In Nightwing #20, Dick discussed that he actually thought of adopting Damian, but was too scared to do so. When Damian asked him if he still thought about it, Dick just… avoided answering the question. 👀

Adding this to my CCS au, so that Damian could have two dads in it. 😅

Imagine something happened when the Robins were fighting with someone who did a lot of damage to them and after the terrible fight they're just trying to comfort each other. Like Dick is trying to comfort Damian, and Steph and Tim are just trying to comfort each other. Jason's just there looking at them, his expressions hidden behind his helmet, thinking about the time when Bruce used to comfort him everytime he needed it as a Robin. Wishing Bruce were there but then even if Bruce was there, would he comfort him? Would he hug him and just completely envelope him in his love like he used to?
