This is Jiro, a G4 nindroid. 

He tries to maintain a ‘cool dude’ attitude but absolutely looses it if his scarf is missing for even 5 seconds. His friends jokingly call it his security scarf, but they will always help him find it. 

A consistent fashion style is a top priority for this little man, to the point where will wear the same outfit for days.

 He is very susceptible to peer pressure and just regurgitates “woke” talking points every time a situation gets political, simply so he can win the favor of those around him. Someone needs to teach this man to be himself XD

I actually don’t know exactly how she met Melior, but he used to be a red visor, and after he was liberated, they met, and he was like “oh, we can slander some people.” And she was like “YES” and so she became his camerawoman, and he gives all the big stories. The best way I can compare them to a modern news station is they’re like Fox News. They say they’re an editorial, not a news station, (on their website) but no one pays attention to that. Their main audience is humans who want to be super woke and show that they’re not against these new Nindroids, as well as a few g4 Nindroids.

Betty adores Melior (they are in a relationship, just for reference) and adores her job. They make good money, and by the nature of their job, they cause as much havoc as they can legally. (For instance, one time they figured out that since the monastery is as old as it is, it’s technically not private property, so they used that to interview the green ninja.)

They refuse to report on just a few people: Cyrus and Milton, (purely because they know they could get in loads of legal trouble) Simone (they respect her enough to leave her alone) and, most of the time, Zane (he’s “old news” and they don’t understand why he’s so special anyways)

Once she’s behind the camera, she’s silent. But any other time? She’s hooting and hollering, a true gaslight, Gatekeep girlboss of a woman. Melior and her are so loyal to each other it’s unreal. (Think Moxie and Millie from Helluva Bods, but they both have Millie’s personality)

Like, whenever he finishes a story and they cut to black, she lowers the camera and yells “THATS MY MAN!!” And whenever she does anything remotely praiseworthy he yells “FSM YOURE SO HOT” and they’re just

ANOTHER THOUGHT

In the TV show, Zane is voiced by Brent Miller with a bit of a mechanical filter, right. Yes, and he sounds like a real person. but this isn’t technically possible in canon. Zane isn’t an organic being; in the universe of the show, he cannot sound just like he does when we watch him on screen, just like in the universe of the show, instead of English, they’re likely speaking Ninjargen/Ninjagin whatever you wanna call it. In the same vein, Zane sounds rather like Siri or other computer generated voices, than like Brent Miller (sorry Brent, love you)

BUT

Computer generated voices aren’t completely the computer’s doing. The software producing the words has to have existing voice clips to play and edit in real time to fit the cadence of a sentence. If you know how vocaloid or utauloid works, it’s a lot like that. e.g. Amazon hired a woman to speak for hours into an AI and then the AI could use those clips to speak as Alexa in your home. And of course the coders are constantly making improvements to make her sound more natural as the years go on. 

What I’m trying to say is Zane sounds just like his father. 

Who else was around to supply voice clips when Julien was building him in Birchwood Forest? So 30 year old Dr. Julien’s voice has been preserved in Zane years after he died. (That is unless Zane has made significant edits since then)
