Behind The Glass Wall:
Summary: It was hard for everyone to trust the youngest after the incident.
But it seemed you were the only one to interact with him at all, even if his brothers tried dragging you away.
He started to realize, he shouldn’t have killed you. Your so…innocent and sweeter than the best candy he ever had. And was seemly waiting to be eaten alive by a demon or even his brothers.
He can’t have that. He needs to save you, save you from everyone and everything. Even yourself, and he’ll make sure of it.

Mrs.Potato Head-Melanie Martinez
Oh Mrs. Potato Head tell me
Is it true that pain is beauty?
Does a new face come with a warranty?
Will a pretty face make it better?
Oh Mr. potato head tell me
How did you afford her surgery?
Do you swear you'll stay forever,
Even if her face don't stay together?

He groaned as the light of lamps in his room brighten the usually dark room. “Morning Belphie.” He heard the groggy voice of his twin. Also being woken up by the lights.
“Morning Beel…” He moved his hand to his favorite pillow and stretched. Popping his back and legs.
He started to rub his eyes as his twin shuffled around and soon started creaking through their shared room.
“Who’s on breakfast…” “I think it’s Mc..?”
Oh, he looked back at his twin as he put on his usual shirt. “Oh, okay…” once he heard that, he started to get up, along with more urgency.
He always likes these days.
—•—•—•—
“Hello Belphie, you’re up extremely early.” Asmodeus cheekily smiled as he just groaned. “I got up at the same time as Beel…” “Well that’s Beel, but you? You sleep until the afternoon.” Mammon said as he ate some pancakes.
“No matter, we’re happy you finally got up early.” Lucifer drunk his coffee slowly.
“But it’s weird you only do it on days where Mc is cooking.” Leviathan noted as he played on his phone. “You must really like their cooking…Hmm. Can’t judge you on that.” Beel stuffed his cheeks like a chipmunk would.
“Is that a problem?” “Nah, just a little strange…” his brothers started their decline in conversation as they just ate the food given.
“Good morning Belphie. Here’s some breakfast.” He pricked his head as he heard the familiar morning voice.
“Oh thanks…” he picked up a fork and started to dig in his food.
“Say Belphie, would you like to accompany me to the planetarium this afternoon?”
“It’s been a while, hasn’t it?” His eyes narrowed down at the warming food growing cold.
“Um sur—”
“Actually Mc, I do need help with some paperwork in my office after school. I would like it if you joined me.”
“Oh honey no! Mc, we need to go too Majolish! I heard a sale is going on!”
“Hey! I’m their first and I should have them first!”
His annoying brothers started to bicker. Just great, he couldn’t even get his answer out before his stupid eldest brother cut in.
“What time do you wanna meet Belphie…?” He heard the faint whisper in his ear, making his neck tickle by their breath.
“Um, how does 9pm sound?” “Just prefect.” He saw them in his vision, as they moved and straighten their back. And as they started to calm the others down.
“You boys gotta understand I have homework as well? I can’t always do them in a week.” His eyes didn’t tear from them, like a trance was put on him just for shits and giggles.
“I’ll try and let you guys have your time with me. Alright?” The brothers begrudgingly agreed at the accommodation and started to pack up.
“Hey, Belphie.” He snapped out when he felt a push on shoulder.
“We have to get going.” Beel munched on some bacon still in his mouth. “Beel…” he tried finding the words, it was…just stuck in his throat up to his tongue.
“Hm? Yeah Belphie?” His twin stared into his eyes as he nervously shook off any thoughts. “Nothing, I think I got nervous…?”
“Was it the fighting? Sorry if it was.”
“Maybe…I don’t really know.” He doesn’t even understand the reason behind it.
But maybe it will be solved,
Maybe.
—•—•—•—
He was resting in third period, finally.
A chance to relax and take his mind off of his brothers and onto the person he deemed an angelic creature.
Sent down to either tease him or to give him a purpose to protect something, maybe for a another chance.
He finally felt the feeling of drifting into a peaceful empty nap.
But it snapped by a tapping on the table, annoyingly loud.
“Belphegor.”
He just wanted to sleep, why did he just get pulled out by his own brother. Fucking asshole.
“I heard what you both planned during breakfast…” Ah, so that was entire point of this. “And let me tell you this Belphegor.”
