I saw a message in my inbox that dissapeared??? I think it was about transfer credits, time management, and art school advice.

I'd call the school you want to go to and ask about credits, ask specifically about what your major requires. If you go the art program route you'll probably have way more credits transfer than art school. A lot of the gen ed classes at art school are art related, so it'll only take off like 4 classes and then you still got a ton in whatever you specialize in. But that still depends on the major. Like for me, I only had one drawing class, but 5 design classes and they all count as gen ed. Someone in Illustration or Architecture will probably have to take more. If you find out you do, see if the credits can transfer from your college and knock out what you can in regular classes and drawing.

I've never been good at time management and I often have done my work last minute but I've been somewhat taking care of everything and I'm proud of myself. My free time is like 15 minutes a day now, but im not rushing to do everything before 11:59 so its an improvement. What helped was setting a work time, but also knowing where my breaks were. Its easier for me to say ill work at 3 when i know ill have free time at 4:30. If you're a schedule person, that can be nice, if you're like me and you can't then just make a general to do list in order of when things are do, whats the hardest, etc. There's some people who are gonna say "if you manage your time its easy" and like yeah but let's be real thats not gonna happen akwjejdjsnwbs. Its a big commitment, and if you're depressed or have executive function issues its A LOT. Its not impossible though, you just have to be honest in advance about what you need to do to get by.

Don't be afraid to drop that class during add/drop. You're paying all that money don't convince yourself you gotta suffer through a professor youre getting bsd vibes from

Utilize rate my professors, but don't be super fearful of the ones with mid-tier ratings, they're often really nice but a little confusing.

Talk to your professors about any difficulties you have, your mental state or disability isn't an excuse so don't make yourself feel bad for needing to do things certain ways to be successful.

Use all your resources, you're paying to use that giant poster printer, you're paying for the fancy library, use it!

Make as much friends as possible because imma keep it real with you,,,,,its all about who you know. Yes skill and talent is great, but it honestly comes second to connections.

Don't buy supplies before class, I'm a 3rd year and like 2 of my professors have genuinely used the textbook on the supply list. They're required to put a book there, wait until class to see if you genuinely need it.

ALSO DON'T BUY THE FUCKING SUPPLIES FROM THE SCHOOL STORE. THEY'RE ROBBING YOU, THOSE COLOR PENCILS DO NOT COST THAT MUCH. That is all 😊.

I'm gonna be real, there's some wildly rich people here that are very flippant with school and they're fun to be around but don't kick it with them too hard unless you know how to manage yourself. Don't put your scholarship, money, and GPA on the line to go partying 24/7 and don't feel guilty about telling them no. If you can't afford to go to the fancy restaurant, they'll change plans if they really want you there.

On the subject of rich people, don't feel bad if you're not. Theres more people like you that are middle class or poor, the really loudly money people make it seem like you're not but trust me there's a lot of us lol.

I know I'm hypocritical because I just said I don't have free time and its hard but please make time for yourself. Ive seen so many people kill their mental state and sleep cause they're constantly working. My school has a mad high suicide rate, so please please PLEASE put yourself before school. The job will come, the people will come, that momentarily loss in a grade is not worth your mental state or life.

Popping in to say that I've never worked as hard on a project in my life and I still got a whole trailer to edit but I'm alive.

On an irrelevant opinion note,,,

I don't really understand anti drama. Don't get me wrong I'm a live and let live person but like,,, I see some people make whole careers out of talking about 15 year olds that don't like their piss noncon necro porn like bruh. Once again, not saying you can't enjoy that, i just acknowledge that the general population aint for it and its pointless to argue with folks about it. I ain't gonna go to war with a kid, yes they DIRELY need to stay out of adult spaces but im still the adult and griping about what kids think about me online is useless. Block and move on. Besides, people are allowed to think shits gross. As long as someone isn't being really rude to anyone, then be as squicked out by things as you like, hate certain ships, do whatever bro. And even if they are being rude like, don't consume yourself worrying about people or theoretical people that don't enjoy your content/ship/interest. Idk, its just been rubbing me the wrong way that people who claim to be okay with anything then proceed to lose their shit over negative opinions (that are directed at fiction) and wanna brawl with 13 year olds. Even if they're not a minor and its an anti adult, its never that real.

