like a city or a residence?), maybe a job? Something about you left and this person just feels that it's...Not over, but like, that there's something that's changed that will either make things harder or impossible? Also, on the bottom of my lyric deck there was the song Riptide by Vance Joy, at the part where he sings "I just wanna, I just wanna know if you're gonna, if you're gonna stay." So, maybe you're thinking about leaving something? A job? A relationship? I don't know, but that's what I'm getting. There’s something about leaving here, either way. Another thing I'm getting is that I feel that this is a little more than a crush. Or at least, I think they just feel a lot for you. Like, maybe you've taken up their brain space or something, especially since the song Eat, Sleep, Wake (Nothing But You) came on. It's basically about getting someone stuck in your head, so like no matter what you do, they show up in your thoughts. So, I definitely think you've done a number on them. Oh! "I may not say it outwardly, so all I have are memories. Those looks from at the start." I feel like this is definitely someone who is really into you but they haven't told you so - but I think you may get this feeling (like maybe you catch them staring from across the room or something, and with peacock, I feel like they don't even act embarrassed if you catch them). I'm getting a bit of regret with this, especially with 3 of cups reversed and 8 of swords. 8 of swords is almost always about someone who is stuck in their head about something. They're overthinking things and cannot see a way forward, so maybe this person feels like it's almost futile having a crush or feelings for you? I do wonder if for some, the 3 of cups reversed suggests that maybe they think you two are too different? But, then there's the 4 of wands, and these people on this card look really in love and its about balance and harmony...so, maybe they see you as someone they wouldn't mind ending up with, despite differences? But this is about WHO has a crush on you, so I want to describe them a bit for you. So, I pulled the peacock card for you. It's funny because the deck kept spitting out too many cards and when I finally said "only one please" it spit this one out. This is funny to me, because one of the ones I actually noticed that had fallen out before was one with a peacock. I personally have been kind of...haunted by them as of late, so I'm going to notice when they're present. I made note of it, shuffled and then pulled the actual peacock card. When I think of peacocks, I think of the way they strut around. Obviously, when we think of them, we think of how the male peacocks have those beautiful colors on their feathers. So, I think this is someone who stands out. I do also think they may have a certain walk to them, but I don't think they're exaggerating. I think they just...Are that way? Like, they don't have to try hard to get people to notice them, they're just naturally in the spotlight. For some, it could be someone that is kind of show-offy. But, I really don’t get that feeling. Moving on to the tarot, the 8 of swords tells me this person is in their head a lot. I already established you're one of those things in their head, but I also think there's a lot of other things they may overthink. They definitely could be someone who's just an anxious being - I almost feel that Hygeia supports that idea since it can be about your body and your health. The deck's booklet suggests that depending on the placement one has, it can lead to being a hypochondriac, so maybe they're just a giant worry-wart? With the 3 of cups reversed, I get a few things. There's one where it could be either 1 of 2 ways: the first being that maybe they're someone that parties a lot? Like, an excessive amount - and I'm only saying that because it's reversed. The other thought is that this person's kind of a kill-joy, like maybe they don't really have fun at all. Maybe they work too much or something? But I don't think that's it, because to me 4 of wands suggests that overall they're pretty balanced, so I'm thinking that this could be another possibility. One might be they just like to stay at home, like they're a lone wolf?  Another one, I'm just letting this idea flow to me, is that maybe they're just super argumentative, and maybe that's what it's in reverse. Maybe you two argue a lot or they just like to start debates or something along those lines? I usually wouldn’t get that for 3 of cups, but that just came to my mind so I’m sure it’s for someone. Since I'm reading for a lot of people, I feel like there are just a lot of possibilities for these. And with the astrology cards, I only was able to pull asteroids, no signs or houses or planets. So, this makes me think a lot of people are choosing this pile, so pointing out possible astrological placements may not help you guys. But, if you want to know, I see air, water and fire with the tarot alone, and the bottom of the astrological deck was pisces, so that might be for someone. I do feel like this person has more of a balanced set of placements, so for example their sun moon and rising may not be in the same element, and maybe things balance them out. But with the overthinking element, I do wonder if there's a lot of air in their chart. I did mention that Hygeia was about the body and it can also be about hygiene, so I get that this person is just super clean? And, by that I mean, it's super noticeable. Maybe you notice that they smell like a specific soap or if they're someone that might grow facial hair, they keep it well-trimmed, or shaven completely. Their hair is probably kept nicely (like all pieces are in place), their clothes probably neat and never rumpled. Like, that kind of a person? Hygeia also focuses on how we treat our bodies, so...This almost makes me think back to how I mentioned excessive partying with the 3 of cups being reversed? I think they try to take care of themselves, but there might be a bad habit they have, like smoking or drinking more than they know they should. I don't get any huge red-flags about it, so take what resonates. Juno can talk about partnerships and what one's ideal partner is like, so I think this just says that one of you views the other as the ideal partner. I say one of you, because I was going to say they view you this way, but it's about WHO has a crush on you, so I do wonder if this is a two-way street here? Like, I think you may have a crush on them too, in which case, you're probably going to notice what they smell like lol. This could also suggest that they have boundaries that are clear to you and everyone else. So, maybe they're in the spotlight, but they only let people in so close? Like, they’re pretty selective about it? I think this person also comes off as being super empathetic and sensitive to people and their energies. The Psyche card can talk about this, so I think maybe they're someone who can just tell in an instant if you're just not feeling right? This could be why they hold boundaries - maybe sometimes they just get overwhelmed from how other peoples emotions make them feel? One of the lyrics I pulled for this pile was from Tiger's Jaw's song, Divide. The line goes: "You are drowning, it's in your eyes." - That line makes me think about someone who's extra sensitive to other people, and maybe also someone who has a lot of thoughts and emotions themselves. The bottom deck energy being Pisces makes me think of that too, especially because Pisces is a water sign (so, emotions), and the sign is 2 fish, so again, water - drowning. It's possible this person has a lot of emotions but no way to express them (8 of swords) so in return it feels a bit like their head is a prison? I'm not really getting much else about this person. I almost feel like this is just a sign that I should take to tell you that I think this is all you need to know? Like, I think, like I said earlier, you kind of had a feeling this person had a crush on you anyway. So, maybe this is more just a confirmation for you? Either way, I think this should be enough for you to know who I'm talking about. Oh! One thing, though, is that I think both of you, even though you both get the feeling that the other likes you, don't think it's possible? I just got that at the beginning because Movement's cover of Loosing my Religion came on first, and that song is basically about unrequited love. So, I think the 3 of cups reversed could also just be about miscommunication, or at least,  misinterpreting actions and words on both sides? I don't know, something to think about. cards: queen of wands, ace of cups, queen of swords, elixir, anne carson (intellect), venus, 1st quarter moon, solar eclipse So, you got Queen of Wands AND Queen of Swords, AND Queen of Pentacles was on the bottom of the deck. So, there is a possibility that this is more than one person. For the sake of not confusing myself, I'm going to read this like one person, so, there's a possibility that you could possibly pick out multiple people being described. Or, if you felt called to another pile, maybe check it out to see if that can give you any more clarity. Remember! Take what resonates! Whoever this is THEY ARE SMART. And I don't just mean book-smart, I just mean INTELLIGENT. I got both the Anne Carson card AND Brainy