I forgot how nice it is, to talk with people other than your family
I forgot how nice it is, to have friends aside your best friends
I forgot, how wonderful it is, to go outside, felt more confident about my self
I forgot, how amazing it is, to accept my self as I am, although my insecurities came back, I can tell my self, that everything is gonna be alright
I forgot, that me, my self and I weren't that bad like I thought before.
And I'm grateful for these opportunities
Because I'm living
Because life is indeed beautiful
Because there is a rainbow after the storm
And because I believe in You

Here comes my insecurities.
Ah, never mind. Better jump into my books rather than thinking unnecessary thoughts.
But seriously, it's really hard to make friends after all.

I read Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov out of curiosity. I knew that novel from years ago, but the opportunity to read that just came recently.
I found that novel is disgusting, disturbing and sickening. Sorry for people who actually love this book. I lost count how many times I want to threw up while reading. I had to forced my self to finished the book. And when it’s done, I relieved.
Definitely don’t want to read again.

Re watching Haikyu season 4 over and over again. I lost count how many times I watched Haikyu already. All characters are so damn cool. Those lines are so amazing and relatable, even I don’t play sports at all.
I can’t decide who is my favorite characters anymore. So many lovely, cool and hot characters.
But I have to admit, Kageyama is so cool in season 4. Hinata also awesome with his character development. Not to mention, Inarizaki team. I lost words for them.

Kimetsu no Yaiba Fanbook Two Taisho Rumors: Pillars
Tumblr media
Please bookmark this post for more information. Also please credit me+this post if you will be retranslating this to other languages. Please also take the fan translations here with a grain of salt. PLEASE DO NOT REPOST ANY IMAGES POSTED HERE ON ANY PLATFORM.
The order of the characters here is in accordance with their terms of appearance in the fanbook.
Tomioka Giyuu
Giyuu's haori was almost torn to shreds during the decisive battle [against the Demons] but Nezuko mended it so beautifully. The original memento of a fabric, however, had been reduced a lot. But now most of the fabric have been restored, Giyuu-san was so moved he sent Nezuko so many gifts (kimono, Western clothes, hair ornaments) that even Zenitsu considered him as a rival.
Giyuu was also befriended by Uzui and his family, it seemed, and when Uzui's child was born he was allowed to hold the baby.
After the battle, Giyuu went into coma and was in a dangerous state, so everyday Nezuko, bringing his mended haori, called for him to come back. For a while it was also not known whether Tanjiro and Shinazugawa would regain consciousness due to their critical state.
Kochou Shinobu
Shinobu's pet goldfish was named Fugu. She wanted it to grow healthy and full of life.
She wouldn't admit it, but she was a natural [airhead] so the names she brought up for Kanao first included Suzume* (a bird), Hakobe* (a plant), Kamasu* (a fish), Tanago* (a fish), Tobiko* (fish roe), among the unique names she came up with.
When Kanae opened the papers with said names on them, she froze for a while. Her face broke into such an "EH?!" expression that even Aoi couldn't smoothen things.
"What's so funny?" Shinobu got a little pissed, so the upset Kanae just smiled and sweated as [Shinobu] folded [origami] cranes, balloons and rabbits while [Kanae] put out the papers with unique names on the floor. When Kanao was about to pick up the paper with "Kamasu" on it, Aoi, displaying karuta-like speed, replaced it with another paper.
*T/N: suzume = sparrow, hakobe = chickweed, kamasu = barracuda, tanago = bitterling, tobiko = flying fish roe
Rengoku Kyojuro
[Kyojuro] has a sound mind that was not easily distorted by any circumstances. He could talk to anyone, young or old, male or female. Sometimes people were afraid of him because they feel as if [he and them] weren't looking at each other even though they were looking at each other.
He sometimes didn't listen to what people say (he was the type of person to reach conclusions quickly) but was sensitive to the subtleties of people's emotions, so he was very caring. Due to this, he was well-liked by the other Pillars.
As with the case with Tanjiro, despite conflicts from differences in the way they treat each other, [Kyojuro] never hold it against the other [person] and was able to respond quickly with a smile again. He was also quick to change his mind. There were many people who can't keep up with him due to him being too fast. He was a bit of an impatient [person]. He also ate his meals quite fast.
Uzui Tengen
Three of the nine [Uzui] siblings died before they even reached ten years old due to overzealous training. The remaining six were forced to kill each other on their father's orders.
