Spent over 3 hours in the kitchen making pierogi (still not finished, I need to fry them) but we made too much filling, the dough took forever, the damn shallots were killing my eyes, I burnt my finger, and my back hurts. I am so tired, I don’t know how the recipe said it took 1 hour to make, but that was a fat lie

I finished watching Strangers From Hell (Hell Is Other People) and I have the urge to watch it again. Every time they filmed the hallway I just kept thinking about Sweet Home for some reason. But I loved it. So Jung-hwa… I love you, big brained sis. Kang Seok-yoon was basically like a golden retriever, and I miss him. Please, just give Yoon Jong-woo a break, just one good day, I beg of you. I kinda understood Seo Moon-jo bc I too became obsessed with Jong-woo, but mostly with Jung-hwa and Seok-yoon. I would definitely recommend it if you can find it to watch. I also want to read the webtoon, if I ever find it.

Finished watching Goblin. Can honestly say I’ve never cried so much during a series. Ji Eun-Tak was my favourite but I loved the relationship between Kim Shin and Wang Yeo (as a Grim Reaper) and Kim Shin and Ji Eun-Tak (obviously). I’ve also never laughed so much during a series either. I don’t think American shows are going to be the same after watching kdramas. I’m going to watch Tale of the Nine Tailed next. If I cry as much as I have with Goblin, I’m going to lose it

Ngl I feel like Jensen and Edi were the only two in the ‘My Bloody Valentine’ 2009 remake that actually acted well. Everyone else felt so awkward and unconvincing of their roles, which is a shame bc I liked the movie and the premise, but some scene were hard to watch

So, I’ve been watching horror/slasher films most nights before bed, and I wanted to know what you guys would recommend. I’ve watched ‘The Boy’, ‘Scream 1’, ‘House of Wax’, both the 1981 and 2009 ‘My Bloody Valentine’, and I’ve seen a few others ages ago like ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’, ‘Krampus’ and ‘Hereditary’, I’ve also watched some foreign ones, that I can’t remember the names of bc it was pretty long ago, but what would you guys recommend?

My best friend and I watched Sweet Home on Netflix and we both loved it, and would definitely recommend watching it, but what was with that one Imagine Dragons song each episode??

Made my best friend watch The Covenant (2006) with me today after I took 30 minutes badly explaining it last night (I kept jumping from scenes and getting confused and forgetting who people were) and it was just so funny to watch how bad the acting was during some parts. Didn’t realise that Taylor Kitsch, the actor who plays Pogue, was from one of the greatest movies we’ve ever seen (‘Battleship’ starring RiRi). Also, we both agreed that the writers did Sarah and Kate dirty by making them the most 2d characters ever

I honestly wish The 100 book series covers didn’t have anything to do with the show. Like the original cover for book 1. The show barely follows the book storyline and I don’t actually like the covers. I’ve already read the books but I don’t have actual hard copies of them

My aunt spelt my name wrong in my birthday card last week and when I messaged her she just responded with ‘your welcome Fred’. Didn’t bother correcting her. But my mum told me that my aunt told her I should change my name to Fred. But I can’t see the name Fred and not think of Fred Weasley. So, I’m now Fred Weasley.

I watched Dead Poets Society the other day for the first time, and it’s so nice that the movie ended right after Neil’s play. Absolutely nothing else happened after that. No, sir, just a good ol’ play. Nothing else. What a lovely ending. Neil’s wonderful play, so happy. Happy ending.