by The National. The Anne Carson card's keyword is The intellect, and it talks about growing intellectually, but also the "delights of the mind", so I think this person also likes to pick other people's brains as a way to learn more about others and the world they're living in. I also think they're a student, and I mean, they could be any age, really. Like, maybe they're in graduate school or just still in High School. It could also just be that they’re not in school, but are just constantly seeking knowledge? So, maybe they read a lot of non-fiction? All I know is that this person being smart is probably something you've thought about, even if it's only a passing thought. Oh. But they're also maybe a little full of it, lol. (Full of It by DBMK came on, so!!!) Another thing is that the bottom deck energy for the astrology cards was Pallas Athena and that can talk about intelligence, so phew. Very smart. The venus card, to me, suggests that this is a really good looking person. Like, I don't want to say classically good-looking, but I think a lot of people notice this person. Also, Venus rules Taurus and Libra, and since you got Queen of Swords and Queen of Pentacles was on the bottom, I could definitely see this person having earth and air in their placements. But, kind of similar to what I saw in the first pile, I got a feeling of balance of placements (within the tarot I pulled, fire, water and air are present, plus bottom deck which was earth). So, like I also told the first pile, I think I'm reading for a lot of different situations, also if this is more than one person, the placements are going to be everywhere. I just want to say that you shouldn't get stuck on that, just take this as more of a confirmation if you already know their placements or something. First Quarter moon talks about transformation, so, maybe this is a very transformative person. Meaning, maybe they change their style a lot, or maybe they just seem to be changing a lot themselves? Solar Eclipse suggests something is being illuminated. So maybe they're someone that is really blunt? Like, I think this could be about anything? Maybe just life! But, I think there's a certain amount of creativity this person holds, and I think them being super smart gives them an interesting perspective on whatever they create? Maybe they write poetry or lyrics. Maybe they paint? For some reason, I always get a painter from queen of wands. I don't know, maybe I'm just imagine someone with a huge paint brush lol Like, really, in my mind I'm seeing someone with a giant paint brush, so maybe this person really does paint. The ace of cups is interesting to me. I think this might just say that their in the beginning of something that's emotionally fulfilling? Like, maybe a new course or a new job? For some of them, they just found the path they want to take. I know that sounds random, but the song (jogging) by Jetty Bones came on and a lyric really stood out to me, "All along, I thought I knew, but I had no, no idea where I was going at all, so I was going and going and going and gone." So, maybe they felt like they were in this endless loop of life until recently something dawned on them and they took a new path, which ended up being something really fulfilling emotionally? This could also just be someone who is really open about their emotions. I'd say they sound really emotionally balanced. And, this ace of cups is a hand pouring liquid from one container to another, so maybe they also are someone with a lot of love to give? I was trying to figure out what Elixir meant in this context, but I forgot that the bottom deck energy for this pile in that deck was Ghost, which can mean unfinished business. So, possibly this is someone from your past? Or someone who just thinks your time together isn't over. So if for some reason this is someone and you know who it is and you haven't seen them in a while, they don't think it's over. They think you'll run into each other again, and maybe elixir is like you two getting drinks (could also be getting coffee lol) - the song Take Me by Aly and Aj came on, so!!! Maybe they want to take you on a date to get drinks!? (Ace of cups!?). For the lyrics, they definitely are wondering how you feel about them since I pulled Downfall by Matchbox Twenty (First pile got the same song, different lyrics), "I wonder what you think of me." So, they definitely aren't sure how you feel. However, I think they can have a big ego (I think I mentioned this earlier), because I also pulled the line "You might need me more than you think you do." from Brainy by The National, so I think they're someone who can sometimes feel a bit entitled to other people? If that's the case, I'd make sure you set good boundaries. I don't get a bad vibe but I get a cocky vibe and sometimes cocky people can be total assholes. Strong boundaries are good for this person, but if this is someone who you actually want to accept the cup from, than I wouldn't build the boundaries too high, ya know? Like, still be open, but also be careful. I just don't want someone to feel entitled to you guys, okay? That being said, I think they loose sleep over you lol, because bottom deck energy for the lyric cards is a song by Now, Now called Prehistoric (so, also, thinking about someone from your past? I get good vibes from them despite how cocky they feel. I think that may just have come across so strongly so that someone can possibly confirm who it is? Just, remember boundaries! cards: 6 of swords, king of pentacles, 3 of swords, capricorn, scorpio, psyche, wolf, Flannery O'Connor (Humanity) I get this sense that this is someone who doesn't say much. Like, I think they speak only when they have something of value to say. I don't know, I just get that feeling because I pulled lyrics from the song The Silence by Manchester Orchestra. These lyrics don't suggest this, but I was thinking about the song title and the fact that I pulled the Wolf card too. I got the saying "lone-wolf" in my head with that. Also, with Scorpio and Capricorn, I get a strong energy from them but like both signs can be observational. I think Capricorns get pinned into this stereotype of being workaholics and super-materialistic, but at the root of it all, their earth signs, so they're still grounded and logical. Not in the sense of an air-signs logic, but like, I'd say understanding. Like, I think they feel more and think more than they let on, but they don't see much point in expressing those things, which is the exact energy I get from this person. I wonder if maybe they just have a hard time opening up? Also, the bottom deck energy for the tarot deck was The Emperor, and even though that's technically the Aries card, I definitely get like a Capricorn vibe from it too. Like, I do think they're good at controlling themselves. Like, their sense of self-control is GOOD. Maybe they're a little lost and having trouble with that right now, but I think normally this person is good at that. And for water signs, I view Scorpios as being a little more closed off. They're known for being extremely observational, but their observations are also fairly insightful. So, I bet this person has a lot they could say, but maybe they just don't deem it as worthy - or at least, not for everyone to hear. As though they don't open up to just anyone. I get a similar vibe in this pile to pile 1, so if you felt called to it, I’d check it out. With the tarot, I see that for some of you this is someone who is moving away from a job or something financial. I only say this because 6 of swords suggests moving away from something and 3 of swords suggests heartbreak, but with the king of pentacles (and even an earth sign like Capricorn falling out) I do wonder if this was job-related. Though, this could be someone who is getting over someone who is in the king of pentacles energy? I think they definitely could be moving away from heartbreak of some sort, whether it's finances or romance. But, along with that, I can also see 6 of swords being paired with Scorpio as being super transformational. Like, I think they know when they need to transform and go through those death/rebirths. Like when a change is needed. The 3 of swords could just say they've broken a few (or a lot) of hearts, and I'd say with both scorpio and capricorn present, they must be a pretty intense person, so heartbreak might be a common thing they cause. Or, they themselves have had many heart breaks. I think, mostly, though, what I get is that right now they're going through one. This could also be that they felt rejected by you at some point? Like maybe you rejected them, or it was vice versa and maybe they regret that? Either way, they're into you now.  