Sorry this took me so long I was busy busy then just put off doing anything for ages BUT ANYWAYS here are some pastel capes, sorry they look like shit did this pretty quickly and making them transparent is a pain but hope you like them!

Thank you so much for the tempest designs, I used the bottom half of the first cape and the last Cape as well, just tweaked one colour slightly for more of a saturation and it's perfect! Thank you so much

Unfortunately I don’t have any normal comp capes in my bank so I had to make them with trim. But they should look good with normal comp also, hope you like!

Ulta’s Cape Treasury

A lot of people have been asking about my capes and hsl’s recently so I decided to make a page dedicated to most of the capes I have made for people to see and use.  

I also wanted to put all my capes somewhere organized for my own personal use to make it easier for me to go back and look since runescape only allows 3 saved capes.

I will probably continue adding capes as I use them and possibly extending this page to outfits also.  I don’t intend on using this for anything other than capes/outfits but I hope this helps whoever sees it!