His brother leaned on the desk and stared directly into his eye, “If I ever hear, that you harmed Mc again…I will never show you any mercy.” His blood red eyes stared and seemed to glow in anger.
“Why would I ever do that again? Mc is fine…And we’re talking to each other just fine…” He tried to stand his ground. But it felt like his own brother would snap his neck if he spoke the wrong words.
“I learned my lesson didn’t I?”
“It might be that for you and Mc. But not for us.” Lucifer almost spat in his face.
“Do you understand?” He bit his lip as he unknowingly nodded to his brother’s words.
“Good, have fun. But understand why we had this conversation.” Lucifer rubbed his throat, but he could only stare at the desk he sat at, as his brother walked away,
strictly as always.

Teddy Bear-Melanie Martinez
Gave you love, put my heart inside you
Oh, what could I do
When you started talking in your sleep
Saying things you'd do to me
I didn't care, I wasn't scared.
—•—•—•—
“You finally made it!” His steps dragged him forward as some form of sleep invaded his head. But it came and then shortly after, it left when he heard their voice.
A gentle melody to him, a little pill he needed for rest. Be it psychical or mentally, he didn’t mind either one.
“I got us some snacks. Though I did have to hide it from Beel.” They sighed, not out of annoyance just plain old love.
“Beel has a great sense of smell, I wouldn’t be surprised if he could smell something miles away.” He slowly dropped to his knees as they sorted some of the snacks.
Some were his favorite, while some just seemed to be there for filler.
“You didn’t have to get so much. Especially for me?” He laughed a bit as they just puffed at his claim.
“I just wanna make this little thing special. And what’s been going on with your…”
They paused.
“My brothers, right?”
“Eh it’s fine. I know they’ll come around one of these days.” He shrugged but didn’t catch the concern look adorning their features.
“I’m patient, so I can wait for them. Just like I did in the attic.” He started his pick with a bag of chips. But before he could actually open it.
“But…that isn’t nice or welcomed.”
“Either is me harming you when all you wanted to do is help…I think you’re too nice.” He chirped as he started to dive in his chips.
you’re too nice…
He flinched as he thought back to those words. To nice…that’s what got them killed.
Being gullible and trusting a demon, especially one locked in an attic.
That’s what got them killed…
Oh.
No.
Oh no.
“Belphie..?” He was enveloped in his raging thoughts, that he didn’t notice their concern. “Belphie!”
“Huh?” “You good..? You spaced out there…” Their face was a mix of different kinds. He couldn’t tell at the moment.
“Oh sorry, just…a passing thought.” He rubbed his eyes as they sighed. “Belphie…is something going on?”
…
“Anything of worry?”
…
“What happen…”
…
“Belphegor!” “!!!”
He froze, they never raised or used that tone of voice. It was new, and scary.
“Tell me what’s wrong.” Their eyes grew slanted as they tried finding something to grasp on.
A feeling of something, anger, sadness, anything negative.
He just looked away, not wanting to see their sadden face.
“Maybe it does bug me…” “Oh Belphie…” He tried not to just grab them and squeeze. He just let them softly cradle his head in their warm arms.
“Why didn’t you just tell me..?” “It’s a little sensitive…” He heard them sighed and whine. “Sorry, I didn’t mean for that.”
“It’s okay.” He moved to place his head on their chest. Loving the feeling of it, he could sleep here for the rest of time.
—•—•—•—
He awoken too the ruffling of blankets, cracking his eyes open and looking up to see Mammon and Mc talking to each other.
Mc smiled at his seemly sleeping form, the smile they seemed to save for him only. Even if they thought he was asleep.
But Mammon wasn’t to happy, tapping Mc’s shoulder to get them to focus on him.
He placed his head back down as not to strain his neck. But he couldn’t help but listen in.
“How were you comfortable at all?” “I actually slept like a baby.” They giggled as Mammon huffed.
He heard a low mutter come from older brother as he leaned a little towards them. “Especially with Belphegor around…”
“Mammon.” “What? It’s true.” “Mammon I got over it. I’m fine with him, leave it.” He scoffed at their stern voice of denial.
“You’re way too trusting. It gonna get you killed.” “…” all of them deadpanned as they soaked in his stupid sentence.