They were forced to fight each other, not knowing who they fought as their heads and faces were covered with masks, and Tengen only realized his father's trick in dismay after he had killed two of his brothers.
Even though [Tengen] told of their father's crazy idea of leaving only the strongest children, his remaining brother felt nothing about killing their other two brothers. Tengen, who turned his blade away, then left the village with his wives without fighting his brother.
For a while it became a habit for him to say he was going to hell, but he stopped after Makio got angry with him, Hinatsuru cried, and Suma bit him.
He continued to anguish over whether he should have exterminated the Uzui clan, but he couldn't bring himself to kill his father and brother.
Tokito Muichiro
On the time [Tokito] lost his memories and resembled his brother's mannerisms, he was happy his brother had protected him. (The people around him got a healthy dose of his toxic speech though).
He was harsher with his words, but he knew he, who was more absentminded than his sensitive brother, was the one with tougher nerves.
Even before he entered the Demon Slaying Corps, Tokito could sleep soundly no matter if there was a tempest or a thunderstorm, and he never lost his appetite.
After the decisive battle [against the Demons], Tokito's crow became thin and sickly, though Tanjiro's crow comforted her, and eventually they became husband and wife.
Kanroji Mitsuri
As a young lady of her age, [Mitsuri] was nervous about the opposite sex, but she especially liked Iguro, who exchanged letters with her and was exceptionally kind to her. There were times when she wanted to confess her feelings to him, but because of the trauma of her marriage interview and her misunderstanding that Iguro was kind to everyone, she was unable to tell him how she felt. In fact, the only person Iguro was particularly kind to was Mitsuri.
There were times when she would ask Shinobu for advice about love, but since they were both oblivious to romantic love, their exchange of letters turned weird. (Shinobu's love advice was like a research thesis, mentioning brain response, heart rate, blood pressure, etc).
After joining the Demon Slaying Corps, she was often praised, and was very happy to have friends, senior and junior colleagues. However, as her colleagues were killed by demons one after another, the smiling and cheerful Mitsuri sometimes couldn't stop trembling with anger and sadness.
Iguro Obanai
Iguro had always been concerned about his surviving cousin, and when he asked around to find out what happened to her, he found out she was living a comfortable life with her remaining fortune, had married and had children, and was living happily.
This was unbelievable to Iguro, and he was terribly surprised and shocked at the same time. It wasn't that he shouldn't be happy, but he feared and envied his cousin's attitude continuing to live in luxury in the house where the tragedy had occurred, as if nothing had happened to her, regardless of how the fortune had been acquired, or her lineage.
Iguro didn't like to eat much because it was too much trouble. However, he felt happy whenever he saw Mitsuri eat delicious food. After eating with her (but not together), he was able to work up an appetite and eat more than usual.
Shinazugawa Sanemi
[Shinazugawa] became the embodiment of "the red ogre who cried"*.
He was the type of person who would do anything, even if it means dying, being hated, or be ostracized as the bad guy, in order to protect the people he cared about. He was so blunt, easily misunderstood, and was too hasty to act, that even the Flower Pillar, Kocho Kanae, was worried about him.
He was the same with Genya, a person who didn't plan anything to make himself look good and wouldn't care about what others thought of him.
He and Iguro hit it off well from their very first meeting, though their taste in the opposite sex were at odds, since Sanemi wasn't good with women like Mitsuri. (Himejima cried though since he knew Iguro and Mitsuri liked each other. Shinazugawa was quite dense at matters of love though).
T/N: Please see attached link for more details.
Himejima Gyomei
Himejima was raised in a temple by his relatives. His father died of disease, while his mother died while giving birth. As if misfortune kept piling on him, he got a fever when he was a child and was blinded as a result. However his will to survive overcame all adversities.
They lived poorly so he was thin, but he was blessed with a tall height and strength to do manual labor. Since childhood he was a mature and calm person who helped everyone in need.
However, in spite of his blindness, he had a keen sense of "sight", so that when some mean people tried to throw things at him or make him fall, he was able to avoid them. He was often branded as a liar due to this.

