I love returning to ToramOnline once every 6 months, getting super passionate about it, then dropping it only to repeat the cycle 6 months later.

Listen, I could not tell you the first thing about the game mechanics and how to do anything in the game. I really couldn't care less about the missions either (they're all the same). I'm just there for the VIBES. The maps are so cool, and I wish I had more people my age who had a weird fascination with it too. But most everyone is middle school/early high school :'-)

Just curious how common this experience is. It's probably the most damaging thing my parents passed down to me but they're Boomers and I'm not sure if it's a generational thing that's gotten better (since most tumblr users have gen x or millennial parents).
