I love how entirely guilty Boromir feels after trying to get the ring from Frodo. The way he calls out to him after realizing what he’s done, the way he falls to the ground and cries. He was more than this moment, and he bravely defended his little friends, making them seem important to the cause and keeping them alive. I love him. He’s imperfect, but noble. He was more than that moment. He was all the moments before, and the moments after.

The worst thing about The Batman is how no one in their right mind would allow the script to any sequel to include The Batman stealing an eight year old and letting him jump off buildings and fight crime in short shorts and yet

1) never has there been a batman put to film who I so genuinely believed would steal an eight year old and let him jump off buildings

The relationship between Gordon and Batman is sooooo on point in The Batman. Like, I treasure their bond so much in the comics and seeing the trust and respect for one another in the movie is just brilliant and so great to watch.
