Shai T – The Last Dance EP – REVIEW [Lost Miracle]
DHB Mag
Sebastien Leger is one of the biggest and iconic DJ’s & producers in the world today. ‘Lost Miracle’ – the successful label which is owned and managed by the well-known Mr. Leger, is having a 2nd release from one of the most beloved artists in the world of organic house – Shai T. This is the 2nd time for these artists to collaborate Since April 2020, and that’s’ a good opportunity for us in Deep House Bucharest to review this gem.
Over the last few years Shai T has notched a bevy of outstanding achievements on his resume, such as maintaining a spot in the top 5 artists of organic house, while reaching the #1 position four times in less than a year and releasing his music on a wide assortment of the genre’s major labels. These remarkable achievements have established Shai as one of the best and most valued artists in his genre, with four of his latest productions reaching the all time Top 100 of the genre.
His new EP with ‘Lost Miracle’ has already been played and supported by many of the biggest names in electronic music. The label, managed by famed artist Sebastien Leger, has established itself as one of the best imprints in the genre today, releasing music which not only tops Beatport’s sales charts but also earns the respect of fans and critics alike.
The EP – ‘The Last Dance’, is comprised of two beautiful tracks, both filled with live instruments and summer vibes. The A side – “The Last Dance”, is a Balearic deep progressive track, with strong Latin – tango influences, as Shai expertly utilizes live Spanish guitar riffs and unique accordion Sounds, which give the track another dimension, making it more than just an electronic track.
The B side ‘One Night In Paris’, is also full of summer vibes, and made to be played in open air venues, but this has influences from other part of the world – France and its known music genre – “Chanson”. Much like it’s predecessor we have guitars and accordions taking control of the vibe, but in a different way, plus for this one we have gentle vocals flowing in the air and a strong groove and bassline which pushes the track forward to a gorgeous finale.
There is no doubt that this release is going to be a strong summer hit for electronic music lovers, and another massive success for Shai T and for ‘Lost Miracle’ as well, as both the artist and the label continue to impress with each successive project.
Shai T is an unique artist to look after, and follow for years to come, both for his immaculate productions and exceptional skills as a DJ. His ability to mix between driving grooves and sexy basslines, while still keeping the narrative melodic and emotional is very unique, and puts him alongside the major artists of his genre.
Continuing to lead from the front in an unprecedented and challenging time for the music industry, Shai T’s remarkable talent finds him establishing a host of new and exciting projects over the coming months. Passion, talent and technique place Shai as a growing force in the world of underground dance music, as he weaves a magical sonic tapestry of powerful storytelling for dance floors all over the world.

Interview with Hot TuneiK
DHB Mag
With over a decade as part of the Mexican electronic scene, Diego Carreon A.K.A Hot TuneiK has managed to position himself amongst de best Producers in the world, with the support on their sets of Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Sasha and many more.
Deep House Bucharest · DHB Podcast #130 – Hot TuneiK
1.My first question for you refers to your development as an artist; how would you describe it?
Passion and determination for start, but its a life-time development. Evolution like everything is part of the journey, so don’t rush yourself but push yourself to the limit, trust me, is worth it.
2.We are interested to find out where and how have you found inspiration and of course, how did you got to an original sound?
Well, I’m making music since I was little, somewhere around 12-13 years old, now I’m 32 and it was quite of a journey. But I would say that once I’ve found my sound it was more about 4-5 years to reach my true sound.
One of my main inspirations is Guy J, love that man, but theres alot of talent all around the world, Greenage is another producer that im playing alot in my sets, Jelly For The Babies, Madloch and many many more and also of course there’s alot of musicians which I’m inspired by, like Hans Zimmer, Yan Tiersen.
3.What were some of the main challenges and goals when starting out as a DJ and how have they changed over time?
Djing has always been a challenge but is a lovely and a wonderful “job”. Its always difficult when a dj is starting, going out to clubs and knocking out at the door is not always pleasant or nice, but is like any other career, it takes time and alot of energy to keep up and maintain a decent presentation, but I think its part of it, like always.
