trying to be happy today so I wore yellow : )

I can’t eat at all today I literally have 0 appetite

I’ve been dealing with this nonsense since I was 13 and I’m 23 now

I’m going through it and I’m one month sober from alcohol and now I’m obsessing over my eating

But people on here are cool and help me feel like I’m not crazy

I hate that other people experience what I do but In some way it’s comforting to know I’m not the only one with these thoughts
