I'm honestly in love with Ayato's design- The Western-Inazuman fusion is a neat detail to show that Ayato is different from the heads of the other commissions ;00 I guess in a way, he represents the change that Inazuma needs? His outfit seems to be loosely inspired by the outfits of the Meiji Period, which I think is cool *-*

I love his outfit too! and I loved that mihoyo paid so much attention to detail (tho they mostly do so I shouldn't be surprised <3)

A helluva lot of people like the design actually. But ayato had haters long before his even his voice was revealed, and there's also the fact that for some reason people expected him to look just like the fanarts, so that lot thats disappointed/the haters seem to be much louder from what I've seen. Unfortunately.

I for one absolutely adore his design. Hes even more pretty than i thought he would be, and i have around 300 pulls saved just for him <3 I would have loved him even if he was ugly tbh, but luckily for me he's very lovely!! Just the type of beauty that appeals to me, and when i hear the voices for him again i think all languages suit him quite nicely

I honestly like him too (I only don't like his eyes but still he's very pretty like you said!!) and I don't think he's that different from the fanarts, I looked at the comments and saw a lot of people complaining :') honestly I just want more hydro character I love'em xx
