Encanto has some of the best designs and characters Disney's had in years! They're all so good, I had no idea which ones I wanted to draw first but then Félix is a wife guy and Pepa can be terrifying so their relationship is amazing

Don't think about Mirabel back in the nursery after her ceremony (don't think about the box on the floor of the things she refuses to unpack)

Don't think about her hearing Abuela rage at anyone around

Don't think about Camillo sneaking in with party food for her

Don't think about Luisa throwing her around in the days to follow, trying to get a laugh

Don't think about Dolores teaching her songs and sewing and painting, any kind of distraction she can think of (Don't think about how she wants Mirabel to have something to call a talent)

Don't think about Abuela refusing to acknowledge Mirabel for days

Don't think about Julietta pleading with her mother to "think about this reasonably!"

Don't think about Felix and Augustin yelling at Casita, begging for an answer that it cannot give

Don't think about Pepa hiding away in her room to make sure she won't spoil the sunshine, because Mirabel deserves *something* nice

Don't think about the hundreds of flowers Isa didn't grow, not wanting to flaunt the magic that somehow she deserved more than her little sister

Don't think about Juliettas sinking feeling as thing door faded away for her youngest

Don't think about how it reminded her of the exact feeling she had when she was young. when they were learning what Casita would do for them. When she didn't understand her door, and didn't for days after

Don't think about how she knew her daughter was feeling so much worse. Don't think about her taking the most blame from Abuela afterward. (Don't think about why it's because Bruno disappeared)

Don't think about how many times she swept Mirabel into her room or out of the house to keep her away from Abuela

Don't think about the pain she would feel every night in bed, wondering what she had done wrong

Don't think about how she had to work so hard to keep her daughter distracted and happy as she grew up in a family of people so unlike her. (Don't think about the guilt she would feel every night, wondering what her other two daughters did today)

Don't think about her watching Casita's tiles clattering away a plate of snacks she just made for her girls. Don't think about the tiny smile on her face, hoping somehow it would reach her brother. Don't think about her then making extra servings as often as she was able to without being suspicious.

Don't think about Julietta being the "normal one" growing up. Don't think about her bringing cakes and sweets to Bruno when he stayed locked in his room, hurting from the exhaustion of a vision he never asked for. Don't think about her socking some kid for mocking him.

Don't think about Julietta being the only person Pepa could go to and actually rain on, actually feel her feelings with. (Just think about how she felt when Pepa met Felix, who was even better at celebrating her magic than she was)

Don't think about her growing up just a little faster

Just think about her waking up at the crack of dawn every morning so she could be out in the middle of town with her food

Think about her seeing the same boy every other day

Think about her blushing when she realized she missed him on the days he didn't come with some strange injury

Think about the twinkle in her eyes as she wiped a crumb from his face

Think about the several times he came with no injury to be found, rambling about a stomach ache or a head ache

Think about her smacking his hand away from her plates and saying that he could come to her house, rather than steal the food meant for the injured

Think about her praying before her wedding ceremony, talking to her papa that she never got to meet

Think about her wedding cake that she made herself, think about how she was glowing every minute she worked on it

Think about how it filled everyone who had as little as a bite with pure content and joy

(Think about Bruno at the ceremony, essentially high because he ate three pieces)

(Think about Felix holding Pepa's hand all through the wedding, keeping her grounded and stepping away with her when she got emotional, so she could feel her feelings without drenching everybody)

I don't know how accurate some of these are, but they can be useful
