You ever felt sometimes that theres something just not right w/your body?? No im not talkin about orientation...Im talking health wise. My friend Shannon from college would tell me "stop self diagnosing yourself" but thats all I can afford to do.

So in March I got injured on the job as a delivery driver. I was off work for two months. Shortly after my injury, it felt like something scrapped across my heart and lodged just to the left of it. It has never left/moved since. I can only assume/self diagnose that it might be a blood clot.

As I breathe deeply I can feel a restriction on my left side. It slid over in March. I feel that has affected my heart two months later where I can only self diagnose..that this blood clot is helping develop what is called Heart disease. Again I dont know for sure,i can only self diagnose because I cant afford a regular doctor.

Hopefully in the next month or so I can visit a feee clinic see if they can officially diagnose what I have...whether it be a blood clott or heart disease.

I wonder if I will live to my 40th birthday. Im keeeping this close to the vest around family and friends because of all the financial problems my family and I are dealin with.

I kind of hinted at an issue w/two of my friends from college..but I wasnt specific..I just asked for prayer.

Well Dont Tell Them....

After five months of having no car, we finally have our car back repaired from a broken clutch and cutch parts. You don’t know how glad I am to have our family car back.. 

Now that I got my car back and am being eased back in to deliverin at work, I can get back to playin @taylorswift music in the car. 

I asked my GM Monday, if the new regional managers knew about my Taylor Swift reputation with the song repeats. He answered “No, and don’t you tell em” 

In the last couple of years, I gained a small reputation among the regional managers of being the driver who was a Taylor Swift fan. Anytime a regional manager did a ride along w/me in my car, I played 1 @taylorswift song on constant repeat all the way over to the delivery(s) and all the way back to the store. So if I had like 4 deliveries that they rode with me on, they’d hear that one song,on the way to each delivery and then back to the store. And if they weren’t a Taylor Swift fan...they suffered through listening to Taylor Swift the whole ride along. 

Now since Ive been with this store for three years....we have already gone through three regional managers and we are working on our fourth....the person who is above my General Manager. And for most of those three years, we have had one driving regional manager....but she is taking a break from the company. So in the mean time we have a new driving regional manager. 

I have heard my General Manager say in the past that the regionals have literally talked about me before in a couple of their regional meetings.....because I am the driver whos a Taylor Swift fan (or as we call ourselves in the fandom....a #Swiftie 

I know both the regional manager and the regional driving manager will both eventually ride along on a delivery or two with me. Im the only one neither of them have been able to ride along in the past five months cause my car was dead. 

Now bear in mind, my GM didn’t tell me not to do this....I think he’s lovin that i’m doin this (He’s a Swiftie too) but he just told me not to tell the new regionals that I will do this when they ride along with me. Now originally I started this a couple of years ago....because I really didn’t want people riding along with me. My thought process was that they would think twice about riding in the car with me if they had experienced before listening to a single Taylor Swift song on constant repeat. And there were times where the driving regional manager would come in and do all the other drivers ride alongs, but save me to the end, but they would run out of time and have to get to me next time. Guess there are just some days the regional driving manager couldn’t handle Taylor Swift and conviently skip me as not to be forced to listen to Taylor all the way over and all the way back.

There are days im glad the Lurker Queen does not know I exist. 🤭

So i can put up projects celebrating the queen and the queen never knows about it.

I got one project approved to go up next week, still waiting on project 2&3 to get approved.

I scan twitter once in a while to see if anyone ever posts about seein my projects, but not yet so far. And ive not yet to see the fans of the lurker queen talk about em yet on social media....but thats okay. The fact that they get approved and get seen sometimes...that makes me happy even if the lurker queen never sees em. 🤷🤷

Right now on the actual projects, im stayin anonymous even though im postin here.... cause i know "projects" can sound to mean anything and everything (broad topic".....even though i know exactly the medium i used.

Waited a year.....

So last yr i lost my morning work name tag. So i went a couple months without a name tag for that job. Then one of my managers loaned me one for the day last yr because a higher up regional was coming in. She told me i had to give it back after my shift was through because according to her, it was real expensive. (Another manager said later, theyre not expensive) After that day, i hadnt worn a name tag since then . So basically have been without a name tag for a year.

Today i was on dispatch for a little while, dispatching delivery drivers where to go. I saw new blank magnetic name tags in tge dispatch area. I wore a blank one for a bit.. then found a new label maker.....it had problems and it broke.....but not before i made this for my blank name tag...i wore it the last half of my shift.

No one apparently noticed i was wearing a Swiftie name tag. Doubt @taylorswift would have noticed had she been in our store cause last half i was just running tables; and lots of ppl pay less attention to (or ignore) the food runners and more attention to the food. So the last half of my shift....my name was #Swiftie 🤣

The rain sucks

Finally made it to work....blowin rain makes walkin the half mile to work harder. Thankfully the snow hasnt come in yet, so not having to walk in the rain and snow was good

Once i get clocked into work, i plan to steal a space heater to dry me and my coat out.

Not having a working car sucks, hopefully i can fix it by the end of the month fingers crossed.....been savin

So i was walking on my way to work this morning and tripped over this mesh fencing thats been there for three months. The city of Franklin has left it there. Ive walked over it a few times in the past no problem...but this morning my foot got caught on it. I fell hard on the concrete sidewalk and hit my knee.

My work is mad i cant work this morning and called out after giving the advance 2hrs notice.