Even if you turned them down or they turned you down, they're into you. So, I do wonder if one of you is with someone else and there's pining? Also, while this person is intense, I do wonder if they have some intense self-worth issues. This card has a peacock on it (again, check out pile one if you felt called to) Peacocks to me seem to demand attention, whether or not it's really what they want? Like, either way, you're going to see their colors, so I think this person could be someone that stands out to you - but maybe you also notice that they're kind of a loner too. Like, not quite, but definitely someone who isn't quite open to everyone. The Humanity card can talk about reckoning with failure. She's holding a broken egg (though it looks like it's bleeding), so I have to wonder if maybe they put their eggs all in one basket (so to speak...) and it failed them, and now they're having to deal with the fall out or regret. It can also talk about knowing oneself, so maybe it's also them being in a process of relearning who they are? So if we go off of my theory of them having to get through heartbreak and move on from something either financial or romance related, we could maybe assume that maybe they had started to build their identity off of this relationship or job? Maybe it consumed them to a point where they lost themselves in it but now they don't have it so they're just sitting there with that broken egg? OH! The wolf card can mean the self without others, so yeah. They definitely lost themselves within something for a bit. Maybe even within you? I'm not sure, I think there are a lot of different situations here. I do think they see you in a hopeful way though, like maybe them thinking about you gets them in a better mood? I think, like my comment about them having trouble with self-worth, I think they're just having a difficult time, and maybe they're trying hard to be grateful? So, perhaps they're just going through a tough time and having trouble finding the good in the world. I also think with the Psyche card, they're pretty intuitive and empathetic, especially if they're a Scorpio or have that in any major placements, so It's definitely this thought in my mind of them kind of drowning in pain? I'm not sure, but I get sadness from them. An intense energy, but also an intense sad one. So, I guess if you know who they are, and you have feelings for them too, I'd give them some space to heal.  The bottom deck energy for the Literary Witch Oracle was Saphho's card, which has the keyword of Love, so I think it's a pretty big crush that they have. Another key saying for it is taking flight, so I think this person is moving on from whatever happened in the past, but I see it as a thick energy. Like, slow moving. Like, when you're trying to walk through water or snow? Just. Slow. The King of Pentacles in this deck has a turtle, so I'd definitely say slow...The last song that came on for you was Wake Me by Bleachers, and it's a pretty romantic song, so yeah. Cards:  wall, saphho, the fool, king of cups, page of cups rx, virgo, 1st house, hygea I think they're indecisive, I'll say that lol Lot's of cards that would flip and then flip back before I could grab them. So maybe in general they just have trouble making decisions or they're undecided about you. Like, they have a crush, but they're not sure how big it is or if they want to make a move? For some, how to make a move? Yeah, I did pull some lyrics from a song by Road Trip called Tokyo Hotel, "If I leave my love in your hands, tell me you'll keep it safe?" So, I do wonder if this person is just scared of being vulnerable, and so maybe they're going through a healing period and aren't able to make a move/don't feel capable so they're just kind of crushing on you from far away. I also pulled the song Shameless by All Time Low, which basically is just about how the narrator thinks this person is shameless: "You talk like you're famous. You're shameless," but I almost don't see this as a bad thing. Like I think they view you as someone who see's your self worth, so I'm reading this that way. So, wow, that first paragraph was so funny because I wrote that before I pulled the other cards? I pulled the lyric cards first, mostly because I felt called to, but I also was like "maybe this can give me the tone of this pile's reading?" And it sure did! Yes, this is someone who is currently healing. They have some high boundaries right now, I especially see that with the card "wall", so yes. They're very protective of themselves. I'd say they're guarding their heart pretty closely, and I think that Sappho (Love), and King of Cups is a dragon in front of that cup, looking a little fierce. Not really welcoming at all. Also, page of cups is reversed. That card came out sideways, and when I looked at it I really just felt that it was more reversed than anything? Like, I think they want to offer you a cup, like even that King looks a bit like he does, but there's just this sense of needing to protect themselves, so it's not offered. But I think a word that applies to this is yet, like they have the intention to - I definitely feel this, but they don't think now is a good time.  You did get Sappho, which the main keyword is love. So? I definitely think they have feelings for you and they definitely desire something with you, but not now? (Hey, on a side note, if you know who this is and also have feelings, please don't put your life on hold for them? I just felt the need to say that.) And maybe that's like on both sides, maybe they have some shit they're dealing with and maybe you do too. I accidentally wrote page of pentacles instead of cups when I was writing out the cards, and I do get that feeling here. I think they're starting something new like a new job/career or class while also healing themselves? So, it's just not a good time for them to start something else too. Especially because I feel like with the King of Cups they want to put effort into it, like the king is someone who is able to balance their emotions and think with their heart and their mind. Like, not rule quite as logically as the King of Swords, but there still is logic involved. Which brings me to the astrology cards. I pulled Virgo, which is so interesting to me. Lately I've been noticing how many similarities to Virgo that the sign Scorpio has? And I definitely get scorpio vibes with this pile despite not pulling anything that was like SUPER scorpio? Like, yes, cups are dominant here, so there's definitely water, But, outside of that, the only actual one that I'd say is Virgo for sure. However, we have the fool card here - I'm not going to get to this one quite yet, because I'm still kind of feeling that one out, but I can say that it's ruled by Uranus, which in return rules Aquarius. But, this person I think can be detached. I know that sounds weird, considering that I said I got watery Scorpio vibes (though, another thing to add is that this deck has chosen to use a siren for the fool card, so definitely WATER ), but I mean, I think with Virgo, Aquarius and Scorpio vibes, there's a HUGE analytical trait to this person. I think they observe and take in all of the little details. This could also be another reason why they're not making a move on you yet? I think there are a few more details they want to "smooth" over so to speak, but also a few more things they want to know about you. Also, bottom of the deck energy was Page of Swords, so more page activity. This, I think, is them watching you. Like, not in a creepy way. Just in a way to gather knowledge on how best to approach this? Going back to the fool, I think usually this is someone who does take chances. With the Virgo and Airy/Aquarius element, I think they think about these chances, like maybe even too much, but I think with that King of Cups and Page of Cups (even in the reverse), they still allow their heart to mingle in this logic? Maybe when they were younger they were impulsive, and over time they've learned to like, tame the impulsivity? It's funny because even though there's a page here, I don't think they're that young. Bottom of the deck energy for the lyric deck was the song Flowerchild by Citizen with the line: "I don't know where I went wrong", so perhaps you've rejected them already? Or, there's a sense that if they offer something they won't be good enough for you? But...They're a king...I don't know! This person has some insecurities. Also, I think the wall card could indicate this as well? Like, this insecurities are obstacles. There also could be physical obstacles, like maybe it's just not possible for either of you to work it out right now, so maybe they're bidding their time? I have a lot of questions about this and I think this is mostly because I'm reading a lot of different situations, so if you feel like you recognize this energy, take what resonates. I have a song stuck in my head called Intuition by The Backseat Lovers, and I didn't want to mention it because I thought it was mostly just me, but it didn't really get stuck in my head until I started this pile. Also, I couldn't hear the lyrics or remember which song it was until right when I wrote "resonates". The lyrics I hear are "Call it intuition..." so, I think for some of you this is resonating. Like you're just confirming something. I looked at the booklet for the Virgo card to see if there was anything I wasn't remembering about the sign, and it did remind me of a few things. First off, it's an earth sign (Capricorn is on the bottom of the deck, so I think this person has strong earth/water placements), and can be nurturing. So, maybe it's that their embodying a more nurturing energy right now for themselves? Like, I get this organized nurture. That's so funny to say because I think when people think of people who are organized and super analytical they definitely get like this idea of someone who is really serious and no-nonsense, right? But, I