ok i know this is a trans blog sort of thing, BUT i wanna touch on a few topics at some point. ONE BEING NOW!!
If your best friend is gay they are NOT your gay best friend!!!!! they are your best friend!!!!! putting the word ‘gay’ in front of ‘best friends makes it seem like the fact that they’re gay is more important then them being your best friend. It objectifies them to your gay best friend. and it’s just rude. If they’re your best friend then then being gay doesn’t matter that’s not the most important thing about them. If you don’t understand then why don’t you say ‘strait best friend’ too?. j u s t. d o n ‘ t. s a y. i t

a few ways to bind safely without a binder.…
1: wear 2 sports bras. wearing 2 is the safest you can be. wearing more then that can lead to damaged ribs.
2: if it doesn’t make you dysphoric, wearing a one piece swimsuit helps compress your chest.
3: if you have KT tape, which is athletic tape (don’t bind with any other brand but KT tape unless it’s made for binding) you can use that. if you don’t know how youtube has a few tutorials on how to do it.
4: wear a hoodie or sweatshirt over whatever your wearing so your chest is less noticeable.
°DISCLAIMER°
No matter how much you bind and how you do it, your chest isn’t gonna be a completely flat 180°, until you get top surgery. binding for more then 6-8 hours will make it hard to breathe and potentially harm your ribs. if you can get a binder i recxomend gc2b.

this may be triggering to some,
for trans guys dysphoria is found in the more feminine parts of your body for example…
your chest is gonna be a big part of your dysphoria, in order to make it flat we bind, I recommend a GC2B binder which the half tanks are $33 and the full tanks are 38$.
‘bottom’ dysphoria which is basically not associating with the genitals you were born with. things to help with this dysphoria are to pack. packing is when you put a packer in your boxers to give yourself a bulge. also don’t were woman’s underwear unless need be.
voice dysphoria is exactly what it sounds like. hating your voice for being to high pitched is something that isn’t as easy to resolve. you can look up voice training videos on youtube about it, but ultimately the only way to actually cure this dysphoria is to male hormones (testosterone) which lowers your voice.
body dysphoria which is dysphoria in the curves of a female body, (exp: hips, thighs, waist, calves, butt, ect). you can’t make this type of dysphoria go away nessicarly until you start male horomones. you can hide you curves by wearing men’s jeans. woman’s jeans are made to highlight your curves unlike men’s jeans which are made to just fit. for shirts I personally recommend Muscle shirts because they have thicker sleeves that can hide your binder unlinke tanks. i recommend going to the gym, being more muscular is gonna make you feel better about your self, specifically work on your core, biceps, and calves.

dysphoria: a short lesson on it.
Dysphoria is internal conflict with having the body of the opposite biological sex. for example i am a guy, but i was born female. Dysphoria is the mental state you need to be in to be transgender! Gender is not a feeling, gender is the way you are mentally and psychologically. The reason transmeds (including myself) fight the fight that dysphoria is needed to be trans is because started horomones (HRT) changes your body in a more feminine or masculine way depending on if your a trans male or trans female. When it changes your body if you have dysphoria your brain will associate more with the way your body’s changing (trans guys develop a deeper voice, muscle becomes more prominent, fat redistribution and others). if you don’t actually have dysphoria when that happens your going to disassociate with your body and gain dysphoria. which is the exact opposite of what the goal of horomone treatment is. the only way to ‘cure’ or ‘alleviate’ dysphoria is by transitioning to the gender your brain associates with.

I am a trans male named Andrew, I’m 13 diagnosed with dysphoria, Pre-OP and pre-HRT. I’m trying to be more of a activist for the trans community. At some point I might make a youtube account to show and explain my opinions better
