What’s up with people constantly attacking MiphLink?

Once in a blue moon I search for MiphLink content on twitter only to find ZeLink people trying to shoot it down for some reason.

Why? You already have the hegemony here, there is no real shipping war because Zelink will always be the most popular and mainstream ship. What more do you want? We just want to enjoy this ship without ppl trying to mock it to the ground.

It’s frustrating.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is, in general, a good game filled with fun and well-made content, that it is unfortunately weakened by a flat husk of a story that betrays the themes and tone set by the background established in Breath of The Wild in favour of a dull adventure that was purposefully misleadingly marketed by Nintendo.

I will write more about it when i feel like it, but it's really a heart-breaking game for me.

Age of Calamity - Guardian of Remembrance DLC is our last chance of having Miphlink crumbs. I don't have hopes for the champions to be relevant in the sequel, and honestly I'm not getting my hopes up of having any crumbs in this DLC too.

Nintendo should have the balls of at least fully canonizing their relationship in AoC's timeline.

Lore-wise, it's probably the ship with the most amount of text and subtext backing it up, arguably even surpassing Zelink by a bit in this aspect.

It's a shame that it is not as popular as it deserves to be within the fandom.