That's all haha. Seriously tho, enjoy yourself online, but realize that internet beef is mostly inconsequential and you don't need to constantly defend yourself/interests from people who are entitled to not like it. Just keep doing you.

He has mad respect for the fact that you can hold your own and he would be the last person to get in the way of that.

However, when he saw this chick brought her man to fight, it was a wrap.

This girl has been bothering you for awhile at your job, telling everyone in the department you’re a shit worker and you slept with the boss to get your promotion.

Far from the facts, but people were starting to treat you differently. You put in a complaint and it just made her worse. 

You’re walking from your job to the curb, Katsu is waiting for you in the car. You wave at him and he looks behind you confused.

You whip around and ol' girl right behind you with her boyfriend. 

“So your skank ass reported me huh? I lost my fucking job because of you.”

“You shouldn’t of said all that bullshit then.”

“Bullshit? I said nothing but facts, you’re not worth shit.” She did the thing where she enunciated every word by poking your shoulder.

You quickly pushed her away, which turned in to her grabbing your hair. You still managed to turn the fight but her boyfriend looked like he was about to step in.

Katsu was there in an instant in his face.

He'd rather go to jail then see some loser sneak jump you. 

"I don't care if I'm a hero I'll beat you if you touch her."

The guy sucked his teeth and moved back as you swung her towards him. You gave her that WORK, you didn't even realize how bad the fight was until you saw her braids on the ground.

"Pull up on her again and see what the fuck happens."

You said nothing else as you walked to the car, Katsu stared at the two clowns on the sidewalk, they looked pissed. Like they about to get up for more pissed.

He smiles at them, "go ahead, swing then."

If you're smart you don't accept his offer to brawl unless you hated yourself. The two accepted defeated.

"That's what I thought." He turns to the car, satisfied with the fight, "So what are we eating for dinner babe?"

Shoto Todoroki

Being with him gets you a lot of flak, be it from people who are jealous of you, or people who are mad that you chose him. Regardless, you deal with some characters.

You deal with it well, but Shoto really doesn't like the way folks talk to you 💀

He got a fighting mouth and he be using it at the worst times. 

You got into an argument with a girl in your class and you catch her gossiping about you outside your hall.

You walk out with Sho and try ignoring her but she calls you out.

“Ayy girl, why your ugly ass posted up with him?”

“Excuse me?” Shoto turned around so quick, you’re grabbing his arm and tryna tell him to let it go.

“You heard me. I thought you were rich, why you with miss community pussy here?"

“I don’t know why you’d lie and be so rude but it’s kind of ugly on you.” 

Her boyfriend jumped off the wall, “Don’t call my girl ugly.”

"Tell her trifling face to stop then.” 

You’re standing there all kinds of confused because he just called her “trifling” like he’s been hanging around you too long. 

The girl and her man getting up to fight and you try to break it up one last time. 

“Step back, you don't want this.” 

She swung on you first and the rest is history. You hit her with that two piece combo, no drink, and she was on the floor.

You had her crawling around on the ground like Velma looking for her glasses.

Her man was swinging wildly and Shoto grabbed his lame ass blow and twisted the guy's arm just enough to get him to fall back.

“Talk to y/n and I ever again and you’re gonna get a lot more than this.” 

You two walk off from the hurting couple but the boyfriend got up and tried to sneak another blow.

You literally knocked the wind out of him so quick and y'all took off.

Shoto looks neutral as if nothing happened but you at least felt happy that he had your back.

“I appreciate you sticking up for me boo.”

“It was nothing, I honestly wish I did more.”

“That’s kinda hot.”

“Huh?”

“Nothing.”

This is so cute sfgvbgyyj. I love roadtrips but real talk, driving through the US is messy, especially the south. Potholes be the size of craters and the highway has eternal road work 🙄.

He’s honestly the overpacker, I’m talking “What if I shit myself 4 days in a row” overpacker. 

How does he manage to pack it into the trunk of the sports car? You don’t know, you don’t even ask, you just trust the process.

Make sure you have what you need in the front because he’ll chew you out if he has to open that trunk for anything that isn’t unloading at the destination.

You’re blasting music and punching him because the song just goes that hard. 

Poor baby is just trying to drive. 

