Poem to Lord Apollo.

Apollo is the music, it comes from him, and returns to him, his body is perfectly ordered by a numerical scale, the 7 strings of the lyre, the sound. I can hear the echo that comes from his voice, who creates the songs.

The music transcends the worlds, joins and repels, it's like the wave that stretches and returns, the melody and harmony, there is a music that born from the planets and sun, and the Muses and Apollo plays it.

He dances and plays, he is the light. That travels through the void with the wave of it, that touches the bodies and illuminates the heart. He makes the song, which shakes the nerves and caresses the soul.

I can feel him in everything that produces a sound, I can hear him speak to me through the strings, in the melodies I hear his voice, and in the fire I feel his warmth.

He dances in the sky with his sisters, and his whole being illuminates us. He is. He is outside and inside. He exists before everything else and exists when it's all over.

💫⭐️Astro. Observations 💫⭐️

Hi everyone, this is my first astrology observation and this is from readings i’ve done and from my own chart.

Mercury - Pluto may be good at manifesting things that they want.

Having Mars in the 12th house can cause for injuries gotten during sleep (self-induced or otherwise) or being attacked while asleep.

Moon trine Pluto can cause for one to have ideas from just about anything. For example they could see a couple fighting and create a whole book from just seeing that scenario.

Virgo Stelliums may have an interest in chess or may have even competed in chess. 

Your moon sign may be the same as your mother’s sun sign (check sidereal).

Virgo rules skills and things that require skill such as dressmaking, dancing. Virgo is often over looked when talking about such. Other signs may rule talent for activities like these but Virgo rules those who have the potential to be just as good at it, if they practice.

When a house is empty, look at the degree it begins at and the ruler of that house. Degrees hold a lot of influence.

Aquarius placements (either at a personal planet or the placement is aspected to a personal planet) usually have an alien/unconventional look.

Pluto is a very important planet and it’s often over looked. It can literally make or break. It can cause for extremes and transformation. 

Looking at the actual gods that represent the planets can make you understand their power and what they do more.

8th house/Scorpio Venus can romanticize the most toxic men and relationships. 

Neptune in Capricorn / Capricorn degree/ aspecting Saturn may like old music (50s, 60s etc).

What I Burn When I Need Help

Burning herbs can be more than just cleansing. It can help banish, invoke, encourage, invite, and much more. A lot of times, when I feel like I'm struggling with a specific issue (with myself or with what is around me), I find myself drawn to burning single herbs to help me get back into the headspace I need to be.

Cinnamon: When I feel like I'm falling behind in my shadow work, I burn a bit of a stick of cinnamon to help encourage healing and mindfulness.

Dried Apple Peel: Apples are symbols of friendship and love. When I feel particularly down on myself or lonely, burning apple peels can help invoke an increased sense of patience towards myself.

Pine Needles: Burning pine needles welcomes new beginnings and fresh starts. Super helpful for things like breakups, graduation, and repelling negativity.

Rice: A bit tricky to burn! I tend to hold two or three in tweezers ad just roast the ends for a moment or two and waft that little bit of smoke around my space. Burnt rice invites financial gain, and protects you from negative energies.

Rose Petals: Rose petals invoke soft, genuine feelings of love and appreciation.

Rose Thorns: On the other hand, burning rose thorns protects you from people who have terms for their love, and protects you from people who lie about their affections for you.

Rosemary: This herb encourages good health, and is helpful in strengthening memory when burnt. It's also effective as a shower/bath additive!

Tangerine Peel: I use tangerine peels because that's what I have, but orange peels work the same! Burning these citrus peels invites more energy into your space, and can be great for sleepy mornings and early morning college classes.

I mean the whole damn point of the Nativity story is that the supposed son of God (interpret Jesus how you fucking want, of course) was born to a couple of poor, exhausted peasants in the stable for the inn, and his first bed was a feeding trough for animals. That would nowadays be like a poor couple where the mother gives birth in a parking garage behind the motel because they couldn’t find a better place and nobody else would take them in. It’s a pretty gritty setting, and the idea is that God was reborn in some of the rock-bottom lowest circumstances. The only thing majestic was all the angels and shit, and of course motherly love

I get that a lot of the art portraying Madonna and Child as fabulously wealthy europeans in splendid robes and golden light was meant to glorify God + whichever nobility was sponsoring the artist, and while of course it’s genuinely beautiful art, it just always struck me as horribly missing the point, which is that the supposed son of God started in incredibly humble circumstances, among the kind of people that everyone else looks down on

please boost to help a struggling autistic 18 year old transmasc person

please i really need help, i havent had anything substantial to eat in days now and i’m having brain fog. i need just a couple dollars and i can eat. i haven’t been able to get my medication or HRT for months now and i feel miserable. i got my car totaled in a head on collision by a speeding driver in February of this year that left me in debt and permanently with chronic pain + being a really, really traumatic experience. i live alone and i’m very, very behind on rent and i have nowhere to go since my parents kicked me out when they found out i was trans. i’m honestly really, really scared and i don’t know how stuff is going to work out for me here.
