[ PRODUCTION Q&A + UPDATE ]

Hello! We wanted to give everyone an update on where we're currently at with our production & shipping. We've received a number of concerned messages regarding our recent Winter '24 run, and hope this helps answer some questions.

We put our orders in to our main manufacturers back in mid-late March (as indicated by previous updates), and according to all manufacturers, they are still in production. We have reached out to our charm manufacturer in particular, who is responsible for manufacturing our LCB and other fandom charms, with hopes for an update.

They have not responded to us yet, but we will keep trying and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

We empathize with the worries of our customers and sincerely apologize for the delay in sending out your orders. Once we have received all our products (with a delivered message, as attached), we will send out an update! We will also send out tracking numbers, as we have done with previous preorder shipments.

will soup store have uk shipping in the future or is it off the table completely (i know eu regulations can suck) ; otherwise is there any way to support u guys n what u do from england ?

Currently, it is off the table completely. We have (and had) many issues blowing up our shipping side when it came to the UK + EU in general for our store. If things settle down, we can definitely look back into shipping there again!
