This is Arthur's "I'm just a little guy" behaviour. A tactic he uses when he's doing something he's not supposed to and we come to make him stop. He knows we can't pick him up when he's flailing on his back. Barking at his sisters and mom is coming to remove him from the situation? "Not me I'm just a little guy!" Doing something he's not supposed to and dad is coming to stop him? "I'm not chewing on the wall I'm just a little guy!" Running around the bedroom stealing socks and mom is going to put him to bed? "No look at me I'm just a little guy!"
