Down the hole- I’m sure I have but I try really hard not to
Still- yup. All of the above lol
Chillin the regrets- I don’t really think I have a physical type, but I definitely have a personality type of that makes sense. Mostly I just go for the most kind and genuine soul I can find but I also tend to lean towards artists and musicians a lot
The key is- depends on the situation but mostly pessimist
Those long eyes- idk if I ever wanna get married but my favorite song is If by Pink Floyd
Manage your flamingo- painting
Sick to death of aliceness- I don’t believe so
Brillig braelig- the only poetry I’m really into is Edgar Allen Poe’s but I don’t have a favorite one of his
Some things fall away- life is not the things that we do, it’s who we’re doing them with
Your shell of grief- 10-ish months ago. Watching a movie that made me nostalgic for times I was having with a certain person 👀
Another room in your head- I think so but I think it’s rare to find that person for you
Isn’t it a trial- I’m sure I have but I can’t think of any examples right now
Do you think you think you’re alice- literally all the time
I’ve shrunk enough- I’m not sure off the top of my head but I’m pretty stubborn so it was probably pretty recently lol
Afternoon- ew no I hate hugging
Winter blooms- probably not
Alice by heart song asks
West of words- what is your favourite book?
Down the hole- have you ever confused fantasy with reality?
Still- have you ever tried to hold onto something longer than you should? (Relationship/friendship/hobby you no longer enjoy/etc.)
Chillin the regrets- do you have a type? If so what is it?
The key is- are you an optimist or a pessimist?
Those long eyes- if you plan on getting married, what song do you want to be played at your wedding? If you don’t plan on getting married, what’s your favourite song?
Manage your flamingo- what’s your favourite thing to do in your free time?
Sick to death of aliceness- have you loved someone who was mean to you?
Brillig braelig- do you like poetry? If so, what’s your favourite poem?
Some things fall away- what is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Your shell of grief- when and why did you last cry?
Another room in your head- do you think we can ever truly understand one another?
Isn’t it a trial- have you ever got in trouble for something trivial?
Do you think we think you’re Alice- have you ever wondered if you’re the only person that exists and everyone else is in your head?
I’ve shrunk enough- when was the last time you stood up for yourself?
still- sick to death. especially So. she’s a bop for real and I wish it was on the cast recording
Hey guys what's your favorite section of Alice By Heart? Mine is Sick to Death through Isn't It A Trial, although I don't like Some Things and Another Room so much, but it has the best songs in my opinion
I’ve never read Harry Potter, nor seen any of the movies. But I have see AVPM and it really just confirmed that Harry Potter is just as dumb as I thought it would be
Starkid jokes that make you realize just how silly the Harry Potter books are.
(I love these nerds so much)
If you can think of others leave them in the comments!
I'm not here to defend Lea Michele. The things she's done, and the things she's said, have been absolutely abhorrent. She deserves to be called out. But under no circumstances is it alright to either wish a miscarriage or stillbirth on her/her child. That shit is inexcusable, unnecessary, and gross.
I’m not in the best of moods but I want to speak on this.
To start you’ll need to watch the most recent IGTV video by @broadwayblack on Instagram, as it is what this whole post is about.
The video is great, yet heartbreaking. We all love Broadway with our hearts but we all also had that soft under current of knowledge of its darkness. We all know that when people get into great positions of power things become evil. Griffin Matthews has done a great thing exposing great amounts of racism within the Broadway system and it does hurt to know the thing you love is also the thing you hate.
The part that hurt the most for me was the end.
“The Book of Mormon is racist”
I love that show. From the moment I listened to the cast recording I was laughing and singing along.I eventually did see the show, on the West End. It quickly became my favourite show. I even got a copy of the script for Christmas.
My privilege shows when I don’t see the racism. I am a straight white cis male in a financially stable family with some Christian values (not Mormon ones though). But as a person of privilege, it is important I listen to those who are oppressed. And the same goes for you.
There’s no real point I just wanted to vent. But the main point is:
Watch the video. Listen to his experiences. Make your judgement and act on it.
