He had run away from the dark lord, barely evaded Azkaban and spent the last four months living in a house that was being monitored 24/7 by the ministry. They knew every move they made, if Draco decided to put an extra sugar in his coffee one morning, the Ministry knew about it.

So, when Narcissa Malfoy came into his room one day holding a letter from Minerva McGonagall requesting his return to Hogwarts in September, he was shocked to say the least. —– or yet another hogwarts eighth year in which draco redeems himself fic

hey! heads up! don't do this!

fan fiction 99% of the time is not commissioned, meaning fan fiction authors use their own time and energy to write and post these pieces for everyone to enjoy.

we could charge for the hour it takes to write a 1200 word oneshot but we don't, so PLEASE don't say "it was good but..." unless the author specifically asks for constructive criticism (i didn't).

also, english is not everyone's first language!!! so don't ask "is there a reason your grammar isn't correct?" - i just happen to be an english student and did not need the 2 paragraphs explaining basic grammar that i was sent.

wingfic drabble: do i write this as a full length one shot or nah?

“Your wings are beautiful.”

This caught the angels attention, drawing his gaze away from his pages to yellow eyes, “Your wings are beautiful too, dear.”

One side of Crowley’s lips twitched into a sad half-smile, “They're not.”

He saw the angel move to object, so he placed a hand on his shoulder, urging him to turn back around.

“They were beautiful once,” he began, his hand sliding back down to the softness of Aziraphale’s wings, “before… you know…”

Aziraphale nodded, his eyes back on the pages of his book but his attention on the demon's voice.

Crowley’s fingers fell back into the rhythm of smoothing down white, gold and silver feathers as he spoke.

“She told me She took the stars and ground them into dust when She made my wings,” he recalled fondly

in honour of the recent announcements for thor: love and thunder

time for my speciality: short, dumb and pointless fluff

thor sighed and a satisfied groan rumbled in his chest as he felt fingers tug at the hair on the naps of his neck.

a smile tugged at his lips as he turned to bruce, catching his eyes. they were both still covered in a film of sweat and breathing heavily, basking in the heavy warmth of the air.

thor pulled himself closer to the scientist, lifting a hand to rest on his chest and twirl at the greying hairs.

“how does it feel to be officially retired?” bruce asked once their breathing had evened out.

thor raised and eyebrow and quirked his lip, as if in thought, before smirking and leaning up to brush his lips against bruce’s, “extremely pleasurable~”

bruce rolled his eyes, but leaned forward to peck the smirk from thor’s lips, “cute.”

thor grinned back cheekily.

“so what are you gonna do with all this spare time on your hands?” bruce dropped his head back onto the pillow.

“you mean apart from this?” thor’s hand ran down bruce’s chest, dipping below the sheet covering him from the waist down.

bruce swatted the god’s hand and pulled on the golden strands of his hair, “you're insatiable!”

“only for you, dear.”

bruce chuckled and pulled thor closer, resting his chin on his head.

“really though, what do you want to do now that you don't have a cosmos to protect?”

thor really did quiet down then, while he thought of an answer. bruce’s gentle touch running up and down his spine caused his eyes to slip shut and his body relax.

eventually he spoke, “get a cat.”

bruce’s eyebrows creased at the answer, but he found the corners of his lips twitching into a smile, “okay. we’ll get a cat.”

a silence fell between the lovers, only disturbed by the distant sound of a rumble of thunder.

IM BACK!!!! AFTER A MONTH OF TRAVELLING!!!!! WOOO!!

in case you didn't already know how much of a dumbass i am, i decided to get off my plane home and head straight to liverpool pride within the next few hours - my ass didn't sleep for 40 hours so in conclusion - admin is an entire dumbass

(i drank so much fuckin coffee)

anyway i'm back and apart from starting a new job on saturday i don't have too much going on for the next month so i'm gonna try and get back into the swing of things!!

hey don't worry!! thing is i've only just finished my exams (hence the inactivity) and i'm gonna be away for most of july so i really wouldn't depend on consistent thorbruce fics from me for the time being, but if you keep a look here im sure i'll still post the odd thing every now and then until i can get back into the swing of it :)

hello friendly reminder that there is nothing wrong with the lesbian flag!!! its not dirty, its not controversial. please include it in your pride posts!!

most lesbians you ask will say they prefer using the lesbian flag over the rainbow flag because WE ARE NOT GAY MEN. we don't have the same experiences!!! we don't have the same struggles!!! you can't lug us all into one and say "that'll do".

and it is not 'drama' or 'discourse' when a lesbian (rightfully) is upset about our flag being excluded from posts that will include 10+ flags and still not the lesbian one. please don't act like we have to fight for our very existence to be recognised.
