Help a disabled person afford their medical bills

Hi Tumblr..

I recently lost my job (mostly due to me having to constantly take time off without much warning at all due to my disability) and due to both my disability and me being trans and bi, it’s going to take a while for me to be able to find another. 

After paying rent this month, because I don’t have any savings, I’m left with about 100 dollars for gas, food, and medical bills until I manage to find a new job. I’m currently experiencing a new medical issues as well as my usual chronic illness symptoms, so I need to see my doctor as soon as I can. 

I’m also currently off all of my medications, including the beta blocker that makes my heart rate *not* shoot up to the mid 100s because I haven’t been able to afford the prescription cost or the cost to see the doctor that manages that prescription. This is causing lots of issues for me because I live in an already very hot region of the US, and it’s summer, and my heart rate tends to get worse in the heat. 

I have insurance, but my co-pay is still 50 bucks a visit which isn’t terrible, but it is more than I can afford because I need to see 4 different medical professionals for all the issues I’m having, not including finding a new therapist. 

I don’t like asking for help, but I don’t have very many options at this point. At this point, I think I’m going to need like 150 USD to start getting my issues resolved.