He does find it a little cute but you know he’ll be a hardass about it. 

He speeds, but only by a little or when he’s angry. He gets frustrated at traffic and will most definitely start weaving through it.

“None of this shit would happen if people just knew how to drive.”

“Whoa, we were really close to that car there.”

“I know.” He deadass just groans at you and will continue to maneuver through cars as if it was nothing. 

He'll eventually get sick of it and just take toll routes.

Y'all really won't stop at rest stops, breaks come in the form of getting gas. Which is your chance to pile up on snacks and drinks! 

Buy him a slushy and it'll calm him down for the rest of the ride.

He'll try to avoid getting junk food but will inevitably stop at McDonald's for dinner.

"Why does every damn stop have a McDonalds or Subway?"

You shrug at him with a mouth full of chicken nuggets.

He'll lovingly roll his eyes at you and then proceed to steal your drink.

He refuses to switch out during the day, but when it comes to driving at night that’s all you. 

He absolutely doesn't want to stop for too long so he'll sleep at night and will probably switch back with you closer to the morning. He needs his beauty sleep.

Shoto Todoroki

Look, my guy has the opposite problem. He doesn’t know how to pack. Y’all going on a ski trip? He’s packing shorts and a tee. Heading to the beach? Sweater upon sweater. Sure the temp most likely doesn’t bother him but for the sake of fashion, you gotta intervene.

Everything fits neatly in the back while simultaneously remaining easily accessible. Grabing extra stuff is easy with him.

He speeds like no other, not because he means to but because he quite literally doesn’t notice. 

Like you’re trying to drop hints and he’s not budging so you have to be direct.

“Slow it down, are you trying to get a ticket?” 

“Oh, sorry I didn't realize I was speeding.”

He slows down for like 2 minutes and then is back to doing 100. 

For someone who claims to not notice he'll also suspiciously slow down when he sees a cop car.

You guys actually spend a lot of time at rest stops. A little stretch easily turns into a conversation over the snacks you two packed. He really enjoys the trip itself so he's all for those little lingering moments.

He doesn’t mind switching (he actually prefers that you drive because he rarely does it). 

He doesn’t fall asleep when he’s in the passenger seat, he just talks to you about anything he can think of or stares at the passing scenery. Dreamy, if it weren't for the weird ass billboards.

"Why is that sign telling me to repent or burn in hell?"

"I've been asking that question for years dude."

He’s not the type to want to stay on the road forever, he’ll just get a hotel when it starts getting too late. And yes, breakfast is included. 

Izuku Midoriya

He’s a perfect packer and manages to grab all the essentials, extras, and still have a lot of space left. He’s done with the bags way in advance so when the day comes really all you have to do is get on the road. 

You two queue up music you both like before hitting the road so no one gets left out.

He sings quite a bit and would love and appreciate it if you sing with him.

He doesn't speed. He's obsessed with being close to the speed limit or the speed of traffic, you probably have to tell him he's going too slow sometimes. 

He's the type to go use the restroom and come back with 400 flyers from nearby attractions, 2 coupon books, and real estate magazines.

"Baby, we're not even passing through that area."

"We can go next time though!"

"For a paper factory tour?..."

"Well, maybe not that one." 

It's ridiculous but you gotta admit the coupon deal helps when you're stopping for dinner.

Y'all will pick out houses from the real estate book and joke about moving in. Well, you're joking, he's taking mental notes of what you like.

Despite being a nervous driver, he prefers to drive because he wants you to be comfortable, you'll really have to beg him to switch with you.

If he gives in, he'll seem uncomfortable just relaxing but will eventually settle into the seat. He might even fall asleep. 

He actually isn't the hotel type but also won't strain to never stop. You two will probably stop at a rest stop and take a short nap together. Sure its not the most comfortable, but you can't really beat looking at the stars through the sunroof as you fall asleep.

The final piece came out amazing and honestly it makes me feel nice and warm, a foreboding gooey kinda warm 🥴. And the writing? Chillllleeeeeeeee I'm so happy it was long I needed it. You're so descriptive, and you don't spare the gritty details at all. It really adds to the story and helps with immersion. As usual, please keep on keeping on because quarantine and life be a whole lot nicer with your work around.

