things i remember from being skinny:
1. feeling REALLY pretty
2. crying in the shower wishing u didn’t have an ed
3. thinking about nothing else
4. scrolling on tumblr for hours also when with friends
5. crying because you said no to family activities that involve food
6. sleeping 24/7
7. everything hurts (physically)
8. almost passing out at practice
9. almost passing out at the beach
10. oh and then again: FEELING REALLY PRETTY

ed rules i made for myself because i don’t ever wanna feel like i did last summer:
1. fasting no more than 48h
2. Don‘t skip out on family dinners at the restaurant (ur losing precious memories)
3. no more than one (or two if it’s REALLY necessary) energy drinks per week
4. go on tiktok/ insta instead of tumblr
5. don’t think or talk about it more than a few minutes (or it will literally consume your life)
6. when feeling like binging eat the ONE food u crave so you don’t end up eating EVERYTHING
