This is a great way to cleanse your home! It makes your home smell like a bakery! 10/10 will be doing this again. Need ideas for what to use old ingredients for.
*tidy up my space *light a candle for the Chakra color Im working with that day *light a incense for meditation (this time i switched it up and used lavender to also help me cleanse my new altar cloths) * yoga * meditation * sip of sun water for energy * start entry in log book (soon ill be adding tarot cards in this routine as well they are shipping now!)
Made this spell jar in hopes of getting a call back for a new job. Not only did I get the call back, I got the job! So far my spell jars have been super charged!!
I finally moved my witchy stuffs into a real altar! Its not photograph ready quite yet but it is so nice to have my own sacred space. What witchy things do you leave out on your altar?
One of my favorite resources for information so far. Gave a brief overview on a wide variety of topics with interchaning cohosts to showcase different beliefs and practices. Great way to figure out where you want to start. Follow for more useful resources!
* "The Witches Book of Self-Care" by Arin Murphy-Hiscock * glass jar * 7 colored candles that represent each chakra color and glass jar for tea light candles * sandlewood and sage inscense * black ceramic bowl * extra spices and herbs I wanted that were just easy finds in the grocery store; bay leaves, basil leaves, ground cinnamon, nutmeg and chamomile.
Welcome! You can call me Ren! I am brand new to witchcraft. I will be using this blog to share my journey down this spiritual path. I will be posting bits and pieces of my book of shadows, resources I am using, spells I am working with and just daily rituals. I am only about 2 weeks into my studies. Before finding witchcraft I identified as a Atheist for about the last five years and still am continuing with that mindset. So far I have mostly identified with the path of the green witch. I have also incorparated a lot of yoga, meditation and chakra work into my practice. I hope this blog will inspire and help connect me to the witchcraft community.