My residency at HOOKAH Group was vital, I worked there for more than 8 years and that really helped. I had the chance to play and share experiences with legends like, Guy Mantzur, Guy J, Nick Warren, Anja Schneider, Third Son, Kastis Torrau, Antrim, Donatello, Henry Saiz, many many more theres a full agenda with also names like Dubfire, Sharam, Steve Lawrer and some of them lucky for me are my closest friends, is amazing what music has giving me.
4.What were your thoughts and determination in creating the label? How has all started?
It was a dream for me, I’ve notice that there’s alot of great music which is not heard or played and that literaly makes me feel weird, because music is all about sharing.
Luckily for me I found two beautiful souls and we share the same feeling, Diego J and RA mx… My friends and business partners.
Guateque Music was founded on that feeling, help other artists and producers to be heard, and im not talking only about new upcoming artists, GM is also aiming on A-list artist for sure for example now we got big names like Kamilo Sanclemente, Antrim and Nosh & SJ, but we have alot of surprises for the near future.
Feel free to contact us if your music has potential and a message that’s really important, music has an intention and needs to be exposed!
5.My last question: please give us some insights regarding your label; how do you think it will be distinguished, what would be particularly special about it and how do you see it evolving in 2 years?
The love of sharing good quality music, we’re not focused on any particular style, of course like any other label we got our filters but that doesn’t mean that your track is not going to be heard.
We always welcome and support toptnoch and inspiring music.
For now we are currently working on our next releases which I would love to talk about it, but I think its worth the wait!
Big names and great music is coming on Guateque Music.
Much love guys. HT.

After more then 10 years of music production, Shai T’s career is rising up in an amazing way during the last 3 years.
Tumblr media
Keeping releasing his music in majors’ labels such as Anjunabeats / Anjuadeep, All Day I Dream, Lost Miracle, Trybesof and etc., just adding to his hype which is getting bigger and bigger during the last 3 years.
Shai’s first release for the well known Miami based label “Do not sit on the furniture” which also known for his intimate club in Miami, the “Andalucia” Ep which included also the B side named “Illusions”, Was a huge success and the first ever time for the Miami based label #1 position for the best tracks in the charts, on beatport – which is the main and most important platform for electronic music in the world today.
The B side – “Illusions” was holding the #1 position for almost a whole month, as it was supported by many of the biggest Dj’s and producers in the genre.
Almost One year After the Success of the first Ep on “Do not sit” label, Came the follow up EP for Shai T – “Superstition” Ep which included the B side track named  “Gates of Thēbai’ “.
“The B side – “Illusions” was holding the #1 position for almost a whole month, as it was supported by many of the biggest Dj’s and producers in the genre. “
Tumblr media
The follow-up EP – ‘Superstition’ by The Israeli artist, has a unique sonic palette crosses a multitude of feelings and emotions, and the two tracks that make up the EP are a testament to his range and talent.
Beginning with ‘Superstition’, ethereal vocals and rolling percussion underlay a robust, musical force that keeps an energetic pace with musical hints of his Middle Eastern culture peppered throughout.
This track has a strong driving vibe. Which holds the dance floor groovy, Full of power alongside mystery melodies around it.
‘Gates of Thēbai’ compliments the title track on a dreamier path – calming and gentle, whilst evoking an idealistic story told through Shai’s pristine production. Even thou the B side is less pumping then the A side, it has a super pushing Bassline which keeps the energy high and funky.
“The follow-up EP – ‘Superstition’ by The Israeli artist, has a unique sonic palette crosses a multitude of feelings and emotions, and the two tracks that make up the EP are a testament to his range and talent.”
It was only a week since the release date of this Ep, till The A side “Superstition” Hit the #1 position in the Top tracks Chart of the Organic House in the world, while the B side – “Gates of Thēbai’ ” Reached the #3 position on the charts.
