Made a Volume Cover for Gerard Valkyrie since we never got one. I always felt that out of all of the Schutzstaffel members he deserved one the most.

Bleach Volume 39.5 - "El Matador"

I edited a fanart of Rudbornn from an artist "EmilieInk" into a Volume Cover for a story I wrote (I usually use Manga panels/covers but I couldn't find a HQ one). The Volumeis about Renji fighting Rudbornn during the Hueco Mundo battle and it takes place between Volume 39 and 40.

Bleach Volume 16.7 - "Six Flowers"

I made this image as a Part 3 of a proof of concept for a "What If Ichigo's Friends Became Fullbringers and Went to Soul Society to Save Rukia" story. I know Orihime already went to Soul Society to save Rukia but since some other friends of Ichigo are now accompanying them, her story is going to be different.

I edited her clothes to match the ones she wore during the arc but this could just as easily be used as a Volume Cover for when she got her powers. The number just needs to change.

the genuine horror and tragedy of early orihime's storyline is that, when a loved one dies, we all comfort ourselves with blanket statements about what they would have wanted for us by saying "they would've wanted us to be happy" / "they would have wanted us to move on" and we try to make meaningful lives for ourselves because that's what they would have liked for us (even if we ourselves feel like the world has stopped in their absence). so much of post-grief behavior is performative, trying to convince people you're fine and you're okay and you're moving on, and this is doubly so for orihime, who doesn't know much about the afterlife yet and is convinced she's got to put on a believable enough performance for her brother so he won't worry about her.

and most of us will never know or see if we grieved our loved ones right or not, but for orihime, the curtain is ripped apart and it turns out her performance is too good, her brother actually believes it's real and he lambasts her for grieving him the wrong way. of course, it's his hollow that's turned him to be selfish and possessive, but it couldn't have been easy for orihime to have been telling herself "i just have to smile for him, i just have to push through for him" only for him to go: why are you smiling? why are you pushing through? i'm dead. to make matters worse, he adds that he's lived his whole life for her, which is such an insurmountable guilt for her to bear and such a messed up thing to hear from a caretaker at such a young age!!!

in orde for a soul reaper to achieve bankai they need to be able to manifest their zanpakto spirit ( which zaraki has done) and be able to get it to submit typically through battle while zaraki managed to get his zanpakto spirit ( yachiru) to give him bankai via their bond ( when he at first denigrated the idea of working with his zanpakto

I think I said this in my writings at the time, but my problem isn't with the in-universe logic so much as it is with the storytelling. Zaraki getting bankai adds nothing to the story, there's no emotion, no character development. It sorta feels like it was just thrown out there to be thrown out there, which is pretty uninspiring and not what I read Bleach for.

I wouldnt say the quincy reveal to be a retcon ( aizen when he talked to ichigo went you are a shinigami and a ( before getting interrupted) which showcases something special

I would say you need to send me a much higher resolution picture before you attempt to convince me of anything.
