picture higher self telling life exactly where/how to fuck ego up effectively, and you pretty much have an accurate summary of the human condition.

If you want a palpable parallel to that occult process, the higher self/light is the masculine polarity and the soul/material/dark is the feminine polarity, and ~coincidentally~, the feminine has taken the submissive role under the masculine in our physical plane for the longest time (being told what to do and how to exist, being figuratively fucked over by boxing gloves as the gods watched) adding another layer of suffering under an already difficult regime. The beginning of this also coincide with the "fall of mankind", as described in occult texts or even in the ole bible if you are able to decipher the actual meaning of it without falling in the traps.

The saying "as above, so below" tells us that what happens in higher planes of consciousness also affect us, whether we know it or not.

The rising of the feminine in recent years happens ~coincidentally~ with an occult event happening in 1969 (predicted by Sri Aurobindo btw), the very starting point of a new age; the descent of light. This process is meant to kick-start another rapid evolution process in mankind (which means it is only logical the feminine find their actual place in society as equal to the masculine). Light is pure, fast, clear, intelligent energy. Our bodies are made to process it and be receptacles to higher intelligence, but only in time this will be known/lived by the collective. (This process should be over in around 5 000 years).

If you link every single belief, religion, cult, psychological and philosophical myths, stories and legends (like I did), you find a clear pattern of deception around humanity. Occultism in itself does not hold any full "truth", just like religions. They have the purpose of giving us answers we are able to digest in our current level of consciousness, until we are ready to move on to the next step.

So yeah, the higher self is a bit of a cunt only because it resides in a place where time pretty much don't exist. As intelligent as it is, it has no clue of/don't care about what it really means to suffer, and probably would say "oh but it's only for 3 lifes cycles, nbd" when dragging the ego in the literal mud of materiality.

Plus, the higher self has no concept of "good" or "evil"; it only knows pure reality, straight cold facts. It's entire constitution isn't broken in two like humans are, it is a complete fragment of what we call "God". Which explain why some cults and religions claim WE are God, they are not wrong. Just as when some cults and religions say there's God or some gods in the sky watching over us, they are not fully wrong either. Everyone has some part of the story told upside down, and we fight over that piece of mirrored reality like mad dogs.

If you're curious af like me and read my weird rant, here's the most precious advice I have been given :

Don't believe anything anyone says. Don't seek the truth (it is a mirror to lie). Don't polarize. Don't blame others. Be brave. Talk to yourself in your head and you (the higher you, which is also you) will answer what you need to hear at that moment. Don't believe that voice either.