don't get that? In fact, even though I think they're healing and they have their walls up, I get this cheery sense to this person. I think they do like order and I think they are trying to take care of their health/body/mind/emotions (hygeia and virgo definitely suggest this), but I think they also are a nice person. Like a genuinely nice? (not that someone who cares for themselves aren’t, I’m just saying they like to help people as well as themselves, like a: “I give what I can when I can” kind of energy) Even though that dragon looks a bit suspicious on the King of cups and he's snarling, I think maybe they could give off a cold/harsh exterior? But, this could also be linked to those boundaries and those insecurities. Maybe this is how they seem, but if you get to know them, they're warmer than this. Oh, you know that's so funny, I forgot that we have the 1st house here. This is the house that is basically how we are on the outside? So maybe they're a Virgo or Aquarius rising? Or even a Scorpio rising? So then that would make those their first house. So I think maybe this cold version is their mask, but maybe their sun or moon is something  like a fire sign or even water? I'm not sure, because this is such a general reading that I'm probably reading for several people, so these are just small possibilities. It could just be that at this point in their life, this is how their energy is. Also, going back to hygeia, I think this person enjoys working out? Or just staying active. I think health is really important to them, or at least right now it is because bottom of the deck for the literary oracles is elixir, which can talk about health. You know what I just realized? That's not a dragon, its some sea creature, which I've gotten two new things from: the first is that that if they do like to stay active, I think they swim a lot or do a lot of water-related sports/activities. It could also be that water just really calms them down because water is a huge aspect of all the pictures on these cards. The second is that, remember how I said it looked like this "dragon" is guarding the cup in front of him? Like, that his heart is a bit closed off right now? Well, I also think that because this is some sea serpent that appears to be underwater (pretty deep too, judging by how dark the blue is in the background), so I think this person is keeping these feelings for you down deep. Like, deep down in their own ocean. So, like, they plan to tell you one day or at least they want to, but haven't been able to surface yet, if that makes sense? A few more things: The moon seems prominent some how. I didn't pull any cards that REALLY indicate the moon, but the hygeia card looks like the moon to me, but then the page of cups seems to have 6 moons too. So, 6 could be something important too. Maybe age difference? Month you met? Day you met? I'm not sure, something about this is important. Also, the moons can just kind of point out how there's still an unknown aspect to this, like they still are trying to figure you out but there's also stuff about them you don't know? So, if you do know who this is and you feel the same, you're asked to kind of wait for them to come around (NOT WAIT AROUND, I MEAN DON'T PUSH ANYTHING) but also that there's still some stuff you're unaware of. The color red is important too. When I first was shuffling I like saw it in my head but I didn't write about it because it just was like, "Oh, random" ya know? But now that I'm looking at the cards, I see it on the 1st house card and the King of Cups has some red that almost looks fiery. Also the page of cups has a red thread wrapped around their ankle, which, could be that maybe you're supposed to learn lessons from each other? Like, that red thread of fate? I'm not sure I can tell you if this person ever will make a move, but they want to some day. Another thing is that outside of red, I also think the colors green and blue are significant, like, maybe someone’s favorite color or something? So, basically this is someone who's healing after something. I don't think I got into what that could be, and honestly I don't really see what it could be with these cards. I think that's a message and it's that whatever it is, it's separate from you. Which is also why this person needs time to heal so that they don't bring it forward with them wherever they go, especially if that's to you. You know what's interesting? That's my first thought on this situation. Maybe, not really get over you, but maybe they think its best? I'm not sure if maybe they're thinking that it's kind of a futile thing or that maybe they don't think that they have a chance with you. So far in the shuffling process you guys have 2 extra cards, so I think this person talks a lot. Also, there are a lot of yellows and pinks I'm seeing with these cards. Tulips or roses may be of significance. This person might have a lot of earth or air in their chart. Like, I pulled the venus card, so they could be Libra or Taurus, but I also puled The Lovers and The Fool, so also maybe Gemini or Aquarius. I also think that their sun and venus placements might be important, like maybe they have them in signs that work well with your signs? With the Wolf card and the Alejandra Pizarnik (Solitude) card I definitely think this is someone who keeps to themselves. I don't really think they're an introvert (they could be) but with the sun and the venus cards I feel a definite sense that they're flirty lol. Like, I think they might not spend a lot of time with people, but they definitely can be charismatic? Also, I think its interesting that there are both the venus and the juno cards because venus is about love language and juno is also about relationships? I had a really weird 10 minutes where I spent a while trying to figure this out. First I thought maybe this was someone married or in a relationship who was into you or someone you once dated yourself? But, (and while that could be true, re: either versions), I don't think so. Even though I have cards like Juno, that means the partner, or Shirley Jackson which is a card about family/domestic life, I also have Wolf and Solitude and 9 of pentacles. Plus, with the lovers, I do think there's some genuine feelings here. I mean, it could also mean like, a choice this person has to make, but why not give me two of swords or another 2 card? Like, it could also mean that this person has a duality to them (so maybe they are really introverted but can be an extrovert when they need to be?). A weird thing is that I almost feel like telling you to look at the last pile (4) if you were drawn to it, because on the solitude card she's holding a heart that's broken and bleeding. So, maybe this person just went through a really bad break up (and maybe I'm getting weird mixed messages because maybe this is someone you thought was in a relationship, but has since left it? The spilled cup of tea/coffee on Shirley Jackson's card also suggests this to me - also the stain on the wall under the house.) I feel like, if you know who they are, you’re not sure what they’re up to. Maybe you’re in communication or something, but it’s surface level stuff right now? So, who they are as a person is that like I said, they could be both introverted and extroverted. Honestly, I think they're a complex person really. I think they may be romantic, but also maybe a flirt. I think they could be a really sunny person too, like this sun card is just really standing out to me. This could just mean that they're confident (I almost think that's like a definite with the fool card here), but it could also suggest that they have a big ego. The Waning Gibbous moon is about perfecting, so maybe they're perfecting something , like an aspect of them (taming their ego?), or a hobby or a job or just anything? Maybe they're a student and they're learning so that's what they're perfecting? I do think with the Lovers here, this could be them trying to perfect the balance within them, so maybe it's them balancing their emotions, or their confidence where they have a lot of it, but not to a detrimental point? And while I definitely associate this 9 of pentacles with their relationship status, just in the context of these cards, I also think this is like someone who's got their shit together, or at least working on that. I think they're stable financially, or their working on it/just about there. I think they're also independent and they don't rely on anyone. Maybe family is important to them and they are close to their family - and maybe because of that, they dream to have one, but right now they’re alone? I think with Juno there, maybe they see that you're someone that could fit into this idea though? Though, I do think they're still actively trying to get over you, so I still get that sense that they think this might never happen. I think the fool card suggests that they're willing to take risks. In the last pile, even though I said maybe you should read that one too if you're called to it, I said that possibly they're usually impulsive with connections with people, but that in that specific one, they weren't being impulsive. In this one, I do think it's not that they're impulsive per-say, but that they take risks. I almost see it more as calculated (which is funny because last pile got virgo