~ Vegetarian Taco Salad ~

Time needed: 15 minutes

Calories: Around 85 calories

What you need:

~ Lettuce

~ ½ cucumber

~ ½ onion

~ 1 Pickles

~ 1 large tomato

~ 100g mushrooms

~ ½ clove garlic or garlic powder

~ A bit lowfat grated cheese

~ Cooking Spray

~ Ketchup, Mustard or Salsa

~ Salt, pepper and paprika (optional)

How to:

1. First wash and clean the mushrooms, then cut them into small slices.

2. Cut up the garlic as small as possible and mix with the mushrooms, squeeze all the water out of it and season it.

3. Flaten the mix and fry in a pan after you sprayed it with cooking spray for about 3 minutes on each side.

4. Chop the lettuce, onion, tomato and pickles into mouth-sized pieces and put them onto a plate.

5. Add the mushrooms on the plate, put the cheese over it and put some mustard, ketchup or salsa onto it.

Tip: You can scrumble a few nachos on top to add a bit of extra crunch!
