These clauses are underhanded ways that corporations seek to deprive you of your right to participate in class-action lawsuits and your right to a jury trial. (This does only apply to us users ,other people still spread the word though )

So my top surgery coverage request was denied by insurance because I “didn’t have a letter from my mental health provider” which is not true, I did have one which the lady who called me from the hospital confirmed, as did the hospital’s like department that handles the insurance requests. So the hospital had to cancel all my appointments and I have to try to appeal now. All because insurance either was too stupid to realize I did have that letter or, in my opinion the more likely scenario, didn’t *want* to cover my surgery so made up an obviously BS reason so they could deny it.