and I'd definitely read that as calculated risk with the fool, but wasn't getting the vibe - this one I do). I definitely am seeing this with how this siren is kind of just waiting on this rock, studying something? Bottom of the deck for the astrological deck was Scorpio, so I think they like to observe people. So, maybe this siren on the fool card is observing before they make a move? I'm not sure why I still get the sense that they think this is futile...? Because I'd say the fool would eventually take the leap into the water, but I'm not seeing them do this. Then again, I did say they were perfecting something, so maybe its a waiting game until whatever this is gets perfected? Oh, I did just have a thought. I thought they were trying to move on from you but maybe they just went through a break up and its whoever they just broke up with? The lyrics I pulled for you are from Prehistoric by Now, Now: " I'll say that I've been trying to move on, we both know I'm not" - with, that one could literally be about you, maybe before they broke up, they felt guilty about having feelings for you (Because I almost wonder if this crush has overlapped within a relationship)? Or it's about the ex? It's going to differ for situations I think. The other was Divide by Tiger's Jaw "But it's too cold to walk home and I know I shouldn't call you". The song is about two people are into each other, and they can see it but they don't express it? It's almost as if they think its a bad idea to be together. I'm trying to figure out why they're trying to move on from you. Or if it is you... Something about this feels like I'm missing something? And I guess maybe that's a sign that you're not supposed to know everything about this person. That's another similarity to pile 4, they weren't really supposed to know either. So, I wonder if maybe this is also a reflection of you at this point in your life too? Maybe you're both learning on how to be yourselves and in order for anything to work between you two (if that's supposed to, but honestly with the lovers here I feel like maybe it is), you're supposed to learn how to be independent and what you want in life and a partner? One of the keywords for venus in the booklet is the Divine Feminine and as I started thinking about that, my ear started ringing. So, I think that one of you or both of you is supposed to get more in touch with the softer side of yourself. Like, the emotions? The bottom deck energy for the tarot is the Empress, so I do think there is something in that. Maybe both of you need to work on nurturing yourselves but also how to nurture others? Gonna be honest, this pile is really confusing me. It's so weird, I was getting stuff and getting stuff and now I feel like I'm hitting a wall. I'm going to try and pull a clarifier for the lyrics, because I think they're throwing me off the most. So, even the clarifier seems contradictory. It was page of wands, which normally I'd see that card as someone who's naïve and impulsive, kind of like the fool I guess. But, I think I'm seeing this now more as this person should be focusing on what makes them passionate, which very well could be you, but instead they're trying to let go. I think maybe they themselves are fighting this inside a lot. I'm going to stop reading this here, I think. I think this person has a lot to figure out, but I think you do too? I think this is a confusing situation where you both have feelings but someone wasn't available and now they're still not despite being single? I think whatever this is, it's going to take time. I'm pretty sure all 6 piles had some sort of scorpio mention, if not a scorpio-esque vibe. Either we're all attracting scorpios or its just some message for me that I'm ignoring. I'm going to read it like its not that!!! The tarot with this pile is really powerful to me. You got King of Swords, so someone who is really logical but knows how to use this logic to rule. This might be someone who maybe be higher up in their job? I wouldn't say its the CEO, but the fact that you also got King of Pentacles as the bottom deck energy, it very well may be? Or at least a manager of some sort. I also think because the bottom deck energy for the literary oracles is the eye, this is someone who holds a position over you? I think its like a watchful eye, they pay attention to you. But I think within this pile you may find answers to some questions you have? Another thing about that eye card is that for some reason when I saw it, I saw green eyes? So for some of you this person has green eyes. But I think that's for a limited few. You also have the Queen of Pentacles. The Queen of Pentacles is a nurturer, but she's also practical and grounded. So this person is both logical and grounded and to be honest that sounds like a double threat to me. I think with the hanged man, its kind of like the hermit in this sense. This person goes within a lot to think through things, but I think there's also that observational element from this and Scorpio, like they hang back and watch. That watchful eye again. This person loves to watch you. Like, I just keep thinking about that eye card and I don't know why. But, the hanged man can also talk about a pause. Maybe they like history (I'm thinking like renaissance period stuff if so, just based on the dress on the lady in the hanged man card?) or you both have a history with each other? Take what resonates, guys. And the bees can talk about teamwork, so maybe they just make a good partner, whether its within business or in love. But, I also could read this as work, so maybe this is a manager or boss of yours? Kind of scandalous to be honest lmao, I definitely get this forbidden feeling with this pile, I mean one of the songs is called Separate Rooms, so there's a sense of like...propriety here? The lyrics that I pulled from that song are "If you don't mind, I don't mind", so maybe its like, they don't quite mind that they think this might never happen or can't happen? I think maybe they'd say that for sure, but is that how they really feel? Or, possibly, they don’t mind the forbidden aspect of it (maybe its a turn on?). I do think they're into you for sure. I mean, obviously its' a reading on who has a crush on you, but the line from the other song I pulled, Honeypie by Love Fame Tragedy is "Some feelings go but most find their way back in", so I do think they try to not think about how they feel about you, and yet they always find that their thoughts come back to you? Especially if you work together, but it's like a fight they loose all the time. It just keeps happening. Bottom of the deck is New Moon, so I mean, they could be starting something new, which could maybe involve healing. I also pulled Waxing Crescent Moon, which can be about taking initiative. I think they're fairly action oriented, and I think both the King of Swords and the Queen of Pentacles (less so than the King of Swords, and slow movement with this card, but movement within this specific version) can say that too. I see those two as movers more than the Hanged Man, but again. I think they're in a period of stagnation, so I don't think they're doing a lot of action-oriented things right now. First Quarter Moon can talk about growth, so maybe this stagnant period is really them just growing? Like, maybe they're looking inward at their own faults and stuff like that. I feel like Chiron hints at that too. Like, they're gaining more knowledge about themselves and the world around them by going inward. Which, really, is the message of the hermit card, but it didn't come out. I think the Scorpio card also might factor into that healing energy as well as the one of growth. Scorpios are known for being all about transformation, which is what growth is. They also are a water sign, so I think there's a lot of emotions here, but I think they know how to transmute them healthily. It's interesting, because even though I get that this is kind of a forbidden connection (like I get that vibe), I think they sound like a good person to be around. Like, they almost give off a mentor vibe, and I like that. Even though they may be a little creepy and have their eye on you, I think they're also not a bad person to have around? I think they give good advice and I also think you can learn a lot from them, especially with the way I think they heal themselves. AHH. Hey, just wanted to let you know I’ve been working on another pick a pile for a week, so hopefully that should be out within the next few days (which doesn’t mean much coming from me lol sorry). I’m finding that it’s easier to do a pile or two a day because I was really burning myself by trying to do a whole reading in one sitting. This one I think will have 4-5 piles just because I wanted more options for you guys. It should be a fun one :)

