one of the things i love about akame ga kill is that the moral of the show is literally to stand up for what's right and fight for those who are being oppressed. not only can this be connected to the real world as of now but it's also something you don't see very often in anime or media in general. it's such a powerful statement especially considering the time it came out and it's so intresting to see the way it's portrayed.
