There used to be a tine where I would wake up early in the morning and go for a run. I remember I would feel great the whole day. Maybe I need to do it again

The right dopamine takes work to achieve but it makes you feel like you can conquer the world.

The quickest dopamine rush ( in example, binge scrolling, fast foods, p*rn, etc…) feels good in the moment but it’ll make you feel like 💩 in the long run.

#i woke at 4:30 am #prayed tahajjud and went for a run #came back and prayed fajr and then unbraided my hair #idk but i really feel good #may allah makes it easy for me to keep this discipline