Outside of that, I did list my scrunchies on etsy but haven’t promoted them like at all because it was right when I started working again so I wasn’t thinking too muhc of that. Currently I still have a job but it’s in the theater business so its kind of unstable and I’m not getting as many shifts as I used to work pre-covid (I used to work 5-6 shifts a week, now it’s like 1-2 shifts). Because I’m in school I think it would be best to keep this job (a nice part time one that I don’t HATE) so that I have an income (small...) for the bills, but I would like to be making more so that I can eventually move. I was thinking about having a small side-business going, and an etsy shop made sense. I’m trying to get more stuff up on the site (currently just the scrunchies), and I also would like to do personal tarot readings on here - trying to figure out prices and payment and what-not in the mean time. I also need to take better pictures lol I know I said it’s just scrunchies but I definitely plan on making/putting more things up. Pick-A-Pile: What Your 2021 Will Be Like

This definitely took longer than I intended on it taking, and it also took some interesting turns. They don’t appear to cover the whole year, but this is what I got, so I’m assuming they’re things someone needs to hear. 3 of the piles ended up having some love message in them, so if that’s what you were looking for, yay! I do need to tell you that you need to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. These messages are not going to be for everyone so if you find that you don’t relate, than it’s probably not for you. I can only pick up on so many stories/situations. Also, I have to point out again that these do not cover the whole year. In fact, it really seems like only a few things showed up, like a few situations. So they’re kind of a few snapshots within the year. If you do find that you’re called to more than one pile, I can say that that’s okay because a few did seem to relate/have similar cards, so there’s a chance you’re someone who has more than one message within these. Pile 1:

cards: ace of swords, 8 of cups, 6 of swords, true love, banshee, cat, endurance. Okay, I'm having a hard time with this pile. There are a lot of messages here, so I think a lot of you chose this one. This is going to seem a bit scattered, I think, so bear with me. First thoughts are that in terms of love, there may be a situation where you're waiting for some sort of clarity, perhaps maybe reciprocation? 6 of Pentacles isn't here, but I get that feeling from this. Especially because the first song that played was Take Me by Aly & Aj and it's basically about someone waiting for someone to ask them out. I wouldn't pull this conclusion necessarily, but I pulled True Love for you. The thing about that card is that it's more recognizing love for yourself rather than trying to force it on others, so, I see that this is you getting fed up with waiting, and so with 8 of cups and 6 of swords, you're putting it down and walking away from the situation to pay attention to yourself. I think Endurance plays into that too, like you endured waiting for so long but then you’re just DONE. You’re seeing that you deserve reciprocation and you deserve to have someone feel for you the way you feel for them. This is one situation. I was getting a lot of messages here, so I'm trying to sum it up into general terms. Also, for some, this might not even be you moving away from something? Maybe it's someone you know moving on from a situation and you get confirmation about this - like you're intuition is saying this, but you have no hardcore facts to base it on, and you finally get it. Maybe it's a situation that leaves you. Take what resonates - but also remember, this is a 2021 prediction, and that's 12 whole months for things to happen. I feel like this is more early year energy. But, I've also found tarot readings playing out MONTHS after they've been done, so!! Who knows. It will play out differently for everyone. Ah, so maybe it's also a matter of you just being a bit confused, and instead of getting clarity, you're searching for it. Oddly, though, this deck doesn't depict movement in these two cards. Most decks depict people moving away from something. In some versions I've seen of 6 of Swords, the person is looking back. In this version, he's stationary, standing on one leg. Well, rather, he's balancing - which that too holds a message, like you just trying to balance different things at once (think a 2 of Pentacles vibe). But his leg and arm point in the direction he's not looking. So, it's like, maybe your mind is telling you "This way, this way," but your heart is still tied to a situation. For some, this might not even be about love - maybe a job or family or dream - anything really. But, that whole bit about your mind becoming a dead language, maybe you're confused with what you're feeling and your intuition. You got the cat card from the Literary Witches Oracle, and though it has other meanings, I still connect cats to intuition. I mean, cat's intuitions are fairly spot on, right? The literary witches oracle suggests these words: the untamed, self-ownership, watching. MY OWN CAT JUST BIT THE CAT CARD. There's a message in there somewhere, and I think its just that she is RUDE. But, also, I think she's confirming my thoughts about this card for you guys: I think its telling you not to follow rules too closely. Another thing is self-ownership. I think, looking back at the 8 of cups card where he's just sitting there, I think there's a need to sit with your emotions rather than ignoring them - owning them. This is a message I get a lot for my different pick a piles on this blog. Look, it really fucking sucks to acknowledge some feelings, especially when they don't feel so good. But I find it helps to stop and ask yourself why you're feeling a certain way. So, say you're feeling jealous of someone. Stop and ask why? What does this person have that you wish you had and why? How can you obtain this in a morally just way? And if this isn't possible, is there something else you could obtain that could help these feelings fade? In a way that serves you while not hurting others? Sitting with yourself for a few minutes and looking at the emotions really helps a lot in the long run. "When did your heart break and take you the wrong way?" - Nox by Jetty Bones. I don't see it as you going the wrong way, but perhaps perceiving that you went the wrong way. You also got the banshee card. I want to preface this by saying that I had started this pick a pile almost a month ago but things got in the way and never got a chance to finish, but pile 1 for that one had the banshee card, so I think that was always a message for you. Maybe it's a call to stay vigilant. If you're feeling that you went the wrong way, but you know its anxiety, I think it's a call to take a step back. Maybe even breathe, and listen to your intuition. That can't always be easy, I know, but I think deep down (especially with this ace of swords and the 8 of cups - Also I want to note that the High Priestess was bottom deck energy), you know the way. One thing I have to say is that the Banshee is here to warn you not to let your fears or anxiety trap you into taking a path you know is not yours. With the literary witches oracle deck, I felt called to pull you another, and one of my favorite ones from the deck came out: Anna Ahkmatova, Endurance. I haven't read a lot of Anna Ahkmatova, but have always respected her deeply. She went through a lot in her lifetime, so endurance is a the best word for her card. The deck suggests these keywords: staying with pain, avoiding pain, patience. I read this as all three of those: the first is that you're carrying a pain through the year, or at least into this new year. But, I think you're going to be patient with yourself.  The 8 of Cups is similar to that of the 6 of swords in this deck, too. He’s also stationary. So, maybe going with the endurance card, you're staying with this pain, and there's that whole idea of sitting with the emotions. (Lyrics in the song that came on, Always On by DBMK, "And I'm always always on." - Overthinking things perhaps? I do suggest looking up this song, because it does feel relevant. ) I don't think this lasts long though, like it doesn’t feel like a long-term thing, but it may be a bit reoccurring, maybe a few times within this year? So, overall, I see that this next year you're bringing something painful into the new year. But, I see you enduring it. I see you deciding to chose yourself because of this painful thing. I think you're going to see the value within choosing yourself. I'm kind of getting this idea that you know that whatever wants you and whatever is for you will find you, so you're not going to be too worried. I think you're more worried about finding the why of things? It may not be an INSTANT thing, like you don’t need to know now, but you want to know eventually. I think maybe you'll be looking for answers other places. Going back to the endurance card (this feels like the BIG one for your spread, like that paired with the tarot seems to really ring loud to me), there's a firebird, which is also a phoenix basically. She's also holding a potato on the card, so maybe nourishing your soul will be a huge ass vibe for you in 2021. I think the True Love Card indicates that, same with the spiritual aspect of 8 of cups. SO, I think OVERALL 2021 is going to be BIG for your soul. Like, I think you're going to come realizations about yourself and your life and the people around you. I think there's a lot of pain that is needed to be worked through, but to be honest, I feel that most of us are going into 2021 like that, so you're not alone. I just think this past year has been especially painful. I feel heavy with your pile. Really heavy. I didn't at first, like, I saw those cards about moving away from something, and perhaps you will and you'll feel lighter. But, I feel this feeling of stagnancy...? I don't get it in literal card meanings, but that man sitting in front of the cups and the man balancing WITHIN the swords? Also, the images Anna Ahkmatova's card invokes? So, again, I must repeat that warning I got with the Banshee: Don't let your fears trap you.     