Inking some Iuno dice✨
Y'all really do love my inking videos. It's probably the most replacing part of dice making for me.
I use metallic alcohol inks in little needle nose bottles because it's easier to get the ink where I want it (mostly)
My logo has some smaller bits so the inks work really well getting into all the smaller spaces.
You can find them in the darkest corners, they creep around and if you come too close they will grab you and pull you down into the void where they come from. So be aware of the "Tentacles of the Void". We captured a few of them and sealed them into these dice! Now they mean no harm anymore.
These dice are still raw and need some sanding and inking.
Bog Hex: teeny tiny weathered bones, several types of dried moss, bits of bark, white geometry, double-inked in peat black and old-bone gold.
This set was super involved to make, but I loved doing it so much! I have a similar set ready for my next shop drop.
Shipwrecked.
This is definitely the coolest petri set I've ever made, and they don't even read petri from a lot of angles. I used transparent teal resin and black and metallic inks--and the metallics did a lot of weird stuff that I just love.
They'll be available when I update my shop this month.
It's really been a year since then? How time flies.
Made by yours truly. I can't imagine anyone will try any of the additional challenges at the bottom; I don't plan an doing anything other than a subclass for each day. But you never know! If anyone out there feels inspired by one of these prompts, why not give it a try?
Thank all of you for 3k followers! Let's see this community grow even more!
Now that every Startouched subrace is finished I can finally post all six sheets together!
Keep in mind that any lore or art I’ve made is meant as a building block for y’all’s ideas and characters and can be thrown out the window if you want! 💖
I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported this homebrew project over the last year. The suggestions, ideas, questions and art that you guys have shared have helped me keep up the motivation to finish these guys and I hope you all like the final piece 💖
In the future I may make more dnd homebrew stuff but for now I’m gunna go lie down-
I had the delightful experience of a coworker who has no connection to ttrpgs seeing me showing dice to someone and instantly reaching toward them, eyes wide, going, “I just want to eat them. Why can’t I?” 🥺
In case you ever wondered if the Forbidden Candy experience is universal.
