Hey, everyone, I would really appreciate if you took a moment to read this:

It's ok to feel sad, down, depressed, empty anxious, nervous, scared, lonely, alone, different, and just feeling hurt. And it kills me that not everyone can get help for those sorts of things or trust anyone to help them. First off, anyone can come to me if they want to talk at any time. Second off, please don't give up. I promise it gets better with time.

Third thing, I want to introduce an app for people who self harm or are facing destructive thoughts:

It's called Calm Hard and is available on all app stores. It helps relive stress and helps you analyze your pain.

It has six different sections to help you:

You can choose whichever you like or settle for "random." Once you choose it'll bring you to a list of activities that will help you clear your mind. They're short increments of time that will help you get through an episode.

Also, better yet, it's password protected:

Meaning no one can get into the app besides you.

I love this app and if you've ever had the thoughts of self harming or hurting yourself or just need something to help you calm down, I deeply suggest.

Who wants to bet that in Falcon and The Winter Soldier Marvel will just pretend nothing happened?

I bet they will ignore Bucky's trauma (ww2, all the Hydra mess, being let by his best friend on the future with people he is still learning to trust and befriending).

I bet they will ignore Sam's trauma (his time on the army, seeing his best friend being shoot off sky, being let without any warning by his other friend).

I bet they will make Sam totally cool with the fact that Steve went back in time without giving him any warning (acording to the Russo brother, Steve talked with Bucky about it. I juat imagine how Sam would have felt knowing that the man he considered his friend basically didn't bothered warning him).

It all gets worse if you remember that one of the actors (I don't remember if it was Seb or Anthony) said that Bucky and Sam won't be exactly friends, 'cause everyone was saying "Well, Steve is gone, but Bucky and Sam still having each other". Well, it looks like Marvel will way probably don't let them have it too.

I'm really starting to get done with Marvel's bullshit tbh. I'm not even as much excited to see anything they do as I used to be anymore. They managed to turn my "OMG, THERE WILL BE A NEW MOVIE!" into "Omg, there will be a new movie. I hope they didn't screw this one up too".