You’re way too trusting
“Nice one Mammon.” They sneered teasingly, “HEY IM SORRY!” Mammon panicked as he tried apologizing to them.
“Heheh, Mammon. Calm down, it’s okay. I forgive you.” They kept laughing at the expense of the white haired man.
“Hmm, can’t you two keep it down..?” Feigning that he was asleep for the whole conversation.
“Oh, hi Belphegor.” Mc slapped his shoulder as he flinched. “Hey!” “Good morning Belphie.”
“Good morning Mc…” He rubbed the crust from his tired eyes. “You can go ahead Mammon, we’ll meet up with you in the living room.”
Mammon opened his mouth in protest. But a dark glare from Mc shut him up.
“*Sigh* Alright, I’m going.” He groaned getting up and held his arms behind his head.
Nodding to Mc, he left slowly. Like he was waiting for him strike.
“You can go.” His older brother just nodded and left. The only sounds for were that of footsteps and wind from the outdoor windows.
“I’ll get us some food. Lay here for a bit, take a nap while you’re at it.” They teased, causing him to groan at their statement.
“Shut up, I don’t sleep that much.” “Uh huh, whatever you say pretty boy.”
You’re way too trusting…
—•—•—•—
And it's so terrifying how you paralyze me,
Now you're showing up inside my home.
Breathing deep into the phone.
I'm so unprepared, I'm fucking scared.
—•—•—•—
“What is the formula for the radius of a circle?” He held a book up over his face. He tried reading the lines, but they faded out into each other.
He didn’t care for most of this stuff, but if it was for them.
He doesn’t mind,
“r=C/2pi”
“Prefect, alright.” He shut the book in between his hands as it lowered towards his chest.
“I think you’ll past the…*yawn*” He placed his hand infront of his face.
“Test…” He heard them chuckle, making his cheeks a little hot and pink.
“I hope so, but what I’m worried about is you sleeping during it.” “I will not…” “Okay mister sloth.”
“No.”
“Yes.”
“No.”
“You’re a dick.”
He held his snort as they packed up their backpack yet still chuckling.
“Let’s call it a night. I gotta do some other stuff…” They tiredly got up from their cushion,
When he saw them moving to the door way. He started to get the feeling of panic.
He had no idea why he felt like this way, it was like…a gut instinct.
But he also had no recognition that he rushed to grab their wrist before they actually left.
“Um. Belphie? You need something?” “Who are you going to.” His voice was sterner than he wanted.
He didn’t want to alarm them any further.
“Just Lucifer with paperwork? Like I always do.” They smiled nervously as the tight feeling furthered in intensity.
“But…I wanna.” He couldn’t find those words he wanted to say, almost none.
The first couple of them were scattered, but the rest…just seemed to distant to tell.
So he said it with actions, pulling them closer as he moved in to meet them halfway.
“I just…” his voice faded into their hair, which they nodded but wanted to protest. “Belphie please I gotta go…”
“No you don’t.”
*Cough!*
He panicked and loosened his gripped around their ribs. “I’m sorry Mc…”
He laid his fingers on their chest as they stilled and heaved.
“B-Belphie…What was that a-about..?” They still tried to regain their breath.
He didn’t answer, just placed his head on their chest. “Stay…with me.”
Not wanting to be further hurt or anything worse, they just nodded as they started to slow their breathing.
He smiled. Finally, their heart rate is going down. No longer on the edge of a anxiety attack.
“I love you…” He didn’t mean to say it out loud for them to hear, but…it felt right for him.
“Yeah…love ya…*Sigh* too.”

Tag, You’re It-Melanie Martinez
Running through the parking lot
He chased me and he wouldn't stop
Tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it
Grabbed my hand, pushed me down
Took the words right out my mouth
Tag, you're it, tag, tag, you're it.
—•—•—•—
Time felt, weird…too say the least.
Time felt long yet short, short yet long. The minutes blur and the clock that struck each hour made no noise.
Maybe that’s what got him to act more on it. If time didn’t exist to him, then he had nothing to worry for.
Only them.
And only them.
Not his brothers.
Not Diavolo.
Not Anyone…
But just seemed that Mc couldn’t just let go of them. Keep them in the back of their mind and just think of him.
Think of him as a savior, here to keep them. Not as a pet of any sort but instead,
A possible lover, and maybe a spouse.
