Ocean on the horizon in view

Beautiful as the dew

Imaginary thoughts of few

Of wondrous things made new

I stood still

By the waters

Staring at my reflection

That was once flawless

Heaven and earth are two

Indifferent on the eyes

Unite in the hearts

Comprehend by who?

Time may pass

Hearts will break

You stood still

While the sun awake

The journey is a straight road.

Don’t make it windy when it’s not.

You opened the door wide to hear me sing.

Later you shut them close when I was at my loudest.

Then you lock them and threw away the keys.

Where I stood alone singing to the walls surrounding me.

From star to dust. You shone brightly and disappeared

The world once mine is never the same again….

You took my hand and put me back on my feet.

You taught me how to fly and show me freedom.

Then you disappeared between the clouds, just to rain on me on an afternoon.
