Star Wars new hope IV is one of my favourite sci fi movies as of today. Every part of it was good I can’t even choose my favourite, I will thoroughly continue to watch the rest just felt the need to post the first movie already has me in love with the story so hope I like the rest.

Just watched ghostbusters and honestly I enjoyed most of it some parts like the cgi, few sexist comments, peters character etc were bad but as far as cgi goes it was good enough for the 80s the soundtrack was one of my favourite parts-iconic- the characters I though were really fun the whole story was just good probably would have enjoyed it way more if I had watched it as a kid but I now get why so many people are big fans. Marshmallow (stay puft) my second favourite monster after slime. Thinking of dressing up as either one of the monsters or a ghostbuster for Halloween.

Tired of seeing people question if the pulp fiction director is sexist or not or if he is a feminist (a ridiculous laughable question), my take on it is : not a feminist at all and not quite sexist but I can see why some people see him as such. I think he can be seen as sexist I wouldn’t go as far as saying so but he has some clear misogynistic ideas in the tropes of his films like kill Bill where many think his portrayal of the protagonist is strong and has a “feminist” tone is mostly bullshit as it’s just another violence against women makes them stronger as “character development”which is most cases for his female characters, the rape and revenge scenario his favourite trope used in Jackie brown , hateful eight etc. He’s disturbingly obsessed with making movies with racism and sexism as their background honestly never really enjoyed most of his film apart from inglorious basterds the exception to the rule of his crude films. This is however just how I see many others I know don’t, my close friend loves his films like reservoir dogs which he thinks is a masterpiece ( not to me).

Yes I’ve read various different articles of others opinions who say Tarantino is the best producer and play writer, just to gather why they think so and decide where my opinion still stands:

I won’t lie to myself any longer I WILL be painting my room both a dark shade of purple like the one you get if you’re punched in the eye for being an asshole and a shade of pink on the other wall just like the inside of an asshole. Why? Because I couldn’t decide on either colour so my bitch ass chose both one on one wall,the other on the other wall but (intense plot twist filled with misunderstandings and crying rabbits in suits) my third wall might just be painted in a shade of red the colour of an exploded watermelon .