He drooled at the idea, even before this happened to either of them.
He loved it, Mc in beautiful attire. Awaiting him at the alter, looking lovingly at him.
And him wiping their tears before they ruined their perfect makeup, and both of them saying their vows.
Ones he can’t wait to practice for them.
And he can’t wait for that day, but for now.
He has to wait.
“Mc…Are you awake.” He shifted to face them, but only to see their back.
“Mc…” He slowly moved his hand and as gently as he could, grabbed their arm. He just wanted to shift them and to face him.
“Mc…good morning.” He smiled as their eyes started to slightly open.
“Hmm” they moaned as he pushed himself a little closer. Rubbing their back, to provide comfort for a new day.
“How did you sleep last night…?” His voice was groggy and it felt dry. He wanted water, but not until he knew Mc was doing fine.
“It was, fine. I guess.” They laid on their stomach, which cause their cheek to squish against the pillow.
A cute sight.
“I’m going to get some water, *cough* I’m really thirsty.” Rubbing the sleep away, he heard a mumble of approval.
“You want some water?” He maneuver his head to look them in their eyes.
They shrugged, to disoriented to actually think and answer.
“Okay…I’ll get it for you.” He “knew” what they were trying to say.
They been together for a while.
Haven’t they?
While setting out, he heard some ruffles and clinks behind him.
“Mc, don’t move to much.” He sighed as they groaned. Holding their head as it felt splitting.
“It’s okay Mc, lay down and I’ll get ya pain meds.”
He heard another groan which he took it as a sign and left.
They had no idea how they got in this situation. Again, time felt so weird.
Maybe it’s their intense headache that made it so difficult
Or just the same dark room they now reside in.
“What even happened…? How did I get here?” They sat on their legs, not wanting to plop back on the pillows.
“I was just doing my homework…and now.” They tried moving their left but couldn’t get far. “This…”
Sighing, they moved to the edge of the bed. The only position that didn’t hurt.
Not their head,
not their tired legs,
it was fine position.
One they found comfort in, and one to huddle themselves in.
The thought of it all was cut as the door opened somewhat loudly for them and the bruising headache.
“Oh! You’re up.” He closed the door with his foot but locked it with his free hand.
“Here…pain meds, but it’s gonna take a bit before they set.” He held their own hand out and placed two pills.
The pills they remembered, “Thanks…” they muttered before popping it down.
While they drank their cup of cold water,
they saw and noted that Belphegor was staring more than usual.
“Do…do you need something?” He twitched before he shook his head.
“It’s nothing, I just, like staring at you.” His smile felt genuine, but had that force to it.
Pushing it off, they continued in silence, Mc only takin occasional glances.
“There, doesn’t a cup of water feel nice in the morning?” He took it and placed it on the nightstand.
It sat by his cup that he barely touched.
“I thought you were thirsty?” He nodded but didn’t grab it.
“I know, but you’re more important.”
“It’s a cup of water…”
“You could still choke, I have to be prepared to help.”
Now he’s being unreasonable, “It’s just water down the wrong pipe?”
“What’s so bad about it? You get over it after a minute or two…?”
He just chuckled like they’re the madman that just stated so fucking dumb.
“But I can’t have any discomfort for you Mc. You’re very special to me…” He brushed strands of hair from their hair.
His smile was dazed, possibly in a daydream. “But you won’t remove the chain.”
“Oh no, that’s a negative.” He moved down and placed his head on their thighs. Rubbing soft circles on them, “Despite it, I need you here…it’s just, I need to see you-
Happy and comfortable. So we can live a more, happy life.”
Their face grew disgusted, “Your morals are fucked…”
“I’m a demon, what did you expect.” His grew malicious.
—•—•—•—
His sleeping face was peaceful, void of any malicious he had before.
It was a habit for him to sleep so often, even with the whole, tying someone to a bed thing. It was a product of being cursed with sloth.
*How does he expect me to ever like this?* they clicked their tongue in annoyance.
The room was still dark as a cave, so they really couldn’t go anywhere. Especially with ankle chain that pinned them to the bed.
*Especially with no free movement…*
They touch the nearest wall, just to hold the feeling of any peace they could harvest.
Maybe it was the coldness of it?
Or maybe they could stare at it and mentally leave this wretched room.?
They didn’t know, but it was better than nothing.
