Gemini New Moon Celebration at GATEWAY
For “THE GATEWAY” New Moon Celebration hosted by SLOTH VILLAGE, aligning with the energy of Gemini, we found the place where opposites meet, exploring rituals & rites based around themes of duality and partnership. Just near dawn, connecting to our highest selves during the holy hour of sunrise, Go! Push Pops took visitors deep into the void with a dreamy nature meditation/ soundscape collaboration featuring Ricardo Vincenzo, Peter Power & Madelena Carrots. Wind chimes, gongs and the heart-healing vibration of crystal bowls sunk participants into a deeply restorative sonic bath. This immersive ritual concluded with a delicious prana breakfast served by Ayurvedic Mama. Also featuring Greem Jellyfish, Psychadelic goddess go-go's & a host of interactive performances.
*Photos of sound bath to be updated soon.

YONI PUJA: INCANTATION TO THE COSMIC CERVIX
A ritual performance during ACTIVATING THE SUFFRAGETTE! May 2016 at Grace Exhibition Space in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Performing a live Yoni Puja utilizing the 5 elements of Hindu cosmology, we invoked KALI – the Hindu warrior Goddess embodying the dark side of primordial nature, sexuality, death, destruction - all that which the tyranny of white western patriarchal colonial imperialism has tried to control or repress. We believe it is Kali who can heal the world over, restoring the archetypal power of the Feminine – both her wondrous life-giving strength and her terrible and chaotic aspects. Shakti jai MAA!
