Had a reaction to gluten. Flushed face and felt super sick. All around nauseous and cramping. Only 2 more months and I can do my food challenge for peanuts and tree nuts. Basically living on meat, fruits, veggies, eggs, and rice. At least I'm back to losing weight. 🤷♀️

Low Carb Ramen! Last week I found these Zeroodles (3g Net Carb per serving!) at my local grocery on sale 3 packs for $5! Cooked them with chicken broth, scallion, egg, chili pepper, soy sauce and sriracha! Delicious!
