Jamie nods, stumbling over to Wright and leaning against him. She feels utterly exhausted.

They remain silent, throwing the dying man over their shoulder and making a run for it.

Mason just glares, but stays where he is. He reaches out preemptively to stop Weight from running after them.

The guy is bleeding from multiple ragged wounds. Mason has ropes hanging from his wrists still. Given the blood on his hands and face, it seems he had fought back against the guy by biting and clawing at him.
