PSA because I just saw a post that meds have calories and this just a friendly reminder it’s like only .3 calories and you’d burn that getting the glass of water to take your meds, the calories don’t count and not taking them does more harm than good!!!

Little thing I like to do to stop binges
Something that’s been helping me not to binge is that when I make a meal, that I know is within my calorie limit, I only eat half of it. That way if I’m still hungry later or feel like bingeing I’ll just eat the rest of the meal knowing I’m not eating loads more calories. This supresses my hunger and stops my binges 99% of the time.