—•—•—•—
“Belphegor can’t you just leave me alone?”
They hid and held their head, showing annoyance and just plain distaste.
“What got you going now?”
“You’re seriously asking me that?” They glanced at the man angrily.
“First off, you just took me into your attic and tied me down to the bed. Second, you keep talking about crazy things that won’t even happen?”
“They will.”
“Tch, how are you so sure? Especially when you’re so stupid as to make the person you love hate you?”
“You don’t.” “HAH, yeah right…”
They quickly planted themselves and faced the wall. Never pointing in his direction.
“Mc, look at me.” He wanted nothing more than to be looked at. Was it so hard to do that for him?
“Fuck. Off.” They nudged his arm away.
“Mc.”
“FUCK OFF.” Their voice was hard and bitter, making him jump a little.
Not before he sighed and rubbed his forehead.
“Mc, I’m not in the mood to explain everything…” “I’m not in the mood to talk with a piece of shit.”
*Sigh*
“Mc. Just…look at me real quick.” He said and petted their hair.
Recently washed and dried and smelled of lavender.
“You are so precious to me…I just, don’t want anything to happen to you. Nothing, nothing shall happen.”
“Understand that I’m doing this for you…” Their cold face faltered a little at his words.
But they still retaliated and stayed silent.
“And I know it may be hard to get accustomed to this. But we can work on thi—”

“Get the fuck away from me.”
His cheek stung and their hand felt red, “What made you think. That this was a good idea?”
“Are you psychotic? Are you just plain dumb?”
He slowly turned his head towards the person laying on the bed.
“You realize people are looking for me…? You stupid bitch.” Their face grew with a manic smile.
“So what is your plan mister kidnapper?”
…
….
…..
“Yeah, fucking nothing huh?”
They chuckled to themselves as their eyes glazed for as much as he could see.
“You’ve just hurt me all over again…”
“Hehe, I should’ve never trusted you. Your brothers are right.”
They curled in a ball as their breath grew shaky. “I should have never trusted you.”
He shifted his hand slowly and silently to their’s. He wanted to provide comfort, but had to do so in secret.
“I hate you…”
—•—•—•—
“Mc. Food is ready…”
“Not hungry.”
He could only see their backside. Seemly to be staring at the tiny window pointing towards the stars.
“Mc, you haven’t ate in a few days…” they heard his voice, but didn’t move an inch.
He sighed, he knew they would be difficult. That’s the whole beginning stages of it all.
Like having a baby, or maybe getting a new pet.
It all takes time, to achieve the sense of trust and love.
He wanted to put it on the bright side of things.
To make it easier for him.
“It’s something plain…Mammon made it. He misses you, so he made it in a…sort of memory since you disappeared.”
“I’m not hungry.”
“Yeah, sure…”
While they never saw it, the nosies of clanking and metal hitting.
They had an idea that he was either organizing the food or doing something else.
Not sure what, just something.
“Alright…” the bed dipped in weight as they continued their activity.
What they didn’t expect was something poking their arm.
“What..!” They frantically moved but promptly fell of the bed.
Making them hiss in discomfort of the rude fall. “The fuck?! W-what are you trying to do!”
Looking at him, eyes laid on a little shiny pin like item.
An IV.
Small, but looked clean. Thank god.
“Food.” “That’s not food…” “It is, I heard on TV before that patients usually get these for some food related thing…”
He jokingly waved his hand, “So since you’re not eating…I have to…force it in you.”
“No…you’re not putting it in my arm.”
“Mc…”
“NO!”
“Please no…don’t, I don’t like it…I don’t like any of this…at ALL!”
They stomped their foot,
“Mc, you understand why food is important…?” “Yes, but—”
“Then you understand why I’m going to do this.”
Each took step he, they moved back.
Though it wouldn’t help their racing heart when they hit the wall.
“Mc.” “No! Leave me alone! G-go away!”
They tried pushing him away, wanting to have some sort of advantage.
But what luck would have,
“Mc!”
“Leave me—”

“Huh…?”

“I’m sorry…I’m trying to be gentle.” He winced as they cried.
“Why?! Why did you-*cough* Do that?!”
Their eyes grew red, their cheeks became stained, and their wrist bruised by the second.
“Why…Why?! Tell me please!”
