I have yet to listen to any Taylor Swift LP in its entirety, though, in the past weeks I was kinda looking forward to the TTPD release. It feels like something great is coming for us. Am I slowly turning into a Swiftie?

is it just me or is K-pop a great thing to turn to when western pop has become too stale and predictable for your taste?

Maybe we should all do much more shameless self-promotion. Even if it's just utter garbage content.

It doesn't need to be stressful.
It doesn't need to be overwhelming.
I'm pretty sure about that.
Somehow we managed to clutter our lives with too many things to care about simultaneously.
We shall find a way to release ourselves from this self-inflicted daily madness.

So, from my (limited) understanding, Taylor Swift has basically won the Super Bowl?

This year should be easy-going. We are slowly getting used to this madness.

Watching MAGA people lose their minds about Green Day "suddenly" having opposing political views is just beautiful. Just like the RATM thing a few years ago.
That's the level of delusion and stupidity you reach when watching FOX News all day.

I feel sorry for the letter X.
It X-tremely lost coolness in the past twenty-or-so years already. But what Elon is doing just feels X-traordinarily cruel. At this point I almost want to avoid this cringy letter altogether. We can replace it by 'ks' or whatever.
Anyway, merry X-mas! ;)

Cards, Universe & Everything
(Yet another mobile game review? Y'all are probably tired af, but it's necessary, because I need to share it)
Since Magic: The Gathering can sometimes get ridiculously complex and features mostly wizards, monsters and such fantasy stuff, it is good that this alternative TCG exists. It's a little less involved in terms of battle mechanics, but what is really intriguing is that you are getting tons of cards that are based on real-world creatures, people, objects, places, historical events and even abstract concepts.
Trading is nicely implemented, and it really triggers that old Pok茅mon gotta-catch-em-all compulsion.
(Soon it'll be Monday again, sh忙t, need to create a new deck to fit the upcoming league rules...)

Seems like I missed my 5th cakeday. Wow 馃コ I should maybe post more. If there is time.
Lost in the frantic cataclysm of the mind, witnessing the outcome of self-inflicted self-entanglement, hard to even vocalize the surface areas of what is going on.
Or maybe I should just sleep more, lel.

nonpoem 12
Happily trapped in this cosy little emptiness,
paralyzed yet a little dizzy,
trying to run away from ourselves, still we do not seem to move forward,
while thoroughly flooded by perception and imagination,
forever perfectly satisfied with casual insanity.

Mini Metro
Beautiful in its simplicity. It's been a while since I last spent money on a mobile game, and this one outdid the cost on the first day already. Designing a functioning subway system is indeed harder than it looks. (Even if you're severely into maps, like I am.)

Ah btw, First of October struck again. Every year we get a little more complexity and also a little more CHAOS.

Of course, football shouldn't be about politics. That said, it also shouldn't be about money, yet the F*FA once again accepted the bid of those who bribed them the most.
The whole discussion is cursed. We are asking the athletes to make powerful and courageous statements, in a hope that this will have a stronger effect on anything than our outcries and boycotts. But in the end, I'm quite sure the World Cup will end with no bigger incidents, and nothing will change in Qatar. That's because those who actually have power are paid to let the whole thing run as if it's like every other World Cup.
It's not. And it's a test of how much insanity we can handle, as a "Western" democratic macro-society. Recently, the Olympics were given to Saudi Arabia. Not too long ago, we had a World Cup in Russia, and Olympics in China. What's next? Iran? North Korea? Yeah, I should be careful with Nazi comparisons, but Germany 1936 does come to mind.
While it's all beautiful countries, we should not indirectly accept the sociopolitical circumstances. To some degree, we have to ascertain if our values serve some practical purpose, or if we are happy to forget them if someone hands us a few bucks in exchange.
Maybe, in a broader sense, it is just another example of the whole problem with capitalism.
