okay I’m reposting this without the preamble because tumblr decided to hide the damn thing and the psychonauts tag needs to know that Sasha Has Eyes In Psychonauts 2
So out of curiousity I tried looking up the original Psychonauts site using wayback machine, and there are quite a few character blurbs on it ! Not for all the characters, unfortunately, but one is very exciting to me:
Now we know for a fact why he was incarcerated! That would explain the mugshots on the E3 booth. :P
Here’s the link to the archived page if you’re curious.
Any chance of one of those High Quality Screencap posts of locales from The Milkman Conspiracy?
I’d definitely like to complete my HQ screenshot series of the minds! Knowing that you’d be interested in one of Milkman Conspiracy, I’ll do my best to revisit that series and make some new posts. Not sure how soon I’ll churn them out though, I’m kind of capricious like that. :P But eventually!(*^ワ^*)
Hey guys! I’m currently working on the Psychonauts fandom.com wiki under the username “DoctorLoboto”. If you have any high quality screenshots of anything from Psychonauts and/or Rhombus of Ruin (characters, scenes, etc., especially stuff from RoR as I don’t have a VR headset) and are willing to have them on the wiki, please don’t be shy and let me know. I’m doing my best to collect things on my own but I thought I’d reach out to you guys to make it easier. ( * ́꒳`*)੭
For those who haven’t seen it, here’s the full Psychonauts 2 panel shown at the E3 Coliseum yesterday.
Featuring Jack Black and Tim Schafer talking about Jack Black’s character in Psychonauts 2, concepts for a new level, Jack black singing, and demo gameplay of the first level.
New concept art for another level in Psychonauts 2, shown in the E3 Coliseum Day 2 stream.
The level apparently involves Raz finding a brain in a jar that hasn’t had any external stimuli for 20 years.
The brain is voiced by Jack Black.
Raz finds the brain a brainless body for it to enter, which causes the brain to be overwhelmed with sensory stimulation, which leads to a level of psychedelic, sensory-based imagery.
And Jack Black’s character sings a song in it, too.
