I was experimenting with markers. Those Barnes and Noble markers have finally shown their true worth: they started running out in the middle of this and this is maybe the third thing I’ve used them on. (For reference, I can do a piece with as much color as this at least twice with a fresh set of Copics with enough to spare for smaller projects.)

Wow this is just not up to standard but whatever, I did it within the last few hours with gratuitous breaks in between as I tried to not nod off on my keyboard and tablet

If you're wondering why I actually pushed through and finished and posted this tonight even though I'm exhausted and I don't like how it turned out, it's because I totally just had to do it in honor of The First Turnabout, which is still today for another hour or so, which is also how long my 21st birthday still lasts. I've been looking forward to this for about 3 or 4 years and when it came I was this close to forgetting, I've been out of the house all day and I didn't even get to finish the Trauma Team thing I started this morning and I forgot Travis Willingham (voice of Gabe Cunningham in Trauma Team) has this birthday too and ugh I need sleep so bad

I'm thinking I'll at least redo the background in the morning, hopefully I'll be willing to rework it from the ground up but if not at least I finished it, ahaha...

For the record, I'm not dead or anything— I just don't like posting things that I don't want to sell, such as the fifty thousand hand and eye doodles I draw in the corners of my notes. I might post some of those practice doodles this week just to show I'm not doing nothing, but I don't exactly have anything I want to post here. (Not the ones in my notes. Pls no. Lol)
