Jodi Arias Interrogation Video
Jodi Arias is currently on trial for the murder of her boyfriend.  She is claiming self defense, despite the fact that her boyfriend was shot, stabbed multiple times, and had his throat slit.  Arias has told several different stories to the police regarding what happened the day her boyfriend died.  This video was taken the day Arias was arrested. Shortly before the arrest, Arias is seen singing and doing a headstand.  Jurors in the trial will not see this video, as the judge deemed it too prejudicial.

Goddard v. Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery
Nineteen years after Armond Correia's cremated remains were buried at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in San Diego, his family was notified that his remains were never buried in the family plot.  The family believed that the church knew about the mistake for at least six years before the family was told, and only decided to tell them after a disgruntled grave digger threatened to expose the problem.  Mr. Correia's ashes have not been found.  The family sued the cemetery, making NBC news with their plight.
This video tour of the cemetery was shown at the trial.  The jury found the cemetery guilty of fraud, concealment, and breach of contract and awarded $812,000 and punitive damages to the family.
