(Reply to latest post, reply field was too few characters): So, first off, let me say that the DM's dismissive behavior is awful and you're probably better off out of the group. That said, if you were hell-bent on keeping the group together I would have reacted differently when the DM was dismissive of your concerns. Instead of calling out the DM for not listening (which you are absolutely right about) I would have restated that regardless of what the DM thinks, Percy's behavior (and whatever other behaviors are problems) are making you and others feel uncomfortable at the table, and despite [good thing about the DM's style, such as attention to detail], you end up dreading each session because of Percy's behavior.
The secret is that despite the DM being bad at listening to feedback or being too dismissive of player concerns, you don't actually need them to be better at that. All you need is for them to alter their behavior. If they're unwilling to do so, you're at an impasse and the group dissolves, but the focus is on demanding a change to the game, not a change to the DM. This would be a perfect situation for an X-Card, actually. That way when the DM does something that they think is cute and that you think is creepy, you can tap the card and it signals them that what they're doing is not coming off the way they intend.
That said, I don't think this DM was going to change their behavior. It looked like they were looking for an excuse to justify not having to change, and used your comments as an out.

Trigger Warning: Discussion of Sexual Assault
***
Recently in a session, we've had a few interactions that fall heavily in the harassment category of things. Tonight our DM asked if we had any thoughts and criticisms towards the campaign and we brought up an event that was perceived by a lot of the party as a player sexually assaulting an npc. Below is the text discussion we had that resulted in the DM disbanding the whole campaign, unfriending us, and him and his wife blaming us for its combustion.
We tried to go about the discussion in a logical and clear, non-blaming way, but we know we are not perfect. No one is.
We really just need some non biased feedback about the whole event. We are open to all forms of criticism relating to the event. We want to maintain the friendship and hopefully fix the problems in the campaign.
