Hc that Katniss and Prim wear oversized pre-loved clothes bought from the hob, which are lots of men’s wear left behind by the peacekeepers. And it makes sense to get larger clothes to grow into and whatnot. So yea it doesn’t fit the best but they are mended and presentable! On another note I like the blue grey washed out aesthetic of district 12 in the movies so I tried to put that here

Anw I been struggling to draw esp with this one for like weeeeks so pls pat me on the back for finishing it /sobs

I've seen this before, but it's been years and it just came across my Twitter in its dying days. The words are from a favorite author of mine, Maggie Stiefvater, and they are the words I most need to hear when it comes to dealing with chronic pain and illness. I didn't need this the first time I saw it, six years ago. I need it now. Maybe you do, too.

Seriously. Like, I think of him every time I make a meal and go "I have to make it well-balanced like senshi does or I know he'd yell at me about malnutrition"

So I got into dungeon meshi and i’ve been telling everyone who I talk to. I love everything about the world, characters, the art, etc.

BUT

People are not kidding when they say that senshi will manifest in your head to tell you to eat better. Like I have a hard time remembering to eat but my brain would be like “you haven’t eaten in some hours, you need a meal” and I would be like you’re very right internal senshi I’m gonna see what I can make. Then I make food??? Honestly Gods sent senshi for helping so many people eat better

I never had a last name (unlike most people). For all intents and purposes, my full name is simply "Bob." For some strange reason, after hundreds and hundreds of years, children seem to use my name as a placeholder for when they can't think of another. "Bob" has been stick figures, dogs, cats, imaginary friends and more. To them, "Bob" is simply a friend.

It reminds me of when I was living. I was a simple carpenter, fixing broken roofs or fences and making furniture in my village. I didn't charge much to fix structures, only asking for what little they were able to give me in exchange. Some times that was half of a bread loaf, dinner with the family, or a friendly conversation. Those conversations got our village through some dark times. Those acts of kindness are why I loved what I did.

When the children say "Bob" (which is both me and their imagination), it makes me smile. Sure, they may think my name is funny or dumb. But they allow me to experience that joy alongside them. I am a part of their drawings, their inside jokes, and their playtimes. When they get older, they speak of me less. But they always seem to remember the good times.

They say you die three times, first when the body dies, second, when your body enters the grave, and third, when your name is spoken for the last time. You were a normal person in life, but hundreds of years later, you still haven’t had your “third” death. You decide to find out why.