I'm obsessed with Miya twins' Kansai-ben. So sexy and hilarious. I really love their dynamics and banter. So adorable together. I also love Aran personality, so charming and lovable, especially his childhood days with Miya twins. Overall, Inarizaki is really great team.
There's no unlikeable characters or teams in Haikyu, indeed.

Then ugly wailing in the cinema
And guess what, I'm watching alone in the cinema. Let me repeat, ALONE!!
As if someone rented the whole cinema for me, lol!
And I'm still can't get enough of Rengoku. I really love his characterization, his personality, his moral value, everything about him. Ahh, I really love him so much.

Wow..this is really good. I never thought Rengoku will be in HRD. But after read this, it's make sense.. he's a caring and attentive person...
kny office au! pillar headcanons, pt. 1
Tumblr media
a/n: this was such a random idea but my brain just had to follow through. i don’t really have a structure per se, just dumping all the thoughts in my head. (this may or may not be the basis for some office romance content in the future)
Tumblr media
Rengoku Kyoujurou
works for human resources.
always arrives way too early with often a sweet potato in hand.
greets his co-workers with the loudest ‘good morning’ to cheer them up from their morning blues and wake them from their slumber.
the man starts his morning with a straight back and puffed chest, but along the way twists and turns in his swivel chair like its child’s play. if you manage to walk pass his seat for breaks or whatnot, you’ll realise that he sits in weird postures that changes every 30 minutes.
kyoujurou has a pretty unorthodox obsession with maneki-neko figurines. has about 15 small cats collected so far which are neatly arranged in his space, and 2 really huge ones that acts as gargoyles for his fortress. he makes some time once every few days to polish them.
has a habit of sticking his neck up like a meerkat and just looking around the office for fun.
responses quick to emails; so quick that he gives his superior a shock sometimes, and he’s really easy to reach out to in general.
it’s obvious that he’s diligent, cheerful and charismatic. the ladies and newcomers tend to get friendly around him due to his demeanor, especially the aunties working at the staff canteen. his co-workers get along really well with him, and they sometimes can’t help but wonder how he’s this optimistic during crucial times.
nevertheless, nobody has ever seen this man exude a gram of negativity before, and as such they love him — as a colleague, of course ♡
just the best HR ever, and he’s so warm that the staff actually feels cared for by him ♡
Tomioka Giyuu
100% a finance guy.
his brain is a literal computer that runs so quick, and its quite insane how he maintains that stoic look while completing his work at godly speeds.
that being said, giyuu always looks like he’s running on less than 5 hours of sleep everyday and seconds away from rage-quitting.
mentioned to shinobu once that ‘smiling uses more muscles’, hence he ain’t gonna bother doing that for the sake of conserving energy.
believes in getting real comfy for the job. you’ll observe that he has a baby blue blanket wrapped around his lap while cuddling an ohagi cushion, because the office is just that cold.
consumes at least 3 rounds of coffee, black. sugar and cream will be decided by his mood for the morning.
you’ll rarely see him leave his seat unless it’s for the loo, which he visits only once or twice throughout the day.
is he a robot? nobody knows. he’s so mysterious anyway, to the point that some people have given up on speculating. people from other departments still wonder if he’s single or not, because in certain angles he does look ‘kinda attractive’, as i quote.
avoids after work dinners and hangouts, with a few exceptions per year. he is not a fan of spending more time after hours because he cherishes his alone time and personal life, and would rather connect with his colleagues during the working hours itself.
gets dragged out for lunch by shinobu all the time, comes back to the office with more coffee and a slight perk to his lips if he ate salmon daikon for the day.
giyuu is hardly contactable. any messages unrelated to work shall be ignored, and even so, he’ll view a message and take at least 20 minutes to reply. ironically, he types quick, so i assume his brain short circuits while processing the information every time?
because of his slightly intimidating and cold appearance, his juniors are terrified to consult him. but giyuu is actually more than willing to guide them, just that he’s confused on why they choose to avoid him rather than ask for help as instructed. in the end he continues working, unaware to the reasons why.
his boss loves him though, because the man’s efficient.
overall, he needs more sleep because of his darkening eyebags. poor bb.
Tengen Uzui
giyuu’s boss aka the finance manager.
one of the most chaotic beings in the company.
he might seem like a casanova at first with the flirting and all, but it’s just how tengen presents himself. has a strict rule of separating workplace relationships with personal ones, thus several ladies end up heartbroken after confessing to him.
that being said, he’s drawn to the quiet girl who works in his level… hmm?
some of the managers find him a little bit overbearing, but his department produces one of the best results for the company, so their mouths are zipped.
also another one who’s loved by the aunties because he’s just that charming.
oh yes, speaking of chaotic. this guy takes at least 5 pantry breaks in the day, but still manages to get work done. what does he do there? stack cups, fold paper planes, talk to whoever’s there… the list goes on.
he purchases a lot of wacky things and stores them in his drawer. slinky springs, a switch… and sometimes plays with them during his break or while his fingers are bored.
(this guy has his secret stash of liquor in his cabinet. his mug might be a little spiked sometimes. if HR doesn’t know, all is fine.)
arm wrestling matches in the middle of office hours.
tengen loves wearing shoes with a short heel, not only because its flamboyant, he wants people to know where he’s going each time he leaves his seat. what an attention seeker. i love him.
uses emojis in his emails; not only the smiley face range but sends out others like a skull emoji to show his response towards the work-dump received.
despite all these chaotic vibes emitted from him, his department really respects him. although some of them would rather die than admit it, tengen has pretty sick leadership skills and is really helpful towards his colleagues.
you can actually see how different he is once he gets serious or turns into a mentor. though focusing on the topic, he tries to keep it light hearted along the way with his smile and tone, so the other party doesn’t get too stressed about it.

MUGEN TRAIN (not spoiler)
Just a train of thought about Kimetsu no Yaiba movie - Mugen Ressha.
The movie is so beautiful. The story of course it's exactly the same with the manga, but the anime add some scenes which make the whole story run more smoothly and more make sense. Manga was fast paced, it's good on its own, but adding extra scenes connect the scene even better. Don't get me wrong, I love the manga as well. (It's just my opinion)
The emotions. The feels. That DAMN feels. Gosh, i applauded the seiyuu. They did great job in building the emotions in this film.
Rengoku's lines. He's so respectable, gentleman, amazing swordman, the coolest man in the whole story (sorry, this is pure bias, because of my love for him). I kinda understand, why Japanese are moved by his words, some of them even found purpose in their life thanks to Rengoku's words. He's so AWESOME, indeed.
You definitely have to watch it. Even it's not in theatre. It's really worth it. Trust me.
And I'm bawling in the theatre. My handkerchief was wet of my tears. Seriously, I never cry like that in public.
I read the manga, know what will come and still cried.
Oh...Rengoku is so beautiful in the movie. Like, really really gorgeous. I want to run and hug him.
