Got offered a job that looked better than my current one. They requested an example article from me.
I worked really, really, really fucking hard to find something which would do numbers for them.
They accessed my application and looked at the sample article on March 3rd.
On March 3rd their website ran my article under a different writer's name, practically verbatim.
On March 4th they told me "after careful consideration we've decided not to proceed with your candidature."
You mean after you stole my fucking example article you fucking cunts.
I can't even begin to convey how mad and upset I am tbh.
Anyway, I usually don't name and shame, but this site was GameRant if anyone cares, and doesn't want to read articles which are legitimately written by people who they offer employment opportunities to and then steal from to churn out under a fake profile.

From what I could find, it seems that the modern scooter design started from something called the Autoped back around 1916, which is also the first motorized scooter.
Prior to that there was just a ambiguous design of two planks and wheels shoved together to create a crude kick scooter.
But the Autoped seemed to be a main sparking point that led to wider appeal and the main form of scooters we know now
Here's one that even has a seat, possibly where the two species of scooters begins to diverge
Though this form also still persists in some electric scooters today.
From there, roughly five years later, some airplane company made what might be the first of the moped design, called a unibus.
How did these both end up getting called scooters

Honestly as I think about it I can kind of see how the moped could of evolved from scooters as motorized forms of them started to add seats and the moped design we know of today began to form from there
How did these both end up getting called scooters

Sometimes you just gotta let yourself do the human equivalent of just blankly flicking your tongue in the air.
Sometimes just blankly flicking your tongue in the air too.
You're just a mammal. Let yourself act like it. Your brain needs enrichment. Your body needs rest. You feel hunger and grow hair. You need to pack bond with other sentient things so you don't become unsocialized and neurotic. You are biologically inclined to seek dopamine and become sick when chronically stressed. "Hedonism" is made up to place moral value on taking pleasure in sensory experiences. I am telling you that if you don't let yourself be a fucking mammal, as you were made, you will suffer and go insane. No grindset no diets no trying to be above your drive for connection. Pursue what makes you feel good and practice radial rejection of the constructs meant to turn you into a machine. You're a mammal.

If you're on Windows 11 like I am for my "main" computer (in my case for school purposes and because I can't get Baldur's Gate 3 to play on Linux), then you might've seen this annoying piece of AI shit show up on your taskbar:
This is Windows Copilot, and it's fulled by the same shit ChatGPT is fuelled by. There is currently no way to uninstall it, but there is a way to deactivate it completely, which I've linked below. It's very easy, and it took me like, 2 minutes to do.
