Genuine curiosity, but what’s so unpleasant about playlist requests?

it's not that they're unpleasant, it's that they have a very long turnaround (especially if there are additional themes to the request) because i do actually sit through and listen to Several hours of music per playlist before narrowing it down to ones which actually do fit the sign (+additional details of the request) in question. because of this, even though i do work on multiple playlists at a time, i do not like when there is a queue of more than four playlists. i especially do not like having only playlists in the inbox, because i would like to fulfill at least one request per day (though with my degree finished, i may up that to two requests a day)