I think Endurance and Cat really tell you that you can get through whatever it is. The song Let It Happen by Jimmy Eat World came on and there's a line where he sings "I can laugh it off" (which I think you can), but more than that, just the title makes me think that you're going to have to surrender whatever this is, let it happen. I mean, I think there's an act of walking away on your part, but I don't see it as forever? Like, maybe this will come back around. I said earlier that whatever wants you or is for you will find you, so I think if you walk away it will come back? Like, okay to clarify this, maybe it is a love situation. I'm not saying THIS person will come back/seek you out. That is possible, but I think its more about love finding its way to you. I know its total bullshit to say you gotta love yourself first in order to find love, like FUCK THAT SHIT. BUT, I think this pile is in need of self-love. cards: 4 of swords, two of pentacles, 4 of wands, relationship, true offering, Sandra Cisneros (the body), boar, all hallows eve First off, Halloween may be significant, whether it's 2020's or 2021. Maybe it’s your favorite holiday? A birthday? Something happened? I’m not sure, but because I pulled All Hallow’s Eve for you, I just feel that there is something within that. Secondly, I think you're mostly being asked to honor your body, as in, take care of yourself. That's one HUGE message coming out. I see that in 2021 you're going to be needing to find a balance between things. This isn't to say you won't be able to, especially because I always ready the two of pentacles as being able to balance the things out, but I see that it will be a challenge. I see rest being highlighted within the body and four of swords as well. I always get that card when I need to like take a nap or go to bed, so I definitely read this in this context. Are you wearing yourself thin? Is there way to do things without tiring yourself out?? Okay, I'm also seeing something for some of you involving sex? I'm also gonna put a trigger warning for this next paragraph about sex. If you don't wish to read that, please just skip down to the next one.  I’m only putting this in because when I was reading the cards I felt triggered, and this isn’t something I normally would feel towards this, so I was feeling that this was not me at all, and that I was channeling someone else? It was really weird and something like this has only happened a few times before so it’s always a little strange when it happens. Anyway, I’ll mark the paragraph and you’re welcome to skip it. TW: Sex The body speaks about the pains and pleasures of the body and boar can talk about aggression. I think for some, this is a warning about someone who may be aggressive about sex with you? Like, maybe wanting too much or asking you to do things you don't want to do/don't feel comfortable doing. You're being asked to honor what you feel is right for your body. Bottom deck energy for the Seasons of the Witch oracle is the Owl card, so I get that you will know what's right for you in the moment. Also, please just honor yourself and try not to put up with that bullshit. I know sometimes things happen that are hard to stop - so if it’s possible to stop it or avoid it, do so. If something does happen and you end up feeling regretful, please do not put yourself down either. We all make mistakes, and also really awful shit happens to people who don’t deserve those things, too. I believe this is really only for a small portion of you. I also think there may be someone out there who is fearful that this will happen if they're vulnerable this way with someone. I think this is a message that again, follow your intuition. Don't do anything you're not comfortable with and make sure you have strong boundaries. Though, another thought I just had is that this could also be about body image? Perhaps this connection will help you with that if you have issues with that. Maybe they’re going to teach you to love how you look? Like, a boost of self-confidence? So, maybe there is this element of fear of being intimate with someone, solely because you’re afraid you can’t provide what this other person needs because you’re not happy with how you look and feel about your own body, or even experience-wise. If that’s the case, I do think this is a connection that’s been brought in to help you with this. I also think that I probably should say that your fears are valid, like, I’m not saying you’re RIGHT (about your body that is), but you have a right to be afraid. I think you’re meant to work through this, but you can do this at your own pace. I don’t get bad vibes from this connection at all, and I’ll get more on this connection in a sec, but I think you need to know that I feel like you’re safe with this person. And I think you’ll feel safe, and that’s what you really need. It seems like an even pace, whatever this is. I want to add that I forgot to turn my music on, but a song is playing in my head called Analog Boy by DBMK, so maybe check it out. I think there's something in the lyrics for someone. Now onto the big message for everyone: First off I think there's going to be a relationship, either a new one or a new level within one. This can be platonic or romantic, but I’m sensing mostly romantic for most of you. I think there's going to be a lot of chemistry, but I think you two will balance each other out. Also, I see that in general, with this new relationship (or level within it), you'll have to start a balance act, like work and play kind of thing, but I think you'll be fine. I see a lot of balance within this. I think maybe for some this is going to change your life drastically enough that you’re going to find that you’re going to have to move things around to fit time in for everything, like again, that balancing work and play. Like, maybe both of your work schedules are really hectic? So, it’s like, trying to find time together and time with others and time to work and time to rest alone. But, there’s nothing within this that’s making me think you won’t be able to do so. Maybe this is something that you had trouble with last year, and so maybe this year you’re finally going to be able to work things out? So, maybe even though this will bring balance eventually, maybe it’s going to take a bit to work things out? There’s probably another message within that song, I think. There's also a need to let go of control. I think maybe you envision an outcome for this situation (and I think you KNOW its coming, you probably feel it - maybe you’re anxious and you’re not sure why??), but I think it's more of an In The Moment Thing. A, do what you feel is right at the time. But also, not to overthink it. Allow what happens to happen. Note that this is for those who the TW is not for. Cards: 3 of cups, Prince of Cups, Nine of Swords, Enjoyment, Witch, Yumiko Kurahashi (transformation), Toni Morrison (power) Visitor. That's a word that came to my mind. I'm not sure what this means to you, like if you're going to be a visitor, if you'll get one, who knows! But that's a word for you guys! Maybe visiting old situations. Maybe visiting new places! Maybe visiting new habits and hobbies? I don't know, but that was something I had to tell you. So, starting with the tarot: Three of cups kind of aids this idea of a visitor, because it can mean hanging out with friends, maybe celebrating. Just partying it up, but even in a simple way, like chilling or online. I don't know, I don't think COVID is going to be gone in a few months for my area, so I guess it depends on where you are and what time of the year this applies to. Both Three of Cups and Prince of Cups tell me that there are emotions involved, and I think maybe for some this is you getting to know someone you have feelings for (also this could be revisiting someone from your past, like later I say that you know you can’t go back into the past, but I don’t think that means you can’t bring something with you into the future if that makes sense?). I think this person is in your community, which could be anything within your life, like school or work. Enjoyment applies to this, telling you to enjoy these moments. This card does talk about hard work, so I definitely think this isn't a one-way thing, like you can't just not put effort into this. It's going to need to effort on your part, so if you find that you have a hard time opening up to people, don't feel bad. IT's hard, I GET IT. But, I think this is telling you to work on it, or at least be aware of this. This year will be a year of transformation for you. You got the Transformation card, or Yumiko Kurahashi. Oh, interesting, the song Turn Back by Mat Kerekes came on, and my favorite line from this song is the bridge where he sings “I know I can’t turn back, somewhere I lost my heart. I know I can’t turn back ‘cause I don’t know where I’d