Everyone thought ol boy wasn't the type to find someone in particular attractive.

He was the smooth type, kinda had something with everyone but no one could really say he was "theirs".

Until he met you, he slid his calm and collected self on over to you and worked his magic. He was confident, but not pushy, and that was a surprisingly good combo.

He wasted no time and told you that he thought you were the most gorgeous woman he's ever met. From your skin to your words, you were unique to him.

Now, you're not one to be easily swept up by just anybody but,,, he ain't just anybody 💀

He looks intimidating to a lot of people but he's like a giant softy to you. He's the kisses on the forehead, remembers every detail you tell him kinda guy.

So it might seem like he's not interested because he's quiet but he's actually listening to every word you say.

He loves hearing stories from you and learning more about your culture. He knew a lot before but to hear it from you makes it feel so much more impactful.

Speaking of learning, he knows how much you miss certain foods from your family and once tried to make it for you before you got home.

It absolutely blew but its the thought that counts right?

"Did it turn out alright?"

"Babe, it's amazing, let's cook it together next time tho."

He can cook it now, but those first few times? Let's just say he's lucky you love him.

You tell him you're getting your hair done soon and he's sending you all kinda hairstyles and colors it's always purple.

He is not the type to wait for you while you're getting it done though 💀. The best you're gonna get is him asleep in the salon. However, he never forgets to bring you a snack and your bonnet so there's that at least.

He also put on your bonnet as a joke but then seriously starts wearing it so y'all got matching bonnets now.

You get slick comments every once awhile. People talking about "of course a hero with that quirk would like a black girl" but he deflects that nonsense instantly. His quirk is amazing, and he got an equally amazing girl to match.

He feels unsure about a lot of things in his life, but you'll never be on that list of things 💜.

ANNOUNCEMENT: I’m writing a book (a real one. No it’s not erotica) and starting a business

About the book: It will be a historical fiction thriller/drama noire based on a black nightclub singer in the 1950s who gets swept up in a fast life of sex, drugs, and crime when she becomes a headlining act in a famous Las Vegas Casino.

I’m so excited about this and been conceptualizing it for months now. I’ll be posting it on Wattpad when it’s finally ready.

About the business: Child, I still have to file papers and shit. But ya know, it’s in the works. It should be able to come to fruition by next month maybe October

You shuffled through the door tired and dejected

You didn’t even care that Dabi was flopped on the couch watching tv.

He craned his neck to look at you.

“Hey there grumpy face, I thought I was the only one allowed to look like a zombie.” He joked, although his expression was flat. You were used to Dabi’s wry humor and lack of emoting

“Dabi, please, I’m not in the mood.” You grumbled back, kicking off your ‘sensible pumps’ at the door

You didn’t get it. What made them so sensible if they still hurt like a bitch after a few hours?

Dabi watched you shuffle-limp to your shared bedroom and heard the weight of the bed as you collapsed on it.

He sighed and shut off the tv before joining you.

“That bad of a day, huh?”

“Mmrrmfff.” You groaned into the pillow you were lying face down in.

The bed dipped as he sat at the foot of it. He picked up one of your aching feet and began kneading it making you groan and sigh against the pillow.

“You need a pedicure, pretty babe.” He said gently.

“You sayin’ my feet are ugly?”

“Never.” He kissed the toes. “I’m sayin’ you deserve to pamper yourself. His hands warmed as he worked the kinks out of your sore feet.

It felt like magic.

“For the time being, let me set up a foot bath for you”

“Oh my god, Dabi,” you flipped over to grin at him. “Are you actually being nice to me???”

“Only cuz work kicked your cute little ass today. Don’t get used to it, doll face.” He wore a half grin.

The rest of the evening was all about you

Dabi set up your electronic foot bath with epsom salt and oil and set it to vibrate

He undressed you, wrapping you in your fluffiest robe

His warm hands massages your neck and back

He even attempted to cook for you. The two of you may or may not have just ended up eating ramen and leftovers

“Alright, your majesty, anything else you need?”

“Just you,” You smiled and Dabi’s heart almost stopped.

“Alright, but remember I’m only doing this cuz you feel bad.”

You rolled your eyes. “Tsundere.”

“Shut up!”

And the two of you cuddled to sleep