He was finally done, after trail and error. He made a functional splint, it wouldn’t do much as professional help would.
But he did his best.
Though he had no idea how to help them,
the crying person.
One he so loves, and the one he has hurt.
Maybe it was demonic instincts that did it? Or was he making another excuse?
“Mamaaa…please. Help meee.” “Ssshhh…Mc it’s done. It’s okay.”
He did what he could best,
Send them to sleep.
“Ssshhh, I know. But It’ll go away in no time…” brushing away their fizzled hair, he rubbed their cheek gently with his thumb.
“It’s okay Mc…I’m here to help.”
“Just sleep for now, I’ll be here when you wake up. Okay?”
“Mamaa…”
“I know…”

“Though, at first. We didn’t know how to treat him.” He ranted as to fill in the empty silence that was of Mc.
They just stared at the ceiling, disassociated from the world entirely.
“We did all we could…” he placed his head on their chest, feeling their heartbeat and warmth. The things he adores most.
“With me, the only worst part that my horns. Extremely painful. Even nowadays.” He rubbed his head.
“But it faded as time went on.”
“Uh huh…” they muttered, still listed in a daydream of their own.
One of freedom, love, and the others.
Oh, how they missed them. Their stupid antics, funny yet adorable laughs, just…they missed them.
“So if you ever turn into a demon Mc. I’ll be there to help you the best I can…” He smiled, loving the comfort their warmth provided.
All for him.
And no one else.
“Okay…” He heard their empty reply, but didn’t mind it.
They’ll come around.
They have to,
If they ever wanted to leave.

“Belphie!! Where have you been?! We’ve been trying to search for ya for days!”
He saw his older rush to his position on the steps. “I…”
“Shh, Belphegor. You’re covered in blood. We have to get you cleaned. Beelzebub.”
“Okay…”
“C’mon…” His dazed eyes stared at his twin’s hand. It was still the same size but seemed to be roughed.
“But…I”
“Belphegor, you’re very out of it…We’ll be here okay? Go on now.”
Satan looked at his brother before patting his back.
“Okay…”
“What happened…?” Asmodeus trilled his longer strands of his peach hair.
“The blood’s days old, along with Belphegor disappearance…Seems like he wanted to find Mc.”
Satan made a conclusion, though he knew it was not full.
He still found holes in the answer. Ones he needed to check.
“But the blood smelled like…Mc’s?” Mammon shivered while the some others turned away.
“He possibly found their corpse.” Leviathan stated but he heard the fourth disagree.
“There’s no trail leading outside, and why would he climb through the attic’s window…?”
He pointed up, signaling the window that was impossibly high up.
“There’s something fishy…And I don’t like where’s its going…”
Without any other words, he followed the steps following into the attic.
“Be careful Satan!”
“I will.”
—•—•—•—
*Creak*
The metal door opened slowly, showing the way into the dark room.
The only light was that of the moon. Illuminating the pillows on the bed.
He noted the droplets of blood on them, along with the sheets.
*squish*
He shuddered at the horrible sound and feeling of a liquid socking into his shoe.
“More blood…”
His stomach turned and twisted as he took his slow steps.
Trying to maintain his breathing and harsh heartbeat.
“The smell…” he held his nose as the blood became coagulated in the late night.
But the trail of it didn’t help, it made all the worst.
It pointed to the closest, dived with blood.
“I-I…”
“SATAN?! You okay?!” He flinched but took his composure back.
“I’m still looking!”
His breathing came back rigid, and his head became dizzy.
“I…I can’t believe this…” he grabbed the handle.
Slowly, but surely.
It started to open, the smell that was trapped inside was finally aired throughout the room.
And hit him in the face, he resisted the urge to barf.
He pulled on the last part, and held his breath.
Before actually looking at the main being that caused this room to bleed.
Their blood, infected the woods.
Their mucus follow and laid almost yellowed.
The bugs that seemly crawled through to get here ate at it.
Enjoying the meal they were given.
The arm of the victim laid near their feet.
Along with their seemed to be vocal cords.
Their skin, paled and broken.
Sat in the corner, wasting away and providing nature with their corpse.
Along with it, their eyes stared to nowhere.
Only showing the terror they had succumbed to in their last moments.
It was all broken, ruined, and made the flood gates break and rush.
*PLEGH*
*COUGH*
