THE LAST OF US X GRAVITY FALLS AU

First, I saw the whole hospital clip of the HBO show. Then I watched the entire walkthrough of the game. Then I watched it multiple times. Safe to say I became obsessed with this game as well as with Joel and Ellie's father-daughter bond. So of course I had to make a Gravity Falls au. I'm currently planning to draw all characters for this au but kinda stuck with classes rn so that may take a while.

Anyway here are the list of gf characters that would act as tlou people:

Wendy Corduroy as Marlene (it was originally supposed to be pacifica's mom Priscilla but she didn't fit the role so ye)

Gravity Falls Star Wars au

Okay so I'm quite aware this au has been around for some time but I wanna make my own spin in it.

So this au would be taking place during the reign of the Galactic Empire about 14 BBY, approximately the same year when Jedi: Fallen Order would take place.

Stan is a Mandalorian bounty hunter, who was a former foundling after his buir saved him from being a slave in Tatooine. He belongs to the Mandalorian sect called "Children of the Watch", which followed the ancient and traditional ways of the Mandalorians. He owns a ship that is piloted by a young woman named Wendy and a mechanic named Soos.

Dipper and Mabel are force-sensitive twins who became slaves after their parents died. They were brought to Tatooine but were unintentionally saved by Stan after taking their slaver as a bounty. They eventually found out he was their great-uncle after it was revealed that Dipper and Mabel's grandfather was his older brother. Time passed and Stan's tribe made them his foundlings and Stan their buir, making them into a clan of three. Mabel would then later follow Stan's footsteps and become a Mandalorian while Dipper would become a Jedi, following Ford's footsteps during the rise of the New Republic.

Ford is a former Jedi Knight-in-hiding and rebel, secretly aiding Jedi padawans who escaped Order 66 and serving as a spy for the rebellion. After Order 66, he was captured by the empire and tortured along with his Master. However, he managed to escape, but unfortunately leaving his Master behind, something he still regrets more than anything. He comes across Dipper and Mabel at some point which leads him to reunite with his Mandalorian twin brother, who he hasn't seen since he joined the Jedi Order. He would later become Dipper's master and teach him to control the Force.

Bill Cipher is an Inquisitor tasked with killing all remaining Jedi that were not killed during Order 66. He was Ford's former master and grew hatred for his former padawan after he abandoned him in the hands of the Empire, who tortured him and corrupted him into killing his own kind. After finding out his padawan was still alive and protecting two force-sensitive children, he sets his focus on hunting them down and killing them.

Is it just me or is the entire "Out for Love" song from Hazbin Hotel seems very Stanley Pines coded???? Like the line "Fuel yourself with the fear of losing that somebody who's your reason to live. Harness your heart and you can't help choosing to fight with all you can give." seems so much like him. Like how he's so protective of his family, willing to do anything for them and fight tooth and nail for the safety of his brother, his niblings and his adopted son. Like damn girlie im cryin rn.

Also sidenote: "More than Anything" can probably fit for Drifting Stars! Mabel and Ford. Idk why but seems fitting i guess.

it's always so fascinating and heartbreaking when a character in a story is simultaneously idolized and abused. a chosen prophet destined for martyrdom. a child prodigy forced to grow up too fast. a powerful warrior raised as nothing but a weapon. there's just something so uniquely messed up about singing someone's praises whilst destroying them.

Adding on to this post and on my Celestial au in general, since it might take a while to finish the character refs I've made of both Stan and Ford in this au, I've decided to show y'all some of the early sketches and doodles I made for this au as I have mentioned I've been working on this for quite some time. I can't wait to introduce this au properly. In summary, this is an au where Stan is a sun god by the name of Phoebus and Ford is a moon god by the name of Mene. (Alt text can explain on some drawings that need further context)

The last two were snippets of what I am working on recently but it was nice to see how far I've gone in terms of their designs and their stories. I really do hope to keep adding more to this au and build up to the lore I have created around it.

On the meantime, I suppose I should introduce a little synopsis of its story here because why not?

Au plot summary:

"After being sent to Gravity Falls to live with their great uncle Stanley Pines for the summer along with his twin sister Mabel, Dipper expects another boring three months to unfold in the seemingly normal, yet unusual Oregon town. But things took a turn as he finds himself in an underground, ancient cavern that might have been used for worship to an unknown god with an eeriely familiar face. When he takes the mysterious book kept within the cave, his eyes is laid bare to witness an eons long conflict between beings far greater than himself and a prophecy that might just lead to the end of the world he loves. Side by side with his sister and his new found friends, facing foes and meeting allies both mortal and divine, he slowly uncovers a truth in regards to the man who has been housing them the whole summer and the secrets he has kept so close to his chest. Will Dipper be able to unveil what is hidden from the eyes of men or will the truth should perhaps remain untold from the world before fate and destiny comes for him and his family?"