start”, so, like going with this idea of transformation: maybe you know you’re moving on from who you were/what life was like before, and this is you knowing that there’s not really anything in the past for you anymore? One of the keywords for this card is becoming, so, possibly it's you learning how to become yourself. But, then the 9 of swords jumps in here, and I think this paired with Transformation I think maybe there are some problems with depression. This version of 9 of Swords is more frantic than other versions. He's preparing to be struck by swords - moreover, he HAS been stabbed by two swords, which, OW? But, also, I get just that sense of frantic freaking out with this (which definitely can accompany knowing you can’t go back to who you were before, or what was before). There's also that snake around the one sword, lunging forward. I think that's your fear overtaking you. Also, fear of false intentions. Maybe even fear that you're not strong enough? Insecurities. For some, I think this whole thing of getting to know someone you have feelings for is a new thing, like maybe past experiences weren't great (another thing that goes along with that line from Turn Back) or maybe this is the first time you've actually been in a situation like this, so maybe you're calculating all the outcomes and focusing on all the bad ones. But, I think you're being guided to take this in a place of power, as in, power over your thoughts. The Toni Morrison Power card's keywords are: owning power, seizing power, the powers at play. So, not only do I think whatever this is, it's meant to happen, but I think you're also being guided to work through your fears. You have bottom deck energies of The Star and Vision (Virginia Woolf), which I definitely think tells you that you should have hope that things will work out in your favor. Outside of the 9 of swords (which, being a swords card is purely mental), you have nothing to fear. I have a feeling this is going to be a guiding light in terms of situations for you. Like, I think from this you're going to learn a lot, I think. The card Witch tells you that you're wiser than you're thinking you are, and I see the 9 of swords playing with this in a way that shows that you're worried that not only are these persons intentions not good, but also that you're going to sabotage it all. But, I think you're being asked to enjoy the process (with enjoyment and 3 of cups), and revel in these feelings (this Prince of Cups - the KNIGHT of cups, really- is SUPER intense. His eyes are very hypnotizing - maybe this person has a stare like this, or maybe you associate purple with them or something - a scorpio maybe??? I mean, there's the scorpion on his arm.) For others that this isn't a love situation, I see this as being something that can bring you great joy, but like the others, you're questioning the outcomes and giving yourself anxiety. Again, enjoy the process and know that you know how to go about this. cards: 8 of cups, 4 of wands, justice, work, spider, Octavia E. Butler (The Future), Janet Frame (Belonging) This year, I think pile 4 is going to be finding themselves. The main thing I see this from is the card Belonging, Janet Frame. This card talks about figuring who you are out, and the keywords are: being at home, being a stranger, and knowing yourself. I get a lot of balance from these cards, too, so I think its like you trying to balance yourself out. Maybe mastering your emotions. The Justice card in this deck is interesting because it has the normal scales on it, but behind it is the yin and yang symbol and over both of her shoulders are the moon and the sun, so its like balancing who you are out, like who you are inside and out. But I always kind of see the tower within this card (you also got the tower as bottom deck energy). She has lights coming out of her eyes, and has windows that are lit up over her head in the shape of a crown. So, it's like her head is being opened up, and by me seeing the tower, I think it's her finding clarity within. So, maybe this tower is that clarity? This is why I think you're balancing yourself out, like I think you're figuring out things about yourself. Like, what direction you want to go (with how she's pointing on this version of 4 of wands, I see that definitely). I see so much thinking in these cards and there was a lyric that stuck out to me in a song that came on by DBMK called Thin,  "Oh my god, am I so stuck in my ways?" So I see some of you seeing your bad habits and realizing that they're not there to stay, that you can kind of kick them out, show them the door. In four of wands, she's in the middle of a spiral and whenever I see spirals I always think of correlations. I don't remember why this specific image sticks out to me, but I do remember being in school and learning about correlations within nature and the picture in the textbook was of a shell in a spiral shape like that. And, so I kind of think maybe its like I said before, seeing correlations in situations and realizing what your bad habits are (and even the good ones too) and finding a way to get past them or even a way to transmute them into something better. I see him thinking these things through in the 8 of cups, too. Like, the 8 of cups can talk about walking away from something, like leaving it behind and going on sort of an inward journey. But in this one he’s sitting down, not moving away. I always see it as a card of solitude, like the Hermit. I don't see you being in solitude. Possibly for a little bit to think things through, but I see it more as this is your journey and its about You and figuring out who You are. There is also a boat in the background of the 8 of cups, but its more the skeleton of a boat. A shipwreck. So, I get this impression that even if he wanted to walk away, he's stuck there, so he's forced to see that things are the way they are and it's up to him to work on them. Almost like...You're forced into a period of stagnation? This is interesting, and I think I need to tell you that if you felt called to another one of the piles, piles 1 and 2 both had at least 1 of these cards in them, and there felt like a lot of balance in those too. And if this isn’t a period of stagnation, its at least a period of rest.  But, like with this stagnation, I also see a lot of work being done. Not necessarily movement, but work. You literally got the card Work from the Wild Offering oracle, which talks about not just grinding away, but giving. Kind of like the 6 of pentacles, I think, but not quite. Like, working to be beneficial to not just yourself, but others. But it's not just something selfless, its also a certain amount of selfishness - a healthy amount and this is for your own future, which, you also got the card The Future (Octavia E. Butler). That card talks about both planning and worrying about the future. So, I think you're working your way towards what you want for yourself in the future, but there's also a lot of thought about that and what you don't want and what could go wrong. Spider kind of touches that too. It talks about manifesting, but not controlling the outcome. I see worrying about the future as kind of controlling it too. I think with the justice card, its letting you know that it will balance out, so there's no need to worry. It will work out for you. I do wonder if for some of you this has a lot to do with you breaking free from expectations of others. Like, you lived a life that you thought was yours but then one day someone said something and you were looking at them and thought "Do you even know me?" Like, you thought they did, but you realized this picture they have of you is not true, its just their own perception. And so, after this, you're wanting to live life authentically. Like, live it the way YOU are and how you want. Oh, the song Santiago Peak by Movements came on, and the first verse goes like this: "I passed the house where I spent most of my life. And all the places that seem like they're from a different time, out of touch with the world that I once felt stuck inside. Never mind. Remember living through the passenger side..." So, it's like you feel like you're forever riding in the passenger seat of your own life, but you're seeing that this isn't who you are and it's not who you want to be. So there are small steps you're taking to create a new future where you're in the driver seat. The song does talk about going back to their old home, but I don't think that really applies. Like I think you hold this old you and this old life in the passenger seat close to your heart because it made you who you are today. It pushed you to where you wanted to grow, but you don't want to go back. There is another line that goes "And when I feel a little too far, I'll come back and restart," And I do think that maybe you'll think back from time to time about where you were, but it will only fuel the need to move forward? So it won’t really be a restart, but it will be enough to get you moving again if you’ve lost faith for a little bit. But, I don’t see that in these cards. I mostly see you working forward. These cards don’t have a lot of movement in them, so its not quick, rapid change, but its like slow and steady. Balanced and even. So for 2021, I see you working on the inside, but also making movement forward slowly.
