A Toast to the Hooksie Queen ...small celebratory thingy because www.goetia.at is finally live (I wanted to launch with the secret minigame already put in place, but we'll have to wait for that a little longer). The early alpha is still strong in development and the site itself is mostly a to-be-expanded on little lore archive. I'll definitely post about lore updates later too.

Morty unlockable portraits and this sprite cycle from a specific scene. It's not really supposed to animate (hence it's so choppy), but it's fun cycling through them anyway. Also included the fishing rod, aka. the one item art that's too cool for school to resize nicely in the inventory system. This thing doesn't drop with a purple frame, no! It's golden. So you know it's an epic drop. (for all of you collectively scarred by live service loot grindmills - I'm joking).

I have been super busy making a little browser game with our worldbuilding. It's an experimental detective adventure... I'm sorta locking in where I'm going with it lately and felt like sharing the little WIPs! It's mostly placeholder art and sketches... And there won't be full animations, but it's been fun to see the talk sprites do things, haha.

It's fully done in PHP/mySQL for the base framework, javascript and jquery. There's so much to do, to draw, to write. Prior to that I only knew how to do stuff on the front end, but I've been slooowly learning to code up stuff and it's been a really fun experience.

That said, it's extremely early in development since I'm still writing more functions and modules, and I barely wrote the intro, but the raw framework is already in place.