Im in pain putting weight on it and you want me to come in for four hours and walk all over the store for four hours running tables.

Course if they had helped w/a car repair ive got, then I wouldnt have been walkin 2miles to work, and I wouldn't have tripped on that mesh., I wouldn't had fallen, and id be there deliverin food instead of being stuck inside. They keep askin me when im gettin my car fixed... cause i was one of their reliable early morning drivers they could count on.

Talking w/ celebs certain people don’t know theyre celebs....

so my coworker was just reading an insta post about some lady’s aunt and uncle. 

According to the niece, the couple told her they ran into “some celeb” but they couldn't remember his name. They like sent the niece a picture of Matthew McConaughey. She was shocked to say the least.

My coworker was like “That would be somethin my mom would do, run into a celeb and not know hes a celeb.”

I told my coworker... “Sounds like a story I recently heard”

She was like “What story was that”

I answered “Like the one lady who was talking with a celeb about either chicken salad or tuna salad...”

She busted up laughing. 

She was the lady who ran into a big name country singer, Luke Bryan, and didn’t know he was a country singer. She was lookin at a menu and didn’t know what to get so he made a suggestion. When she sat down her sister was shocked, cause from where her sister was sitting, it looked like the two knew each other as they carried on a short convo about what to get.... but she didn’t know Luke from Adam.

Her sister had to tell her that she just had a short convo w/ big time Country Singer Luke Bryan. 

Even now as we were talkin about this insta post...she couldn’t remember Luke Bryans name. 

In her defense, shes not really a listener of Country Music like I am.

behind every comment, every post, and every social media account, there’s a breathing, living human being behind it. often enough, people forget that. often enough, social media can become dehuminizing. social media can be fun and all, but it can also become toxic and life-consuming. sometimes, people in this fandom believe that having a lot of followers means that you are cooler, or that you’re better than those with a lower following. some people in this fandom also believe that meeting a celebrity, such as taylor, gives them the right to act as if they are superior. people who do this believe they are better than those who have not met her, and some people who have been noticed several times by t or tn act the same way. they ignore people who haven’t met her, been noticed, or have less than 10k followers (more or less). sometimes swifties can also become cliquey, which means that they won’t accept you into their group of friends unless you have a high following, have been noticed, or have met t. i wish i was making this stuff up, but it is so real and so disappointing.

with that being said, not everyone in this fandom is like this. i’ve talked to a few swifties who have met tay and have gotten noticed and they’re absolutely lovely. but others, however, are the complete opposite.

if you haven’t met taylor, been noticed, or have a high following, i’m here to tell you that it’s okay, because that is NOT your personality!

making friends should be based off of your personalities and compatibility, things you like and dislike, things you have in common. when in the real world do you only befriend someone because they’ve met a famous artist or because they’ve been noticed on social media by a famous artist? do you befriend someone in real life based off of the amount of followers they have on social media? do people really make lifelong friends that way? or do you meet someone, talk to them, feel like you click, and then want to be friends? it’s the same way in social media as it is in real life, but the big difference is that social media has distorted our reality, and it’s unfortunate.

don’t let social media distort your reality. don’t feel less if you haven’t even been noticed. having a fan account is about supporting the artist we love and spreading that love and admiration around the fandom.

Frustrating

So ive made it clear to one of my new coworkers that Im a @TaylorSwift13 fan/a Swiftie.

She is not a Taylor fan and Ive respected that. But my last shift that ended at 7am this morning, she couldnt understand why I didnt care for a number of singers she liked that are "iconic".

Im not really into pop...Taylor and Shania are as close as I come to pop. I should not have to "justify" why I dont listen to a genre of music or that genres musical icons just like I don't demand a justification as to why she doesnt like Taylor Swift.

I asked her if she heard of Kristin Chenoweth and she said no. Kristin is a Broadway icon but again I didnt demand a reason why she didnt listen to Kristin. I was gonna show her a YouTube vid of Kristin singing w/Idena, but she was like "you ate not gonna interrupt Lady Gaga song for that song. So i bowed out, went to walk the floors for a bit then returned to the front desk and just stayed at the desk til it was time to go.

Super sick

I will be lucky if i dont get super sick. Ive been lucky up til now about not having to walk through the rain. But tonight i had to walk to work in pouring rain. My hotel i now work at loves the AC. Im drenched through....but theres nothing i can do. I dont have a car, and i cant get my car fixed til end of next month. I hate this but i dont have a choice. I need the money to pay bills. So risking getting pneumonia is just something i have to risk to pay bills. Ive got no other choice.

My friend whos been picking me up the last few days was out of town tonight. So i had to walk.

Taylor sings about devils and angels in this song.

"Devils roll the dice" maybe like bad boys gambling.

"Angels roll their eyes" like good girls who dont partake in that "sin"

So would that make Taylor a fallen Angel who fell for the bad boy devil?

But heres the interesting thing about what i thought the line said "pretty like a devil"

It is said that Lucifer was a very beautiful angel. He was adorned of every splended jewel in the Garden of Eden before he was cast out of Eden.

Its also said he masquerades as the Angel of light.

So taylor singing about Angels and Demons, i did think about some very drop dead gorgeous bad boy she was singing about with that line that i thought said pretty as a devil.

So in a large room w/lots of people talking to others its like lots of tvs going all at once, none are on mute and every one of them is on a different channel.
