Hey hey hey welcome to artist sign-ups for the Kaishin Big Bang event!

Artist sign-ups are open from now until APRIL 23!

Remind me, what is a bang?

A bang is a type of fan challenge in which writers and artists work together to produce new collaborative content for the fandom.

In a reverse bang, the artist signs up first and creates a sketch, and the writer claims the person they want to write for based on the sketch and summary the artists provide.

This year the theme is AU/UA. It is completely optional!

Who can join?

The event is open to artists of all abilities in any stage of their fandom journey –  a fun opportunity for Kaishin shippers to come together and celebrate the relationship between Kudou Shinichi and Kuroba Kaito in all its variations.

What are the artist requirements?

Traditional / digital media artists will create a minimum of one new, fully-finished and colored work.

Graphics-makers and cosplayers will create a minimum of one 4-images photoset.

Moodboarders will create a work with a minimum of 6 panels.

Icon-makers will create a minimum of 8 icons.

If there’s something you want to do that isn’t here, message me.

There is no maximum limit, but all works should be finished and polished by the final deadline (schedule here).

Kaishinbigbang 2024 Theme Announcement is here!

Hey everyone! The time to get your votes in has come and gone! It’s time to announce the results!

The theme is: AU or UA!

Out of 125 responses, 17.6% of you voted for AU/UA and 36% of you voted for an open AU/UA theme. 

For those of you who might not know what AU or UA are or the difference between them:

AU stands for alternate universe. These fanworks which change at least one element of the source’s canon according to Fanlore. Think coffee shop, soulmate, bodyguard, etc etc.

UA stands for universe alteration. Most people liken this to canon divergence! Think things like fix-its, characters being aged up or down, different first meetings, etc etc.

As always, the theme is optional, so you can choose to run with it or totally discard it! Whatever you decide, it’ll definitely be interesting!

Next up? Artist sign-ups open APRIL 18! More information will follow soon, so please keep your eyes peeled!

Guess who has kaishin ideas OwO

I don't know how it will go but let see

Conan and KID takedown the black organization together

Kaito got heavily injured in the takedown and being in coma for a while

Shinichi, who had gotten back his body, always visit him and talk to him despite knowing no one would reply

Kaito wake up and get depress when the doctor said he cannot walk like before but he can be better if he undergo therapy

Kaito snapped at Shinichi, telling how he doesnt understand his pain and all

Shinichi support him throughout everything especially when Kaito talk with Aoko about everything

They spend their time together and Kaito can walk by his own slowly now

One day Shinichi asked Kaito "Hey, Kaito. If I die, what would you do?" and he just laughed at Kaito's stunned face and walked away.

The truth is, unknown to Kaito, Shinichi is slowly dying and before he died, he left a letter for Kaito. In the letter there is something like 'I lied. I don't like you as friend. I like you more than that. I love you, Kuroba Kaito.'
